The method used is a pre-experiment using an intact group comparison research design. The variables of this study are the independent variable of health education and the dependent variable is the knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about the COVID-19 health protocol. Data were collected using questionnaire sheets through leaflets and videos before and after giving health education. The population of the study was the elderly ISPA, totaling 100 people in the Kasang Pudak Public Health Center area with a total sample of 100 respondents. Calculation of the sample using the Wilcoxon formula. How to analyze it using the Wilcoxon test with a significant level of P <0.05. The provision of health education using leaflet and video media affects the knowledge and attitudes of the elderly in the hope that the elderly can take a good attitude in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol.

Asthma is a respiratory disease that is often found in both children and adults. A group of patients may be free from long-term attacks of symptoms if they exercise or are exposed to allergens or viral infections of the respiratory tract. Other patients may experience persistent symptoms or frequent acute attacks. Asthma causes patients to require treatment, both in hospital and at home. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on the knowledge and attitudes of asthma patients in the prevention of recurrence in the work area of Putri Ayu Public Health Center. This research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental design, one group pre-test and post-test. Total sample of 37 respondents The population in this study are patients with asthma problems which are the scope of the work area of Putri Ayu Public Health Center. The data collection technique used was done by using a questionnaire (question list), while the data analysis used the mc nemar test. Mcnemar statistical test results show the p-value (0.000) <0.05, meaning that there is an effect of health education on the level of knowledge of respondents in preventing asthma attacks. The results of the Mcnemar statistical test showed a p-value (0.000) < 0.05 meaning that there was an effect of health education on the level of knowledge of asthmatics in the Putri Ayu Health Center work area, Jambi City

Meanwhile, the average self-efficacy before intervention in the control group was 6.37 with a standard deviation of 3.774, while the average value after intervention in the control group was 7.00 with a standard deviation of 3.058. The results of further analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained a p-value of <0.05. In conclusion, there was an increase in the self-efficacy of hypertension sufferers after giving KALPIN education and leaflets. Keywords: Hypertension, KALPIN, Leaflet, Self-Efficacy

Abstract Background: The intervention program for preventing and controlling hypertension is a challenge for health workers, one of which is by helping individuals do self-management (Self-Care) to overcome hypertension, this can increase their self-confidence (Self-Efficacy) to live with chronic diseases. Self-management is an individual's ability to carry out self-care activities to maintain life, improve, and maintain individual health and well-being. E-Kalpin is a visual-based education developed to improve patient self-management in comorbid patients. Patients can use E-Kalpin as a medium that helps them supervise and control blood pressure. This study aimed to see the effectiveness of E-Kalpin's self-management as a predictor of hemodynamics in patients with hypertension during the covid pandemic. Method: This study used a quasi-experimental research design with a pretest-posttest approach with a control group. The population in this study were all patients with hypertension in the Aur Duri Public Health Center working area with a sample group of 30 respondents. The researcher used the E-Kalpin media as a media instrument which was arranged in the form of a questionnaire to obtain information and data from respondents. Results: This study resulted in a relationship between the use of the E-Kalpin application as a medium to assist them in supervising and controlling their illness. The statistical test results obtained a p-value of 0.018, meaning that at 5% alpha there was a significant difference in the average of the kalpin group and the control group. This means that using E-Kalpin can assist people with hypertension in their self-management thus it can be used as a hemodynamic predictor in daily activities. Conclusion: Health workers can use E-Kalpin as an educational medium that helps people with hypertension to predict the hemodynamics of the body in controlling blood pressure. For further research, it is recommended to examine various supporting factors or other variables that affect the use of E-Kalpin application media to assist patients in controlling blood pressure.

DM disease greatly affects the quality of human resources and has an impact on increasing health costs which are quite large. Many people do not realize the importance of controlling blood sugar levels in diabetics are not even aware that they have diabetes, and realize after the occurrence of complications of the disease themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a smart calendar on increasing the knowledge of DM patients at the Penyengat Olak Health Center, Muaro Jambi Regency. The design used was a case-control with a quasi-experimental design, using a pretest-posttest approach with a control group, with a total sample of 30 which was divided into 15 intervention groups and 15 control groups. Data analysis used t-test and independent t-test. Statistical analysis found that there was an effect of smart calendars with knowledge about diet and food intake management in DM patients, with a p-value of 0.004, so it was concluded that the use of SMART CALENDAR as a reminder medium for sufferers could increase their knowledge, improve their discipline to manage food so that in the end is expected to reduce blood sugar levels of respondents before and after the intervention. By comparing the control group, p.value = 0.011, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the average group of respondents who use the SMART CALENDAR and those who do not use the SMART CALENDAR. In conclusion, the use of a PINTAR CALENDER can help increase knowledge about diet and food management but must be accompanied by the supervision of officers or families.

This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and self-efficacy on self-management of hypertension sufferers. This research method is cross-sectional research. The results showed that respondents with high self-efficacy dominantly have good self-management (64.2%). In low self-management, the dominant has less self-management (57.2%). In the excellent category of family support variables, the chief has good self-management (61.1%). The dominant has less self-management (57.1%) with less family support. The chi-square test results show that self-management is related to family support (p-value=0.001), self-efficacy (p-value=0.006). In conclusion, self-management of hypertensive patients tends to increase if the patient gets high family support and self-efficacy.
