Abstract

In this study, the problem is the result of learning science very low, therefore researcher is working to overcome these problems with the learning management by inquiry in.Research conducted as a Class Action Research The subject of this studyis the sixth grade students of SD Negeri 02 Kepahiang. The research instruments used were observation sheet and test sheet. The results obtained in this study in the first cycle average value of 69.90 with a presentation evaluating student mastery learning 50.75%. In the second cycle obtained average value evaluation of student mastery learning 77.80 with the percentage increasing to 70.85%. The third cycleobtained average value of student evaluation 85.60. with learning completeness percentage increased to 80.85%. It can be concluded that the learning management by inquiry can improve learning outcomes and student activity in learning science.Keywords: management, inquiry, learning, science.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a Leadership Style Of Principle To Motivate Increase Job Teacher elementary school 04 Sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong district. Abstract

This article was written to describe the construction of school buildings and classrooms in Seluma post- expansion . Research using qualitative descriptive methods . The data collection isdone by observation , interviews and documention research. The results showed that the construction of school buildings and classrooms in the post- expansion Seluma done based onanalysis of community needs . Development using funds provided by local governments and the central government in the form of a special allocation fund (DAK). There are 41 new school construction and more construction of new classrooms in Seluma since 2004. The central government and local governments continue to conduct evaluations and supervition to ensure that the process of construction of school buildings and classrooms run effectively and efficiently .Keywords : building schools and new classrooms , expansion area , Seluma

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out whether a positive correlation between the public vocational school teachers’ working motivation the school principal leadership and theirworking discipline. The sample of this Research are 65 teachers coming from 185 public vocational school teachers as population of the study. Correlation descriptive research method wasapplied in this study. The result of this research shows that (1) there was a positive correlation between the public teachers’ working motivation (X1) and their working discipline (Y); (2) their was a positive correlation between the public teachers’ perception toward the school principal leadership (X2) and their working discipline (Y); and (3) there was a positive correlation between the public teachers’ working motivation and perception toward the school principal leadership (X-1,2) and their working discipline (Y).Keywords: motivation, culture, teacher

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to describe how to increase the discipline through individual coaching, to describe whether the application indivindu coaching can improve the performance of teachers, to describe how is the process of applying coaching indivindu to improve discipline and performance of teachers. Data were collected by the instrument scale discipline andteacher performance assessment and observation sheet. Action Research was used in this research. It can be concluded that the discipline and teacher performance increase in cycle 1, 2 and 3. It can be concluded that coaching indivindu can improve discipline and teacher performance.Keywords: discipline, performance, coaching indivindu

Abstract

This study aims to find a mathematical learning management effective and efficient for students by enabling students active in learning. This research is the Classroom Action Research(CAR), which consists of several cycles and in each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects were students of class X TB SMK Kota Bengkulu. From the results of the study saw an increase in student learning outcomes. In the first cycle of students can be increased by 20% from the initial conditions and the second cycle increased sebear 32%. From the results of this classroom action research, the researcher recommended to applymathematics learning management by Jigsaw method to improve learning outcomes and to enable the students active.Keywords: management, learning, mathematic, Jigsaw

Abstract

The objective of this research was to compare the differences and similiraties of the management of counceling service between public junior high school number 2 and number 4 inBengkulu city. The research used comparative method. The subjects of this study were the teachers of counceling service and students. The techniques of collecting data were interview,observation and documentation. The results show that the differences include objectives fasilities, schedule. The similiraties include both schools have program organization structur, significances for students. Thus the counceling service management at public junior high school number 2 andnumber 4 Bengkulu in city has differences and similiraties in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation programs.Keywords: management, counceling service.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu, the type of research that is Class Action Research. Subjects in this study were students of class XI TAV 1 totaling 26students. Data were collected using observation sheets and questionnaires. Based on the initial questionnaire conducted on 26 students there are 10 students (38.5%) who get a low learning outcomes and only four students (15.4%) which has good value and the average value obtained 64.3%. Then in the first cycle there are six students, or (23.1%) who received good value criteria with an average value of 65.2%. In the second cycle increased to 21 or (80.8%) on the criteria of creativity is good and the average value obtained 86.5%. At the end of the meeting the questionnaire, there are 3 students (11.5%) who received low learning outcomes and only 21 students (80.7%) who received study results tub and niai average gained 80.5%. Based on the research results from the first cycle and the second cycle, learning management by administrationtasks can enhance students' creativity.Keywords: creativity, task

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to describe the profile of Elementary School Principals at District of East Curup. In this study also uses qualitative descriptive method becauseresearchers wanted to describe and interpret objects in accordance with the actual situation. The results of this study concluded that: 1) educational qualifications Elementary School Principal se subdistrict East Curup have met the criteria and requirements as the principal, although there is notyet, but in the settlement, 2) experience the Principal is enough, 3) the principal's own good competence, 4) years of service principals that have no more than one period and some are not quite the period, 5) the principal has also been able to resolve the problems it faces.Keywords: profile, principal

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the management program of character education on Social Learning at State Junior High School 1 Bermani Ilir of Kepahiang inplanning, implementation, evaluation, advance reaction factors that found and problem solving to solve this matter. The method of this research was descriptive qualitative. Data collecting use interview, observation and documentation. The result of this research indicates that the management of character education program on Social Learning at State Junior High School 1 Bermani Ilir of Kepahiang has been done properly to the management program although that’s still need to develop continuously. The problem majority at skill and knowledge of teacher need more education about character building for student if they want to success on managementcharacter education on social learning.Key Words: education management, character education, social learning
