Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the benefits of wheatgrass in reducing the effects of chemotherapy. The design of this research is a systematic narrative review. Six scientific databases were used to obtain relevant sources dealing with specific issues related to wheatgrass in reducing the effects of chemotherapy, namely Pubmed, Ebsco, Sage Journals, Clinical Key, Scopus, and Pro-quest. The study results found 655 articles, and six articles were relevant and qualified. The use of wheatgrass juice turned out to have a significant effect on treating cancer patients in reducing the impact of chemotherapy and providing alternative options for reducing the effects of chemotherapy. In conclusion, wheatgrass can increase hemoglobin and platelet levels, contain antineoplastic compounds, suppress EMT in hypoxia, and can improve the performance of P53 cells in performing apoptosis. Abstract

This study aims to determine a practical method approach to using social media to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS infection. The preparation of this literature review uses the narrative literature review method by entering keywords into the Pubmed, ProQuest, Wiley, CINAHL, and Science Direct databases. The study results indicate that the practical techniques used in the use of social media to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS infection include Network Monitoring System (NMS) and direct intervention. The Network Monitoring System (NMS) method can analyze the role of health sociology science on statistical data or social change trends used as consideration in formulating health promotion policies. Meanwhile, direct intervention with a comprehensive educational approach in empowering individuals or groups becomes a stimulant to self-potential to deal with health problems independently. In conclusion, both of them produce outputs in increasing awareness in the prevention and transmission of HIV/AIDS, healthy sexual knowledge, minimizing stigma against people living with HIV/AIDS, getting a target tracing flow that will be given education. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and self-efficacy on self-management of hypertension sufferers. This research method is cross-sectional research. The results showed that respondents with high self-efficacy dominantly have good self-management (64.2%). In low self-management, the dominant has less self-management (57.2%). In the excellent category of family support variables, the chief has good self-management (61.1%). The dominant has less self-management (57.1%) with less family support. The chi-square test results show that self-management is related to family support (p-value=0.001), self-efficacy (p-value=0.006). In conclusion, self-management of hypertensive patients tends to increase if the patient gets high family support and self-efficacy. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the scope of research on the treatment of hypertension with herbs using a bibliometric approach. The method used is to search the database using the Publish-of-Perish application and then extract the search results using the VOS-viewer. The results show that the minimum number of terms associated with using the VOS-viewer is set to 2 times. After being analyzed, 5 clusters (purple, red, green, blue, and orange) show the relationship between one topic and another. VOS-viewer can display bibliometric mappings in three different visualizations: network, overlay, and density. The keywords that appear the most are hypertension, blood pressure, and the elderly. Through the VOS-Viewer, we analyzed how many articles had been published on herbal remedies for people with hypertension and found that marine herbal ingredients had not been used to treat hypertension in Indonesia for that period. In conclusion, this bibliometric approach is essential to determine novelty in conducting further research by identifying basic themes in each study, the field of knowledge, or research that has been carried out so far. This study aims to analyze the growth and development of toddlers aged 12-59 months based on family income and history of exclusive breastfeeding. This research method is an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. The results showed that 50.5% had a family income above the minimum wage. History of exclusive breastfeeding, 46.4% received an account of exclusive breastfeeding. Variable growth, as many as 71.1% have normal nutrition, and 28.9% have less food. The developmental variable was obtained as 69.1% had appropriate development, and 30.9% had dubious action. The chi-square test showed a relationship between growth and development with family income (p-value = 0.000) and a history of exclusive breastfeeding (0.000). In conclusion, growth and development are strongly influenced by family income and a history of exclusive breastfeeding, where there is a tendency for mothers who have high incomes and give exclusive breastfeeding will tend to have good growth and development of toddlers. Abstract

This study aims to see changes in GDS values in athletes to prevent doping use. This study uses quasi-experimental research with a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The results showed that the shift in GDS values in futsal players decreased by an average of 5 mg/dl, in swimmers, the standard decreased by 8 mg/dl, 100 M runners decreased by an average of 4 mg/dl, and the average value decreased in GDS values. On mobile legend e-sport players, only 1 mg/dl. In conclusion, the types of sports that experienced the most decrease in GDS occurred swimming, then futsal, 100 M running, and e-sports players. Blood glucose values will decrease more and more if a person does activities with more use of body movement. Cold temperatures will increase the body's ability to produce energy which will maintain body temperature within normal limits. Keywords: Doping, Blood Glucose During (GDS), Athlete
