Abstract

This study aims to describe the physical activity of workers during the hybrid. The method used is a narrative review with an article search based on the PCC approach on five databases: Garuda, CINAHL, PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect. The studies reviewed were full-text articles published from 2019 - 2022 and published in English or Indonesian. The results showed that six pieces analyzed that WFH can reduce physical activity and hybrid can encourage workers' physical activity by providing flexibility to integrate work, leisure, domestic, and travel activities into daily routines. However, motivational factors, commuting, and changes in work style can also influence workers' physical activity levels during the hybrid. In conclusion, the combination can support workers to do sufficient physical activity with support from the surrounding environment and strong motivation. Keywords: Physical activity, Hybrid, Worker

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between self-stigma and expectations in schizophrenic patients. The method used is scoping review with a descriptive approach. The results showed a significant relationship between self-stigma and expectations in schizophrenic patients. Negative self-stigma causes schizophrenic patients to lose self-confidence and low expectations while recovering from symptoms of schizophrenic patients. Low negative self-stigma leads to high levels of expectation in schizophrenic patients. So nurses have an essential role in reducing negative self-stigma in schizophrenic patients. In conclusion, there is a relationship between self-stigma and expectations in schizophrenic patients. Internal and external factors influence self-stigma. So support from the family is essential in building a positive self-stigma against schizophrenic patients. Keywords: Hope, Schizophrenia, Self-Stigma

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the application of diabetic foot spa procedures to optimize foot function after healing diabetic foot wounds. This qualitative research method uses a descriptive case study design. The results of the study indicate that the diabetic foot spa procedure can be applied to people with diabetes mellitus by using therapeutic communication stages which consist of a pre-interaction phase for conducting assessments, diagnoses, and learning action procedures. The introduction orientation phase builds trusting relationships, explanations of actions, and approval of activities. The interaction phase is to carry out the preparation of equipment, environment, patients, and nurses, as well as all implementation of action procedures, and the termination phase is for evaluation, as well as future contracts and follow-up plans. In conclusion, diabetic foot spa can be used as a nursing intervention in foot care to fulfill security and protection needs, focusing on nursing problems and the risk of disrupting skin/tissue integrity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lay cardiopulmonary resuscitation simulation method training on self-efficacy in the management of lay cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the community. The method used is a one-group pre-post test design with convenience sampling. The results showed that the significance value of self-efficacy before and after the intervention was 0.001 (p-value <0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of layman's CPR simulation training on community self-efficacy. This training can be an alternative for health workers to increase people's self-efficacy beliefs in CPR. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Cardiac Arrest, Community, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the William Flexion exercise method in reducing pain levels. The research method used in this study is quantitative, namely experimental research. The results in this study showed that the T value was 7.819 with the T table was 1.714, meaning that the T count > T table, meaning that using the William Flexion training method can reduce the level of ischialgia pain. This is because the movements in the William Flexion training method, such as sit-ups and flexion movements, are appropriate for people who suffer from pain. In conclusion, giving William flexion exercise is effectively applied to ischialgia patients. Keywords: Ischialgia, William Flexion Exercise, Pain
