Abstract

Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Balai Benih Ikan Daerah (UPTD BBID) Provinsi Jambi is a place for freshwater fish cultivation including arwana. UPTD BBID are diagnosing disease in arwana fish by the help of the employee who are expert in diagnosing the diseases. But this method is difficult and needs time. So, this research aims to build an expert system application to diagnose Arwana fish (scleropages formosus) disease by using forward chaining method. The use of this application expected can minimize the spread of pests and diseases in arwana fish. This application is built using Microsoft Visual Basic Net and MySQL database. The results of consultation tests with this system indicate that the system is able to determine the disease, causes, and prevention and solution based on symptoms previously answered by employees.

Abstract

Promotion through the installation of Material Promos (MATPRO) is an effective marketing strategy. Because it can show how to communicate with potential customers to motivate them to understand and respond to what is in the programming with the goal of increasing sales. PT Indosat, Tbk Sales Area Jambi is a leading telecommunications company. In this case, promotion is needed so that the public can find out what products are currently available, especially in outlets. The process of monitoring visibility of MATPRO in outlets at PT Indosat, Tbk by the Marketing Communications division still uses Ms. Excel so the report cannot show real time to management. Besides that, human error factors can also occur because they have not been properly systemized. So, to solve the problem we make an Information System of Monitoring Promo Material (MATPRO) visibility in outlets PT Indosat, Tbk Sales Area Jambi Web based. This Information system can show the real time report and minimizes the human error. So that it can help PT Indosat, Tbk in monitoring the visibility of MATPRO in outlets effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The No Slum City Program (Kotaku) is one of a number of strategic efforts of the Directorate General of Human Settlements of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing to accelerate the handling of slums in Indonesia and support the Movement 100-0-100, namely 100 percent universal access to drinking water, 0 percent of settlements slum, and 100 percent access to proper sanitation. The direction of the Directorate General of Cipta Karya's development policy is to build a system, facilitate local government, and facilitate the community (community based). The Kotaku program will handle slums by building a collaboration platform through increasing the role of local government and community participation. But the handling of the Kotaku program is experiencing problems because each community feels its area is the most priority for my city program. With the Decision Support System using Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method where this method of assessment is done by looking for weight values for each criterion, then a ranking process is carried out that will determine the best alternative priority projects to be worked on. That way the problems that occur in my city program can be resolved properly.

Abstract

Medical record information system in Tegal Arum Rimbo Subdistrict health centers of the young Kabupaten Tebo is a system designed to makes the recording, processing, and report rendering penyamapaian patient medical information needed for the activities of the clinic.This system is developed by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program and Program My SQL create database. This system is very important to make it easy to manage medical record data quickly and efficiently.Data areas in Tegal Arum Rimbo Subdistrict health centers of the young Kabupaten Tebo are still manually so there is still an error in the data storage and management of medical record (human error).The design of this medical record information system aims to make it easier to enter and manipulate data in the medical record and displays the reports required by the clinic.Development of the medical record information system was designed using the method of System development life cycle (SDLC) which consists of three main stages of analysis, design, and implementation.The results of the medical record information system pemrrograman this is an application to perform the recording of the patient's medical record out and can display a report that consists of patient data reports based on date of admission, outpatient data reports.The design of the system is expected to simplify the process of managing the medical record data and create reports in public health to produce accurate data.

Abstract

The presence of information technology applications programs to assist and play an important role in human life, especially in the world of work. One application of an expert system program, which is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving a problem that usually can only be solved by an expert in the field of knowledge. One application of expert systems based on android especially a psychologist in the field of child psychology problems. Where the child is to live a happy period and without sin, but what happens if we have children growing up is not good, especially in the development of feelings, behaviors, and emotions that can be changed or not subject to fixed. The problem has resulted in the development of normal parents worried about the construction or emotional disturbances that occur on their children. Concerns that make parents become confused about what to do and how to deal with this problem, for parents who are not necessarily able to handle a serious problem that requires a child experts called "child psychiatrists". But with it comes to expert child needs huge cost and a long time, because it needs an application that can help, one of the expert system. This system is built with JAVA programming. Input of an application that is built in the form of symptom data, the data interference as well as the data rule with output report diagnostic data from the user. With android-based expert system, especially the elderly people can get information about child development issues in psychotherapy and counseling is being used to tackle problems in children.

Abstract

Nikmat Coffee Shop has many coffee varieties such as Mandailing Civet Coffee, Toraja Coffee, Java Coffee, and many other varieties of coffee. This shop offers a variety of drinks and scrumptious foods which are also an attraction for visitors who come. The menu needed is like an oxtail soup complete with rice and vegetables, besides that there is also a food menu such as grilled chicken, fried rice and various other drinks. Coffee Shop Favor Sales transactions are still manuals or still use books in registration of transaction results. The calculation of sales transaction data is not accurate and not well recorded, so losses often occur which eventually become large losses. As time goes by, this manual recording will make more data more difficult to manage. One of the facilities that can help owners in managing sales data recording activities is by making a sales information system for the Delicious Coffee Shop. This sales information system is expected to help process coffee shop data so that it can improve and improve sales calculations, manage reports and improve the performance of the delicious coffee shop for customers using a new system that is easy, fast and produces accurate information.

Abstract

Maintenance of Information Technology devices, especially network devices, is needed to support daily work. To monitor network monitoring devices, it takes a long time if a problem occurs, because to find a problem, it is necessary to check one by one to check one device until the point of the problem is found. Of course this of course can hinder the work that uses these network devices, the use of desktop computers (PC) and cameras that have been used as supporting devices in monitoring network devices. However, the use of such hardware has resulted in electricity costs being quite expensive, the use of the Raspberry Pi 3 Mini PC is the right choice in dealing with the above problems. Because the use is simpler and does not need to incur large costs. So that it can be an alternative in the use of monitoring on a fairly large computer network.

Abstract

This Financial Budget Planning Information System was created to convey information about annual financial budget planning at Muaro Jambi State 2 Islamic Madrasah. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the presentation process which includes: Identifying activities and sources expressed in money, Developing budgets, revising budgets, approving budgets, approving budgets and implementing financial management principles in budgeting. Data collection methods used in preparing this final assignment are Observation, Library Studies and interviews. This program was developed using PHP and MySQL. In conclusion, the Financial Budget Planning Information System at Muaro Jambi State 2 Madrasah Aliyah has been completed using PHP and MySQL.

Abstract

The implementation of the School Examination is conducted to measure student achievement on competencies and achievements every year. The exam using Information Technology is felt today to have changed the exam system from manual to online exam. The examination process in SMP N 20 Jambi City is still manual, where the teacher gives the examination sheet to the exam committee. The examining committee shares to students then the students work on the specified time. The assessment is audited manually after the answer sheet is filled in by students which is usually done by the teachers, so that in the process of determining and disseminating the assessment is relatively long. By replacing the online-based exam system using the MySQL PHP Web, it is expected to be truly effective because all processes starting from submission of questions, tests and corrections are done online.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology becomes a requirement that is used to improve or assist company performance. Every company seeks to build a system that can help and simplify its performance. Administrationis the whole process of cooperation between two or more people based on a certain rational in order to achieve goals that have been predetermined. This thesis describes the stages in building an administrative information system at PT. Brahma Binabakti who can help and facilitate in the operations performed. So as to provide information more quickly, accurately and relevant, minimize errors and facilitate the search data when necessary, save time in data processing, reporting can be done easily and quickly using crystal reports. This information system is built using visual basic programming language net 2010 and MySql database.
