Abstract

SD Negeri I / IV Kota Jambi is one of the favorite elementary schools in Jambi City. In order to improve the quality of education services to students, the school regularly evaluates the performance of teachers and employees. Assessment is done by measuring the performance of each teacher and employees in carrying out their duties and obligations, in accordance with existing competencies. During this time, the implementation of teacher performance evaluation in SD Negeri I / IV of Kota Jambi is done using form sheets that filled manually. The decision support system with the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is built to assist the school in determining the performance appraisal of teachers and employees effectively and efficiently. There are 10 criteria used in the assessment (C1-C10) with a weight of importance level of 1 to 5. The ranking is done by looking at the preference values ​​of each alternative (ie teachers and employees). This decision support system is built on the web using PHP programming language with SQLYog database. The application of decision support system is expected to help the school to assess the performance of employees and teachers more efficiently.

Abstract

Data Mining is an attempt to extract useful and valuable information on a very large database. The frequent occurrence of a void of raw material inventory for menus often purchased simultaneously by customers is the result of the lack of information about customer spending habits. So it is necessary to extract the information on the transaction data with association rules techniques to know the menu often purchased simultaneously by the customer. Association rules are also often called shopping cart analysis, the algorithm used in association rules in this research is an a priori algorithm with sales menu transaction dataset. The results obtained from data processing sales transaction is a combination item (itemset) with the value of the association of support and confidence value. The information generated is by knowing the most widely sold products then the company can develop strategies by adding raw material inventory. Abstract

In process inventory data processing, where research is done so with computerized standards. In the process of borrowing and returns of goods are still manually. The purpose of the practicum research report writing this is to create a web-based program specifically to facilitate logging inventory, borrowing and returns of goods using the programming language PHP, CodeIgniter framework Bootstrap, and MySQL as the database in the application inventory data processing goods at the Central computer lab STMIK Nurdin of Jambi Hamzah web based. The methodology used in the writing of the report job practice is field research, the study of the literature and research laboratories. The analysis phase consists of: UML (Unified Modeling Language), Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, and Class Diagrams in designing databases, data structures, design, specification of input and output processes and stages of implementation. The results of the analysis and design of data-processing application is expected to provide ease in the process of penginventarisan, so that it can save you time, effort and cost. Inconclusive data processing applications can help in the search of the data items, borrowing, payback, and the making of the report. For advice on this application can be developed by adding logic calculations and processes needed in the future.

Abstract

Abstract - ENT (ear, nose and throat) disease is a health problem suffered by many people without knowing the season. Public understanding of ENT diseases is still very poor, it is unfortunate that the actual symptoms can be dealt with early into a more serious illness due to lack of knowledge. In RSUD H. Abdul Manap to consult a doctor must go through several stages from registering at the registration, then to the medical record then to the ENT polyclinic, then the patient must wait for an incoming call to see a doctor to consult or check the patients illness and if the doctor is not available, the patient should wait until the doctor arrives. Things like that can be facilitated by the expert system is a computer program that mimics the knowledge and thought processes of experts in solving a particular problem. In this study made expert system using certainty factor method (factor certainty). Inputs in this system are patient data, symptom data, disease data, knowledge data and polling data. The output of this system in the form of patient data reports, symptoms data, disease data, knowledge data, diagnosis results, and the results of the poll. This system provides an initial diagnosis of ENT disease based on symptoms experienced by the patient. In this system used certainty factor method to provide the level of certainty against ENT disease suffered by the patient. The results showed that this expert system can help the doctors work become easier so as to give the diagnosis of ENT disease.             Keywords: Expert System, ENT Disease, Certainty Factor

Abstract

XYZ Bank is one of the financial institutions in Indonesia that provide financial services in the form of payments on credit / installments and has several procedures and requirements that must be met by prospective customers. As an effort to improve bank profitability and efficiency and effectiveness of work it is necessary to do proper financing management. One alternative financing solution is to use the  Decision Support System based applications that can provide creditworthiness decisions. The Decision Support System is built using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where this method that can solve the problem with the compound criteria and details, in a comprehensive framework of thinking with consideration of hierarchy process which then performed the calculation of weights for each of the criteria in determines credit eligibility. Based on the results of the test program shows that this decision support system has been able to determine the creditworthiness of customers well.

Abstract

Smartphone can be interpreted as a small computer that has the ability of a phone. The number of users of Smartphone from year to year increase, seen crowded visitors at the Maju Jaya Cell. During this time the average customer who will buy the Smartphone is always confused to choose the Smartphone that suits your needs and capabilities. With this problem, the researcher builds a Decision Support System (DSS) application to choose Smartphone which should be recommended to be purchased by customer by applying Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) method. This SPK application is expected to be an assistant for employees to assist customers in choosing Smartphones to be purchased. Smartphone selection based on criteria: price, screen size, battery capacity, operating system, RAM, camera, and brand. Desktop-based desktop software application with delphi 7.0 programming. The results of the study indicate that the recommended Smartphone to be selected by the subscribers is the Smartphone which has the highest integral total value using the optimum degree = 0.5. At the end of the implementation will be displayed output in the form of report the results of the calculation and conclusion, which is the best Smartphone recommendations should be purchased by customers.

Abstract

Abstract – Decision support system (DSS) is part of a computer-based information system including a knowledge-based system or knowledge management is used to support decision making in an organization or company. Can also be regarded as a computer system that processes data into information for decision-making on specific semi-structured problems. As well as in PT. Multi Structure Aroya the absence of a ranking employee performance evaluation, the slow manufacture of employee performance evaluation reports. With the above problems it will build a decision support system with the calculation method Profile Matching by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by the subjects studied, rather than a minimum level which must be met or passed. Which is expected to overcome the existing problems in the system currently running. Data input is processed namely employee data, the data positions, the data value position and value profile employee profile. While the needs of the process is the calculation method Profile Matching. With the decision support system of employee performance evaluation using the Profile Matching method is expected to help the employee performance evaluation process more objective. Abstract

From background found in SMK Prasasti Karang Berahi Kota Jambi in the application of inventory data processing is still relatively simple, inventory data inventory practice equipment done manually by writing / note on the agenda book and some enter data is done by using microsoft office application. To help these activities need to be created or designed a program or application that can be used together and able to run on all computers that are installed software browsing. Application Data Processing Inventory Equipment Practice is built using a web-based technology with PHP scripting language, MySQL database, and Freamwork. With the implementation of the Inventory Data Processing Applications that are web based in this SMK Prasasti Karang Berahi so that it affects the school, and so forth and helps administrative data collection staff in delivering the inventory of practice equipment ofline and online because the data presented quickly

Abstract

Diabetes  is a disease that occurs due to increasing blood sugar levels as a result of the bodys ability to produce insulin hormones normally or the body can not properly utilize the hormone insulin produced.. This study aims to find the relationship between fasting blood sugar (FBS) to total cholesterol, triglyceride levels, and uric acid levels in patients with diabetes and classify the data using clustering partitional technique. This study conducted by taking a sample of 32 patients with diabetes mellitus who performing laboratory tests on levels of FBS, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and uric acid. Data obtained from the medical record of RSUD R Soeprapto Cepu, Centra Java in April 2014. The data of treated patients included FBS (mg/dL), total cholesterol (mg/dL), triglycerides (mg/dL), and uric acid (mg/dL). Correlation test using Pearson correlation where data clustering analysis using K-Means algorithm. The result of Pearson correlation analysis using SPSS 16.0 tools is that there is no correlation between FBS levels and total cholesterol (p> 0.05, sig = 0.174) also no relationship between FBS levels and uric acid levels (p> 0.05, sig = 0.868). However, there is a relationship between FBS levels with triglycerides (p> 0.05, sig = 0.000). Clustering process classify data into two cluster. Final cluster center fix after four times iteration with minimum distance 481.662.

Abstract

The number limited of employees in the processing of document data and correspondence, Satuan Kerja Randal want to build an application that can assist in the process of archiving documents. By using application documents, the documents can be stored in digital form that can save storage, in addition to electronic data can facilitate users, especially in searching documents and letters that have been past. The process of structuring documents can be done well without fear of loss of documents. With the application is expected to improve employee performance for the better, because the administrative data has been computerized so that the work process more effective and efficient.
