Abstract

Development in the world of robotics at this time is growing where robots can be useful in every human activity, the role of robots at this time canalready help in human work. In Indonesia, robot contests have been held every year at both regional and national levels. One of the categories to bediscussed in this research is the Indonesian Football Robot Contest (KRSBI). In the indonesian football robot contest is divided into two more categories,namely humanoid division football robot and wheel division football robot. In this category, robots must be able to navigate to find the ball and kicktowards the goal. The main objective of this robot is to navigate and search for the ball to reach the opponent's goal. However, at the time of the matchthe robot has problems in the ball search system quickly, so it can slow down in taking the decision to chase the ball because the robot can not knowthe distance of the ball and the robot. One solution that can help the problem in wheeled football robots is to add greedy methods to wheeled footballrobots in taking the best option. So that the robot can vaccinate quickly and can chase the ball well. The test area uses a field of 180cm x 360cm. Thetest is declared successful if the robot can reach the ball and avoid the obstacle. From the test results, the robot managed to reach the ball well, so it canbe concluded that the robot can navigate using the greedy algorithm

Abstract

Salah satu tugas Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Dinamika Bangsaadalah mengkoordinir penelitian dan pengabdian dosen Universitas Dinamika Bangsa. Namun saat initerdapat beberapa masalah yang timbul akibat tidak diterapkanya sistem informasi, seperti kesulitan dalammencari data yang dibutuhkan untuk pengisian borang akreditasi. Hal ini dikarenakan penyimpanan berkasdi LPPM Universitas Dinamika Bangsa masih berupa banyak file yang mengakibatkan integritas data tidakterjamin dengan baik. Untuk itu, perlu diterapkannya sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalammengelola dan memonitoring kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penerapan sisteminformasi pada LPPM akan memberikan efek dan manfaat baik. Kesadaran akan hal ini membuat LPPMlebih fokus terhadap perkembangan lembaga tersebut dari segala hal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmengembangkan sistem informasi penelitian dan PkM pada LPPM Universitas Dinamika Bangsa. Untukmengembangkan sistem informasi dalam penelitain ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Hasil daripenelitian ini adalah terbentuk sebuah sistem informasi,yang dimana sistem ini dapat mengelola data bukuajar, data HKI, data luaran lainnya, data pertemuan ilmiah, data publikasi, data penelitan, data PKM,verifikasi dan penilaian. Sistem ini telah diujicoba oleh peneliti dan hasilnya sistem dapat berjalan denganbaik sesuai dengan tujuannya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Koperasi Unit Desa Trimulya Jaya Sungai Gelam is one cooperatives in the Jambi province which data processing savings and loan still use notebook .So there are problems data processing saving and loan that takes long time and sometimes going wrong in computational the number of saving and loan is to members, difficulty to obtain information on the saving and loan because must come to the directly, and making reports unresolved in time especially to report saving and loan report. Hence, this study aims to give solution to problem that happens by offering information systems savings loans use of language PHP programming and DBMS MySQL where is the writer expand the system with waterfall and methods used the system model unified language using use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagrams and flowchart. System information of saving dan loand at Koperasi Unit Desa Trimulya Jaya Sungai Gelam give results on the ease savings and loan data management and scored necessary spare parts and the report also ease members in see information of the transaction and apply for credit. Keywords: Information, Loans , Saving, System ABSTRAK Koperasi Unit Desa Trimulya Jaya Sungai Gelam merupakan salah satu koperasi di Provinsi Jambi yang pengolahan data simpan pinjam menggunakan buku agenda. Sehingga terjadi permasalahan yaitu proses pengolahan data simpanan dan pinjaman yang membutuhkan waktu cukup lama dan juga terkadang terjadi salah dalam perhitungan jumlah simpanan dan pinjaman yang ada pada anggota, sulitnya mendapatkan informasi mengenai data simpanan dan pinjaman dikarenakan harus datang ke tempat secara langsung dan pembuatan laporan-laporan yang tidak terselesaikan pada waktunya khususnya untuk laporan simpanan dan laporan pinjaman. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dengan menawarkan sistem informasi simpan pinjaman menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan DMBS MySQL dimana penulis melakukan pengembangan sistem dengan metode waterfall dan menggunakan pendekatan model sistem unified model language menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan flowchart. Sistem informasi simpan pinjam pada Koperasi Unit Desa Trimulya Jaya Sungai Gelam memberikan hasil yang memudahkan pegawai dalam melakukan pengelolaan data simpan pinjam dan mencetak laporan yang diperlukan dan juga memudahkan anggota dalam melihat informasi transaksi dan mengajukan pinjaman. Abstract

Current scheduling classes at Jambi University graduate there are still some constraints such as thecreation of a relatively long schedules, conflicting schedules and schedule that does not correspond to thetime availability of the lecturers. Therefore, the author provides a solution in the form of lecturescheduling system using genetic algorithm with programming language PHP and the MySQL DBMS. Forsystem development method that is used is the waterfall. Lecture Schedule result generated by a systemthat has been built is becoming more precision with the allocated hours of teaching, classroom andprofessors. From the test results can also be concluded that the implementation of genetic algorithms is incompliance with the need to support the process of scheduling, so that scheduling can be done morequickly

Abstract

Pemerintah Desa Sapta Mulia belum menerapkan Sistem Informasi dalam menjalankan tugasnya, hal ini terlihat dari pelayanan kependudukan masih dilakukan secara konvensional atau belum memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal, karena sistem pengolahan data yang digunakan saat ini menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan seperti kurangnya efisiensi waktu, salah memasukan data dan terjadinya kesalahan penulisan. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini diusulkan sebuah perencanaan arsitektur enterprise menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM suatu kerangka kerja arsitektur perusahaan yang memberikan pendekatan komprehensif untuk desain, perencanaan, implementasi, dan tata kelola arsitektur informasi perusahaan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pembuatan model arsitektur enterprise dalam perencanaan sistem informasi terintegrasi yang konsisten, terarah, sesuai dengan aktivitas bisnis berdasarkan kebutuhan dan strategis bisnis, dengan membuat perencanaan arsitektur enterprise maka dapat mempermudah proses pengembangan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan blueprint dan memberikan roadmap dengan menggunakan elemen-elemen yang ada pada togaf di Kantor Desa Sapta Mulia dalam rangka untuk menerapkan sistem informasi pada kinerja masa depan.

Abstract

In the development of robot technology, the hexapod robot has great potential to be used in post-disaster rescue because of its ability to adapt to difficult terrain. In this study the authors consider the effectiveness of PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) control based on related literature. Several previous studies have shown the successful use of PID in servo or robotics movement control in different contexts, such as approaching fire sources, controlling DC motor angles, controlling cleaning robot movements on glass, and so on. But the authors want to implement PID motion control with a different approach. The main objective of the hexapod robot is to save the victim by overcoming obstacles and delivering them to the safe zone. In the first test the authors use the PID control method in the middle position between the initial compass rotation value and the destination rotation. The results show that the time needed to reach the rotation goal is relatively fast. In contrast, the second test using the PID control method for all rotary motion resulted in a significant reduction in the error value compared to the first test. Although it requires more time, this method increases the robot's accuracy in achieving the rotation objective efficiently. The robot uses a CMPS03 compass sensor which can provide a direction value which will be input to the PID and servos that are installed as foot movers, each servo is controlled by a microcontroller with the inverse kinematic method to produce the appropriate movement. The results of this research are expected to be the basis for the development of more capable and reliable robots in the next Indonesian SAR robot contest.

Abstract

In finding information, we often have difficulty, but with a website, it is easier for us to obtain information, one of which is on an educational website, namely SMKN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Theapurpose of this studyawas toadetermine the qualityaof the website of SMKN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur by using the webqual (Website Quality) method. The webqual method itself consists of several dimensions, namely usability, informationaquality, and service interactionaquality with quantitativeadata analysisatechniques obtained from thearesults of questionnaires/questionnaires. From thearesults of the f test, it is found that theavariablesausability, informationaquality and service interactionaquality togetherahave an influence on userasatisfaction. Thearesults of the t test show thataeach of these independentavariables alsoahas a significantaeffect on the dependentavariable. So that a recommendationais given based on 3 independentavariables fromawebqual. The recommendationais to add a guide/tutorialapage for the use of the website, the manager to improveathe information on each menuaaccording to their needs, provide chatafacilities or interactive questionaand answerato support thearelationship between websiteausers and agencies. Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence in many businesses in Indonesia has been increased because of the flexibility that the system offers. One of the implementations of AI is a chatbot, which is used as a virtual assistant in a company to provide better quality customer service. In this research, we demonstrate how to create a chatbot that can be used as a virtual assistant in PT. EVERBRIGHT Jambi in order for the company to present better customer care. Moreover, the bot is being built using Natural Language Processing, in which enables the bot to understand human languages. By integrating the chatbot, the company will be able to provide 24-hour-a-day customer service without having the need to spend more cost on this. We are building the chatbot using Python and JSON. Furthermore, the system will be deployed in the Application Programming Interface called Telegram. Based on the result of the test conducted using the Black Box method, the chatbot has the ability to reply within seconds and the answers are about 85 percent accurate. As a result, the chatbot is capable of giving sufficient information to the customer based on the data that has been previously given to train the bot.

Abstract

Kegiatan wisuda memiliki makna mendalam bagi setiap mahasiswa, menjadi momen perayaan prestasi akademik yang membawa mereka ke jenjang karier profesional. Namun, pelaksanaan wisuda di Universitas Dinamika Bangsa menghadapi tantangan. Pengaturan bangku duduk wisudawan kompleks dan keterlambatan peserta mengganggu kelancaran acara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pemanggilan wisudawan yang efektif melalui integrasi teknologi informatika, dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan proses pengaturan dan mengurangi keterlambatan dalam acara wisuda di Universitas Dinamika Bangsa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi desain sistem berbasis metode antrian (queue), integrasi teknologi informatika, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Sistem Antrian Digital berhasil memberikan solusi efisien dalam mengatur urutan pemanggilan wisudawan, mengurangi waktu tunggu, dan menciptakan suasana yang lebih terstruktur.
