Abstract

Monitoring is one of the important stages that must be carried out regularly, especially on the stock of goods. With the continuous monitoring process, it is hoped that all goods will always be under supervision so that stock management becomes easier and more accurate. PT XYZ at this time, in monitoring the stock of goods, they still use general applications that are devoted to calculating numbers, resulting in the current stock of monitoring system having several shortcomings, namely the unavailability of the login function and reports that must be reprocessed with the different application. Based on these problems, the authors conducted a research entitled designing a prototype monitoring stock of goods information system at PT XYZ. The information system that built in this study will be defined using the waterfall modeling and use case diagrams. The final result of this research is a prototype of an stock of monitoring information system that allows system users to carry out various functions such as functions to change their own passwords, perform CRUD management of user data, item data, category data, brand data, unit data, vehicles data, supplier data, incoming goods data, outgoing goods data and processing reports that related to the stock of goods at PT XYZ.

Abstract

Research at CV. Solusi Prima was done to help implement chatbot on bug report, in order to solve some problems in interaction with client. We use some research method such as observation, interview, and library research. From this research's result there are some problem with working system that is client and staff in terms of report bug, make report which is done separately and manually (via whatsapp). This matter make staff become confused between chat to see report bug and for staff to make report bug for their head manager, and for head manager it's cost a lot of time to recap all of his staff's works in patch bug. Especially if their customer and the staff keep report error numerously, can cause older report bugs not being recorded in system, or some report being recorded but not tidy enough, so the staff will get confused to input report bug one by one, because of that we use this chatbot system based on natural language processing method with messenger application (telegram).Aim to make it easier for staff and client in making bug reports, so no need for staff to make report manually without having to lose previously datas, other than that the data that is display base on realtime so whatever report that is display will automatically broadcasted by system to all company's staffs from the results of the testing, system worked is compatible with what we are planning from the start. With the use of chatbot that have been equipped with natural language processing, make user easier to do reporting without moving their hands from keyboard to mouse too often. All the informations in chatbot will be saved and can be used for doing data analythic, so making chatbot easier to use and making it easy for staff and client to report a bug.

Abstract

Dinamika Bangsa University is one of the universities in the city of Jambi. The attendance process for student lecture meetings is currently still being done manually. This has an impact on the process of recapitulation of lecture attendance to be longer and makes it difficult for the parties involved in it. In this study, an analysis was carried out related to the presence process in the dynamic university of the nation, the results of the analysis were used to design applications. This research produces a mobile-based application that can be used by lecturers and students for lecture attendance.

Abstract

PGRI Madiun University is an institution in the city of Madiun in its development using the website as a tool to promote. Today's technology is very advanced and has many benefits for life in our environment. Website is an effective promotional media, providing information and receiving information speed is very fast. Therefore, PGRI Madiun University uses the website for promotional purposes in addition to academic activities so far. Correct and accurate information will have an impact on society, and the trust given to the community will also increase. Analysis of the quality of use and utilization of the website to see visitor satisfaction with information and services when viewed from user satisfaction is needed to measure user satisfaction. This study analyzes how much user satisfaction is with the university website using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis show that several recommendations are obtained from the results of the analysis of this research which are the priority and the main thing to be maintained is the quality of information. Abstract

The Helpdesk or Customer Service division in providing information and assistance that related to course services at Stephen Komputer Jambi is currently still using a conventional system, such as services by phone or in person. Likewise, the reservation system or course class registration is still adopting the same system. This conventional service will certainly take a lot of time and money for both the customer and the company, where telephone service will certainly take up time and allow queues to occur. Customer service has limitations in serving customers because it can only serve during working hours and a limited number of personnel. Chatbot is an application that designed to communicate with machines. The Chatbot application is expected to be able to replace the role of customer service to be able to respond to customers more quickly, be able to serve several customers simultaneously and not be fixated on working hours. This application was built using an expert system with the forward chaining method. The final result of this research is a chatbot application that can serve customers in terms of information, assistance and course class reservations at Stephen Computer Jambi. Abstract

“Attendance is usually used as a marker of someone's presence in an activity or event. Attendance can be applied in various activities, one of which is in the world of education, namely attendance at teaching and learning activities. In terms of teaching at STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa it also applies an attendance system to students. Students do attendance in every lecture they take. Attendance is done by signing the attendance list paper provided by the academic. This attendance is used as a condition for students to take the final semester exams. Students who can take the final semester exams must take no less than 75% of the total number of meetings for each subject. To find out the number of student attendance in lectures, at the end of each semester the attendance will be recapitulated by the study program staff. Student lecture attendance data is inputted using the MS application. Excel. Recording student lecture attendance data using the MS application. This Excel raises several problems. For example, BAAK takes a long time to make announcements on the names of students who cannot take the final semester exams, it requires a lot of paper to make announcements for students who cannot take the final semester exams, students will also be late in getting information about the final semester examination room. With this research, it has resulted in an information system application that can assist BAAK in processing student lecture attendance recapitulation data and help students to get lecture attendance recapitulation information and final semester exam room information.”

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company that provides storage tanks to accommodate palm oil before it is finally shipped via the port. In its business process, PT XYZhas used technology to support its business activities, namely the crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (PKO) storage tank rental system that theauthor has built in the previous research. However, concomitant with the development of the company, the need for the system has also increased sothat the existing system does not capable the needs of system users in managing data on tank mutation, free fatty acids tank and shrinkage claims. Basedon these problems, the authors decided to develop a storage tank rental system as a solution to answer the needs of system users. The system developedand implemented in this study is described using the waterfall method, use case diagrams and class diagrams. The palm oil storage tank rentalinformation system that developed in this study has a new additional function as a solution to the problems faced by PT XYZ in managing data. Thefollowing are the functions contained in a system that has been developed and implemented to change user passwords, processing data such as userdata, tanks, vehicles, customers, recipients, receiving and releasing palm oil, tank mutation, free fatty acids tank, claims of shrinkage and revenuereports, palm oil expenditure reports, tank mutation reports, free fatty acids tank reports and shrinkage claims reports.Keywords: Development, Information System, Carter, Storage Tank, Palm Oil.

Abstract

Development in the world of robotics at this time is growing where robots can be useful in every human activity, the role of robots at this time canalready help in human work. In Indonesia, robot contests have been held every year at both regional and national levels. One of the categories to bediscussed in this research is the Indonesian Football Robot Contest (KRSBI). In the indonesian football robot contest is divided into two more categories,namely humanoid division football robot and wheel division football robot. In this category, robots must be able to navigate to find the ball and kicktowards the goal. The main objective of this robot is to navigate and search for the ball to reach the opponent's goal. However, at the time of the matchthe robot has problems in the ball search system quickly, so it can slow down in taking the decision to chase the ball because the robot can not knowthe distance of the ball and the robot. One solution that can help the problem in wheeled football robots is to add greedy methods to wheeled footballrobots in taking the best option. So that the robot can vaccinate quickly and can chase the ball well. The test area uses a field of 180cm x 360cm. Thetest is declared successful if the robot can reach the ball and avoid the obstacle. From the test results, the robot managed to reach the ball well, so it canbe concluded that the robot can navigate using the greedy algorithm

Abstract

The printing purchase order (PO) information system uses the WhatsApp gateway, which aims to provide PO Printing and customer invoicing services. This time, PT MIG is engaged in graphics, which already has regular customers and print routines. The problem that often occurs is the management of customer transactions, where customers make print orders using WhatsApp Messenger more often. So that the admin has difficulty recording it, because the message is deleted or forgot to write it down. Abstract

Getting married and living happily ever after is the hope of both brides when carrying out the wedding. During the household, no one expects a disputelet alone an end to divorce. A number of areas in jambi city based on the Annual Report of jambi Religious Court from 2017, 2018 and 2019 are knownthat there is an increase in divorce rates reviewed from the number of cases received by the Jambi Religious Court which each year is always increasing.Therefore, it is necessary to know which areas are experiencing an increase in divorce cases by using one of the methods contained in the data mining,namely the k-means clustering algorithm. From the case, the authors conducted a study to group divorce cases by village in jambi city by applyingquantitative research methods with a sample of 62 data with the aim of knowing the divorce rate in jambi city in order to provide a solution that is ableto map the villages that conduct divorce. The results of this study showed that the highest divorce rate in jambi city for high clusters (C2) as many as11 villages, for medium clusters (C1) as many as 20 Villages and for low clusters (C0) as many as 30 Villages then the results obtained from data testingon Rapidminer with k-means algorithm obtained results that matched displaying three classes of classification results.Keywords: K-Means, Clustering, Divorce , Marriage, Rapidminer
