Abstract

Adanya pengaruh globalisasi pada televisi memberikan dampak berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan masyarakat pedesaan,  baik pada aspek ekonomi, social, budaya dan teknologi dapat merubah pola kehidupan masyarakat kearah modernitas. Tujuan artikel ini menjelaskan  dampak globalisasi televisi di lingkungan pendesaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan dekriptif. Subjek penelitian yang telah dilibatkan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu kepala desa, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh pemuda, staf desa dan masyarakat lainnya.  Pengumpulan data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan observasi, interview, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan model analisis  interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak globalisasi televisi di lingkungan pedesaan telah mengalami akulturasi budaya modern seperti adanya perubahan pola kehidupan masyarakat desa yang biasanya anti menonton film, hidup penuh dengan kebudayaan lokal telah bergeser ke arah pola kehidupan konsumtif televisi mulai tingkat anak-anak berupa menonton film seperti anak-anak muda akrab dengan karakter seperti Batman, Superman, Popeye, Mighty Mouse, Tom and Jerry, Woody Woodpecker, dan banyak lainnya. Dalam nada yang sama, kartun Jepang seperti Dora Emon, Candy Candy, Sailoor Moon, Dragon Ball, dan Naruto Shippuden. Sementara orang dewasa termasuk orang tua konsumtif misalnya waktu menonton acara televisi di siang hari selama sekitar 3/4 jam dan di malam hari selama lebih dari 5 jam, tetapi mayoritas orang tua menontonnya pada waktu tertentu, khususnya di malam hari, Anak-anak dan remaja, di sisi lain, menghabiskan banyak waktu di depan televisi, terutama pada hari libur, hari Minggu, dan hari-hari biasa lainnya ketika mereka menonton televisi. Jadi dampak globalisasi televisi bagi masyarakat pedesaan telah membawa perubahan sosial dalam kehidupan masyarakat menjadi masyarakat konsumtif informasi televisi dan media massa lainnya.The influence of globalization on television has an impact on various aspects of the life of rural communities, both in economic, social, cultural and technological aspects can change the pattern of people's lives towards modernity. The purpose of this article is to explain the impact of television globalization in rural areas. The research method uses qualitative research, with a descriptive approach. Research subjects who have been involved in data collection are village heads, religious leaders, community leaders, youth leaders, village staff and other communities. Data collection has been done using observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis has been carried out using an interactive analysis model. The results show that the impact of television globalization in rural areas has experienced acculturation of modern culture such as a change in the pattern of life of rural people who are usually anti-movie, living full of local culture has shifted towards a television consumptive life pattern starting at the children's level in the form of watching films such as young children are familiar with characters such as Batman, Superman, Popeye, Mighty Mouse, Tom and Jerry, Woody Woodpecker, and many others. In the same vein, Japanese cartoons like Dora Emon, Candy Candy, Sailoor Moon, Dragon Ball, and Naruto Shippuden. While adults, including consumptive parents, for example, watching television shows during the day for about 3/4 hours and at night for more than 5 hours, but the majority of parents watch it at certain times, especially at night. , on the other hand, spend a lot of time in front of the television, especially on holidays, Sundays, and other ordinary days when they watch television. So the impact of television globalization for rural communities has brought social changes in people's lives into a consumer society of television information and other mass media.

Abstract

Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga merupakan tindakan pidana ringan yang terjadi dikalangan keluarga rumah tangga, terutama bagi keluarga rumah tangga yang minim pengetahuan dalam pendidikan keluarga. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga sebagai factor tidak seimbangnya hubungan suami istri dalam suatu rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian menjelaskan pentingnya penerapan pendewasaan usia perkawinan sebagai upaya pencegahan terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan yuridis normative. Pengumpulan data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan observasi, interview, dan analisis dokumen. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati perkembangan kasus kekerasan dalam rumah dalam berbagai literature, interview dilakukan secara online melalui google meeting dengan 2 orang panitera, hakim, staf pengadilan negeri setempat, analisis dokumen dilakukan untuk menelaah esensi undang-undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT), peraturan pemerintah yang relevan apakah relevan dengan kondisi lapangan. Analisis data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan model analisis  interaktif dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Pendewasaan Usia Perkawinan sebagai upaya pencegahan terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga belum maksimal karena masih adanya kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga masih terjadi, kurangnya pemberian perlindungan hukum kepada korban kekerasan, perlu dilakukan sosialiasasi tentang penerapan PUP yang terkandung dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Hal lainnya masih terjadinya tradisi budaya perkawinan perjodohan dengan mengesampingkan faktor kematangan berpikir dan umur.Domestic Violence is a minor criminal act that occurs among household families, especially for household families who lack knowledge in family education. Domestic violence is a factor in the imbalance of husband and wife relationships in a household. The purpose of this research is to explain the importance of applying maturation of marriage age as an effort to prevent the occurrence of domestic violence. Qualitative research methods, with a normative juridical approach. Data collection has been done using observation, interviews, and document analysis. Observations were made to observe the development of cases of domestic violence in various literatures, interviews were conducted online through google meetings with 2 clerks, judges, local district court staff, document analysis was carried out to examine the essence of the Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence (KDRT), whether relevant government regulations are relevant to field conditions. Data analysis has been carried out using an interactive analysis model with stages of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, verification and data conclusion. The results showed that the application of maturation of the age of marriage as an effort to prevent the occurrence of domestic violence had not been maximized because cases of domestic violence were still occurring, the lack of legal protection for victims of violence, socialization about the application of PUP contained in Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Another thing is that there is still a cultural tradition of matchmaking marriages by putting aside the factors of thinking maturity and age.

Abstract

Tradisi adat manggarai yang dilakukan telah memperkokoh eksistensi dari agama yang dianut oleh masyarakatnya karena berbagai tradisi yang berkaitan dengan siklus kehidupan berkembang dan menjadi kuat ketika ia telah mentaradisi dan membudaya di tengah masyarakat manggari. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan etnografi dan literatur. Subyek penelitian adalah tokoh adat, tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat manggarai barat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literature, interview, dan observasi. Studi literature yaitu artikel ilmiah, buku kebudayaan local manggarai, dan hasil penelitian. Interview dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dengan para tokoh adat, tokoh masyarakat yang relevan, observasi dilakukan yaitu pengamatan ketika proses palakasanaan tradisi dilakukan. Sumber data primer yaitu analisis dokumen, data sekunder yaitu artikel ilmiah, buku, majalah dan lainnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Teing Hang Empo merupakan tradisi merupakan sesuatu yang di lakukan secara turun temurun dari nenek moyang hingga sekarang. Proses pelaksanaan Teing Hang Empo adalah (1) melaksanakan musyawarah tokoh adat, (2) menyiapkan berbagai macam kebutuhan yang harus di korbankan pada saat pelaksanaan upacara teing hang empo, (3) kebersihan, (4) melaksanakan ritual adat, (5) memakai seragam, (6) bersalaman, (7) penutupan. Jadi kebudayaan masyarakat manggarai barat tradisi teing hang empo sebagai simbol ketaataan masyarakat manggarai terhadap tuhan dan roh para leluhur terdahulu.The Manggarai traditional tradition has strengthened the existence of the religion embraced by the community because various traditions related to the life cycle develop and become strong when it has been traditionalized and entrenched in the Manggarai community. The research method used in this study uses qualitative research, with an ethnographic and literary approach. The research subjects were traditional leaders, community leaders, and the people of West Manggarai. Collecting data using literature studies, interviews, and observations. Literature studies are scientific articles, books on local Manggarai culture, and research results. Interviews were conducted by conducting interviews with traditional leaders, relevant community leaders, observations were made, namely observations when the traditional doing process was carried out. Primary data sources are document analysis, secondary data are scientific articles, books, magazines, and others. The data analysis method uses interactive analysis. The results of the study show that the Teing Hang Empo tradition is something that has been passed down from generation to generation from the ancestors until now. The process of implementing Teing Hang Empo is (1) carrying out deliberations of traditional leaders, (2) preparing various kinds of needs that must be sacrificed during the teing hang empo ceremony, (3) cleaning, (4) carrying out traditional rituals, (5) wearing uniforms, (6) shaking hands, (7) closing. So the culture of the West Manggarai community, the Teing Hang Empo tradition, is a symbol of the Manggarai people's obedience to God and the spirits of the previous ancestors.

Abstract

Karakter dapat dipengaruhi oleh ekonomi, globalisasi, pergaulan, dan teknologi, namun kondisi karakter peserta didik cenderung menurun pada aspek moral, tutur kata yang sopan berkurang, merokok di depan guru, bolos sekolah, berkelahi dan terlambat masuk sekolah. Tujuan artikel ini untuk mendeskripsikan penanaman karakter moralitas dan disiplin melalui program ekstrakurikuler dan ko-kurikuler di SMA Negeri 2 Donggo. Metode penelitian yang telah digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan studi literature. Subyek penelitian yang terlibat adalah kepala sekolah, guru PPKn, guru BK, pembina kegiatan ekstra kurikuler dan pelajar. Pengumpulan data yang telah digunakan yaitu observasi, interview, studi literature. Analisis data yang telah digunakan untuk menganalisis data model interaktif yakni tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, verifikasi  dan penyimpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman karakter moralitas dan disiplin melalui program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dapat dilakukan dengan cara pola pembinaan berupa paskibra, pramuka, OSIS, dan Imtaq. Penanaman ini harus terus dilakukan sesuai dengan kurikulum dan program unggulan sekolah, serta pembinaan moralitas dan disiplin peserta didik sangat penting dilakukan untuk mewujudkan peserta didik berakhlak mulia, bermoral tinggi, kerja keras, disiplin kerja, toleransi  dan  tanggungjawab. Penanaman karakter moralitas dan disiplin melalui program kegiatan ko-kurikuler dapat dilakukan melalui program pembelajaran baik didalam ruangan kelas maupun diluar ruangan kelas dengan mengembangkan mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan, bimbingan konseling dan pendidikan agama.Character can be influenced by the economy, globalization, association, and technology, but the condition of the character of students tends to decrease in the moral aspect, reduced polite speech, smokes in front of the teacher, skips school, fights and is late for school. The purpose of this article is to describe the cultivation of morality and discipline characters through extracurricular and co-curricular programs at SMA Negeri 2 Donggo. The research method that has been used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach and literature study. The research subjects involved were school principals, PPKn teachers, BK teachers, extra-curricular activities supervisors and students. Data collection that has been used are observation, interviews, literature studies. Data analysis that has been used to analyze the interactive model data is the stages of data collection, data reduction, verification and data inference. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the cultivation of moral character and discipline through extracurricular activity programs could be carried out by means of a coaching pattern in the form of Paskibra, Scouts, Student Council, and Imtaq. This planting must continue to be carried out in accordance with the curriculum and the school's flagship program, as well as fostering student morality and discipline is very important to realize students with noble character, high morals, hard work, work discipline, tolerance and responsibility. The inculcation of morality and discipline characters through co-curricular activities can be done through learning programs both in the classroom and outside the classroom by developing Pancasila and civic education subjects, counseling guidance and religious education.

Abstract

Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan hasil belajar PKn siswa rendah yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal dari siswa. Faktor internal antara lain: motivasi belajar, intelegensi, kebiasan dan rasa percaya diri. Sedangkan faktor eksternal seperti; guru, startegi pembelajaran, sarana dan prasarana, kurikulum dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan kegiatan proses pembelajaran PKn dan peningkatan hasil belajar menggunakan model Problem Based Learning berbantu Media Video dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar PKn Siswa Kelas 7A di SMP Negeri 1 Ledokombo Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian   ini   merupakan   penelitian   tindakan   kelas dan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VIIA. Teknik pengumpulan  data berupa observasi,  tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantu video pada mata pelajaran PKn dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti adanya peningkatan partisipasi aktif belajar siswa pada siklus II. Siklus I siswa berpartisipasi aktif mencapai kriteria sedang sebanyak 20 siswa sedangkan yang mencapai kriteria baik 13 siswa mendapat skor minimal 70. Pada Siklus II yang mencapai kriteria sedang 9 orang, dan yang mendapat kriteria baik 25 orang. Peningkatan  hasil  belajar  siswa  terhadap  mata  pelajaran  PKn  tampak adanya  peningkatan  rata-rata  dari  siklus  I  (74,09)  meningkat  cukup signifikan pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata (81,96).Many factors cause low student civics learning outcomes, namely internal and external factors from students. Internal factors include learning motivation, intelligence, habits, and self-confidence. While external factors such as; teachers, learning strategies, facilities and infrastructure, curriculum, and the environment. This study aims to determine the increase in civics learning process activities and the improvement of learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning model with video media in improving civics Learning outcomes for class 7A Students at SMP Negeri 1 Ledokombo odd Semester 2016/2017 Academic Year. This research is a classroom action research and research subjects of class VIIA students. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the application of video-assisted Problem Based Learning model with video media in Civics subjects could increase active participation and student learning outcomes. This is proven by an increase in students' active learning participation in cycle II. In Cycle I, students actively participated in achieving moderate criteria as many as 20 students, while those who achieved good criteria were 13 students who got a minimum score of 70. In cycle II, 9 students achieved moderate criteria, and 25 students got good criteria. The increase in student learning outcomes on Civics subjects shows an increase in the average from cycle I (74.09) increased quite significantly in cycle II with an average value (81.96).

Abstract

The Indonesian people are facing economic impacts and mental pressure due to the increasingly threatening attacks of the Covid-19 outbreak. However, Indonesia is a religious and nationalist nation, which has a strong value system based on the religious norms and ideology of Pancasila.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain, what, why and how to strengthen the prophetic attitudes and idealism dimension of the Pancasila to be built in order to deal with the economic and psychological pressures of the people affected by COVID-19. By using a qualitative approach, the researcher chooses the library research method, namely the study of various sources of literature relevant to the purpose of the study. Literature data obtained were analyzed both textually, contextually and contextually. The results showed that the prophetic attitude and dimensions of Pancasila idealism are a highly relevant, mutually reinforcing value system, especially in facing the threat of the Covid-19 outbreak, both from an economic perspective and mental challenges. The relevance of prophetic attitudes and dimensions of Pancasila idealism here as character strengthening are able to present a values system that can be called as moderative idealism, not right idealism, nor left idealism.

Abstract

Dampak akibat dibully adalah depresi berat oleh si remaja korban bullying makin besar bahkan ke arah bunuh diri, menyakiti diri sendiri kepada si anak hasil bully. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan desain pola integrasi untuk mengurangi kejahatan cyberbullying. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dan studi kasus. Sasaran subyek penelitian adalah aparat sipil negera, pegawai dan staf yang pada Kepolisian Daerah, Kemenkominfo, Telkom dan Pengadilan Negeri di Nusa Tenggara Barat metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan, pengamatan, wawancara, analisis dokumen. Desain formulasi pola integrasi cyber dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain grounded theory menurut Urguhard. Data yang terkumpul baik berupa data kepustakaan maupun data lapangan akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskriptif analitis untuk menguraikan data lapangan dengan studi literatur dengan pendekatan deduktif dan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  pola integrasi cyber untuk pencegahan cyberbullying menggunakan sistem siklus cyber dengan tahapan yaitu kolaborasi lembaga, pencegahan melalui penyuluhan, edukasi, kampanye dan pendampingan (PEKP), Patroli Siber, menjaga identitas, menjadi saksi ahli, mengklarifikasi berita hoax menjadi berita yang asli, dan memberikan efek jera kepada pelaku kejahatan cyberbullying.The impact of being bullied is that the teenager who is bullied suffers from severe depression, even leading to suicide, hurting himself or herself to the child who is the result of being bullied. The purpose of this study is to describe the design of integration patterns to reduce cyberbullying crimes. The method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive analytical approach and case studies. The target subjects of the study were state civil servants, employees and staff at the Regional Police, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, Telkom and the District Court in West Nusa Tenggara. The data collection methods used were library research, observation, interviews, and document analysis. The design of the cyber integration pattern formulation in this study uses a grounded theory design according to Urguhard. The data collected in the form of library data and field data will be analyzed using analytical descriptive to describe the field data by studying literature with deductive and inductive approaches. The results show that the cyber integration pattern for cyberbullying prevention uses a cyber cycle system with stages, namely institutional collaboration, prevention through counseling, education, campaigns and mentoring (PEKP), Cyber Patrol, maintaining identity, being an expert witness, clarifying hoax news into original news. , and provide a deterrent effect to perpetrators of cyberbullying crimes.

Abstract

Mutu Pendidikan masih belum mengembirakan belakangan ini, hal ini terjadi karena pengelolaan pendidikan pada tingkat pemerintah daerah dan satuan pendidikan yang sepenuhnya belum terwujud. Komite sekolah mempunyai peran penting dalam mengembangkan mutu pendidikan di Sekolah, keberadaan Komite Sekolah merupakan bagian dari perwujudan manejemen berbasis Sekolah yang melibatkan berbagai komponen, termasuk masyarakat dan wali murid. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran Komite Sekolah dalam mengembangkan mutu Pendidikan di SMPN 1 Mbelilin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan penelitian yaitu Ketua Komite Sekolah, Kepala Sekolah dan anggota Komite Sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komite Sekolah berperan sebagai penimbang terhadap penyediaan dan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana yang di butuhkan oleh sekolah, pengontrol terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan sekolah, dan sebagai mediator untuk mewujudkan berupa penghubung antara kepala sekolah dengan masyarakat dalam membuat ulasan kebijakan dan beberapa program pendidikan.The quality of education has not been improved lately, this is because the management of education at the local government level and education units have not fully materialized. School committees have an important role in developing the quality of education in schools, the existence of school committees is part of the realization of school-based management involving various components, including the community and parents. The purpose of the research is to find out the role of the School Committee in developing the quality of Education at SMPN 1 Mbelilin. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Research informants are the Chairman of the School Committee, the Principal, and members of the School Committee. The data collection methods used are observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the School Committee serves as a weigher against the provision and use of facilities and infrastructure needed by the school, controller of the school decision-making process, and as a mediator to realize the liaison between the principal and the community in making policy reviews and some educational programs.

Abstract

Anak autis merupakan anak yang yang mengalami gannguan pada intraksi sosial, komunikasi, dan perubahan perilaku yang ada pada dirinya. Anak Autis membutuhkan penerimaan, bimbingan dan dukungan ekstra dari orang tua dan lingkungannya untuk tumbuh dan mengembangkan potensi dirinya secara optimal agar dapat hidup mandiri seutuhnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikan pada anak Autis (Studi Kasus di SLB Negeri 1 Sumbawa). Kemudian metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola pembelajaran pada anak autis di SLB Negeri 1 Sumbawa terdapat dua model pembelajaran yang diberikan yaitu kelas klasikal dan kelas individual. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran yaitu metode stimulus visual Pembelajaran yang menggunakan alat bantu sebagai media pembelajaran seperti gambar dan poster. Teknik yang di gunakan guru bervariasi mengikuti keadaan peserta didik.Autistic children are children who experience disturbances in social interactions, communication, and changes in their behavior. Autistic children need extra acceptance, guidance and support from parents and their environment to grow and develop their potential optimally in order to live completely independently. This study aims to determine education in children with autism (Case Study in SLB Negeri 1 Sumbawa). Then the method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the learning patterns in children with autism in SLB Negeri 1 Sumbawa have two learning models given, namely the classical class and the individual class. While the method used in learning is the visual stimulus method of learning which uses learning tools as learning media such as pictures and posters. The techniques that the teacher uses vary according to the circumstances of the students.
