Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komitmen guru bersertifikat pendidik dan yang belum bersertifikat pendidik dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional pada SMP Negeri 01 Pendopo Kabupaten Empat Lawang ?. dalam melaksanakan kegiatan penelitian, peneliti lebih banyak berinteraksi dan mengamati kegiatan yang dilakukan guru bersertifikat pendidik dan guru yang belum bersertifikat pendidik  pada SMP Negeri 01 pendopo dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi professional sekaligus membantu pemerintah dalam mencapai standar nasional pendidikan. Adapun cara pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara observasi wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian tentang komitemen guru yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik dan yang belum bersertifikat pendidik dalam meningkat kompetensi profesional dalam bidang pengembangan profesi ada perbedaan sebab guru yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik ada yang telah menlanjutkan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi ( S2) sedangkan yang belum bersertifikat pendidik belum ada yang mengikuti dengan berbagai alasan juga dalam mengikuti kegiatan workshop guru yang yang bersertifikat pendidik dengan sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan  tersebut senangkan guru yang belum bersertifikat hanya sebagian yang mau ikut dalam kegiatan tersebut. Dalam bidang penguasan bahan kajian akademik guru baik guru yang sudah maupun yang belum bersertifikat pendidik telah menunjukan komitmen yang baik, sedangkan dalam bidang pemahaman wawasan, guru yang bersertifikat pendidik sudah ada yang sebagian  menulis artikel  ilmiah sedangkan guru yang belum bersertifikat pendidik belum sama sekali membuat walau telah beberapa kali diadakannya workshop maupun pelatihan baik yang dilakukan di sekolah dengan mengundang narasumber yang berkopenten maupun yang diadakan di kabupaten.Kata Kunci : Komitmen, guru bersertifikat pendidika dan guru yang belum bersertifikat pendidik

Abstract

This purpose to describe the implementation of elementary school 62 Seluma accreditation. The approach and method of research is using qualitative descriptive study with case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study obtained through interviews, observation, documentation. Subjects were principals, teachers, committees. Data analysis is done by Reduction, presentation, verification. The result of the research shows the collection of documents for the establishment of online accreditation preparation team, data collection and supporting information, online accreditation instrument accreditation, school effort in complementing the eight national standards of education. Conducting visitation by the assessor team is a clarification, verification and validation activity done by comparing the data and information with real condition of the school through field observation, class observation, interview. Accreditation at elementary school sixty two Seluma based online using SisPenA application.Keywords: Online based accreditation, Qualitative descriptive study

Abstract

Abstract: “Determinants of the Level of Application of National Standards of Education in Various Schools”. National Education Standards (NES) are guidelines for managing education in schools. High quality schools, apply NES well. However, it is suspected that many schools lack serious implementation of SNP. Therefore, the achievement of the application of NES is not good. In other words it has a less standard status. This study aims to describe the determinants of the level of NES implementation at various levels of school. The research method uses descriptive studies. The research subjects were principals, teachers, administrative staff, school committees, and support staff in elementary, junior high, high school and vocational schools in the Lubuklinggau region, Musi Rawas, and North Musi Rawas. Data collection techniques are collected by interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Techniques for analyzing data with “descriptive statistics” and "flow analysis" on an ongoing basis. The results of the study show that the application of SNP at various levels of the school has different achievements from one school to another. It really depends on the resources and potential of the school that is owned. In general, almost all schools have not been able to apply the NES effectively. This is determined by two main factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors such as concern for school residents, availability of resources, and availability of budgets. External factors such as the support of school committees, parents, communities, government, and donors.Key words: National Education Standards, determinants, various schools

Abstract

Abstract: this study aims to determine whether there is influence of principal leadership, organizational climate and organizational commitment to the creativity of elementary school teachers in Ketahun of North Bengkulu. The population in this research is all of the elementary school teachers in Ketahun. In this case, there are 166 teachers and the samples are 67 teachers. Data were obtained from questionnaires and analyzed using simple regression and multiple regressions to find out whether there is influence between independent variable to dependent variable. The results showed that the leadership of the principal had a positive and significant effect on the creativity of elementary school teachers in Ketahun is 0.622. Then, the climate of school organization has positive and significant influence to creativity of state elementary school teachers in Ketahun is 0.528. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on the creativity of state elementary school teachers in Ketahun is 0.781. Headmaster leadership, organizational climate and organizational commitment have a greater influence on the creativity of elementary school teachers. There are three independent variables have an influence of 0.824 on the teachers creativity.Keywords: Headmaster Leadership, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and creativity

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dalam manajemen pembelajaran mata pelajaran peminatan MIPA di SMA Negeri 1 Muara Pinang. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran peminatan MIPA dalam : (1) perencanaan pembelajaran; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran; (3) penilaian pembelajaran; (4) hambatan yang dialami; dan (5) upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan yang dialami. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitiannya adalah guru kelompok mata pelajaran peminatan MIPA yang mengajar kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Muara Pinang, yakni guru mata pelajaran matematika, biologi, fisika, dan kimia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dalam manajemen pembelajaran mata pelajaran peminatan MIPA menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dan penilaian autentik sesuai dengan karakteristik Kurikulum 2013, akan tetapi belum bisa diterapkan sepenuhnya. Guru masih perlu diberikan peningkatan pemahaman Kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran dan pemenuhan media atau sumber belajar oleh pihak sekolah Kata Kunci: Implementasi Kurikulum 2013, Manajemen pembelajaran,                      Mata pelajaran peminatan MIPA
