Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the management, actuating, evaluation, and problems of counseling guideline and students' academic and nonacademic learning achievementat government junior high-schools in Lubuklinggau. The research method was analytic descriptive. Subject of research is the principal, vice principal areas of student and teacher guidance and counseling. The results of the research show that not all secondary school run the planning, implementation guidance and counseling as well, constraints in the implementation of counseling include shortage of guidance services and infrastructure limitations, the evaluation of theimplementation of the counseling is done monthly, semester and yearly. Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the accountability of biology instrusction management. The subjects are teachers, principal, and educational office stuff. This study usesevaluation, interview, observation and documentation. The data was analyzed through scoring techniques and qualitative data analysis. The study conclussion are (a) the lesson plane made by the teachers; (b) the actuating has fulfilled the standard; (c) the evaluation has fulfilled the standard; (d) the sustain factors are tecahers attitude, students quality and the school atmosphereand the obstacle factors are the lack of learning tool and equipment.Keywords: implementation, management, biology, accountability

Abstract

The objective of this study was to describe the relationship between the school and community planning, to determine the implementation of school and community relations , toknow the principals evaluate the implementation of school and community relations. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research is principal, teachers,students, and parents committee chairman. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the management of quality improvement of school administration at senior high school number 2 Muara Beliti Musi Rawas Regency. Thisstudy used a qualitative descriptive method. The subject is principal, vice principal, head of the administration, teachers and school treasurer. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was performed with a descriptive qualitative through the reduction of data, display data, and data verification. The results showed that improved quality management school has been going according to plan with the condition, and the programs of the school.Keyword: management, quality improvement, school administration

Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the management of student character education in elementary school, specific is to know about: the management plan, application andevaluation. The methode of this research is qualitative descriptive done within observation, documentation and interview. The result of this research show that: the first, the management plan had been done well by formulating objectives, strategic arrangement, deciding the policies,allocating Procedures, finance, and perfecting program; the second, the management application had been done well through the activities of organization and the application of students’ character values; the third, the management evaluation was applied through the oriented activitiesinto inspecting the program application, reflection, analysis and follow-up activitiesKeywords: management, students’ character, elementary school.

Abstract

The aimed of the research was to describe the arraying of school planing program to improving the graduated quality in State Senior High School 2 Muara Beliti Musi Rawasregency.The method of research using descriptive qualitative. The subject of the research were school commitee, principal, vice principal, and teachers. Tehnique of collecting the data wereobservation, interview and documentation. The result of the research were: first, the arranging of program, second, the decrement of vision and mision and the purpose of the school. Third, the result of the planning applied on the all of school activities. Abstract

This study aims to improve the management of the quality of citizenship learning with model cooperative TGT type. This research is a classroom action research through planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data source is a teacher, student, documentation, and field notes. Data collection techniques include test and non tes.Data analysis using descriptive statistics.The results showed that the skills of teachers increased from the first cycle, second cycle and third cycle. Number average score of student activity increased from the first cycle, second cycle andthird cycle as well as the classical completeness.Keywords: citizenship, cooperatice, TGT type

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe: 1) planning discipline in primary school students 58 Lubuklinggau, 2) organizing student discipline in primary school 58 Lubuklinggau, 3)the application or implementation of student discipline at the Elementary School 58 Lubuklinggau, 4) supervision of student discipline at the Elementary School 58 Lubuklinggau, and 5) monitoring and evaluation of student discipline at the Elementary School 58 Lubuklinggau. In this research approach used is deskriftive qualitative, because the data collected and the analysis is more qualitative. The conclusions of this study is the management discipline in SD Negeri 58 lubuklinggau have attempted to apply managerial discipline well.Keywords: management, discipline, student
