Abstract

Diseases Ear, Nose and Throathas become adisease that issuffered by the world community. ENT disease progression and higher, it is not accompanied by anumber of experts. In this case, an analysis should be doneto speed up the process of diagnosis. The refore it is necessary to use the expert system is a computer application that behaves like an expert. Expert system capable of solving problems that typically can only be solved by an expert using the knowledge base, facts and reasoning techniques. In this analysis using aforward chaining inference engine. In this approach, starting from the information entered and then draws conclusions, tracking the forefind facts in accordance with the IF-THEN rules. Based on the test system accuracy rate forward chaining method to detect ENT disease that is 100%, which according to the data obtained from the ENT specialist to determine disease based on symptoms exist.

Abstract

One of the local government of Gunungkidul efforts to realize program in order to alleviate poverty is to perform the data collection poverty of its citizens. The local government of Gunungkidul has formulated a collection by weighting against 15 indicators into three groups. The amount of data and indicators to be used will certainly lead to difficulties in implementation, ineffective and less objective. Therefore we need automation in the process of clustering data on poverty. This study aims to analyze the performance of the FCM algorithm and K-means are implemented in the data on poverty in Girijati Purwosari village into 3 clusters. Some of the steps that must be done prior to clustering, first performed pretreatment includes data cleaning and data transformation for clustering is then performed using the second algorithm. The suitability of data between FCM algorithm and the calculation of poverty indicators in the Girijati village is 50 % and for the K - Means algorithm is 83.33 % . Therefore, K- Means algorithm is more appropriately used in data classification of poverty based on the three criteria of poverty, beside FCM algorithm.

Abstract

Medical record is a file containing records and documents about the patient’s identity, examination, treatment, medical action, and other services that have been administered to patients. Management need a medical record file for planning, controlling, and evaluating the quality of care. Puskesmas (local medical center) is a technical unit of the District/City Health Office held responsible for health development in one or some districts. Puskesmas has a fairly complex service such as outpatient services, inpatient, laboratory tests, and pharmacy. The purpose of this research is to design an integrated medical record information systems at Puskesmas Simpang Timbangan Indralaya to repair the old system. This study used FAST as system development, and to colect the data used interview, observation, and literature study. The results of this study is the design of medical record information system on Puskesmas Simpang Timbangan Indralaya consisting of inpatient services, outpatient services, laboratory management, pharmacy management, and medical reports. The design is generated in the form of DFD, ERD, decomposition diagrams, application design interface, report design, and network architecture design.

Abstract

One of the products produced by PT XYZ is instant noodles. The production process in producing instant noodles takes place in several stages, including passing the packing stage. Therefore, it takes some packing machine which can expedite the process of packaging of instant noodles, so the quality can be maintained. To maintain the smooth process of packing, then the machines must be kept in good condition and unfit for use. To be able to operate properly, it must be noted inventory of spare parts. If there is damage to a particular part of the packing machine, packing machine spare parts so it can be replaced. Due to the number of spare parts that are less clear packing machine, will interfere with the course of the process of packing and noodle production process so that it will cause harm. Therefore it needs to make a desktop-based computerized system that can provide information on the use of spare parts packing machine also can provide information on the number of spare parts that tersedia.Sistem This information is built with VB.Net programming language and IDE program using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft SQL DBMS server 2008.

Abstract

The purpose of this research resulted in a more efficient and effective prototype system application of ordering food and beverage through mobile devices in enjoying various types of food and beverage, and chances to increase the personalization relationship with online visitors or customers of a restaurant. This research is in form of a survey and uses research & development (R & D) method. The design of prototipe system applications use an agile model with extreme programming method, and the modeling of the system uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). This application system has three main interfaces of waiter (waitress), kitchen (chefs) and cashier (cashier). These three modules interconnected through the database integration processes. The architectural describe the software at the web server and its clients. The web server design uses apache software supported by PHP script with MySQL database.

Abstract

Every year, each PTS (Private universities) always be competition coupled with the State (State University) in getting the number of students, in order to survive each PTS should understand things into consideration for prospective students to choose a college (PT) and also will make the judgment as a proficiency level of excellence in competitive advantage. For that we need a more powerful promotional tool in reaching the general public that the television ads. Effective promotional tools should attract attention, gain and encourage interest, arouse desire, and generate tindakandah it can be done with a formula or model AIDCA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Conviction, Action). The output of this research is the design in the form of video ads and the results of the analysis can be used as a reference for STMIK Potensi Utama for promotion. Based design is to design a television commercial need for the scheme and the stages, ie pre-production, production and post-production as well as the creativity of advertising in order to attract advertising. Based on the analysis results can be concluded there is influence the effectiveness of Interest, Coviction and Action against new student recruitment advertising, while variable Attention and Desire has a reverse effect on the interest of choosing. This can be seen from where the regression coefficient with keofesien -0.210 Attention, interest, 0.232, -0.092 Desire, Conviction 0.201, and Action 0.831. But overall variable AIDCA seen from R Square .653 or equal to 65.3%, meaning that these variables can explain 65.3% change in the interest of prospective students. The rest is affected by factors outside of the variables measured.

Abstract

XYZ university has several faculties and departments of the various fields of science. During this level of attendance, punctuality long process of teaching and teaching faculty and instructional materials delivered lecturer in class can not be monitored by the Academic Unit. Systems in use today are still using manual systems, ie lecturers who will teach or have finished teaching signed form in the presence of academic administration. So that part is hard oversee Academic lectures. That requires a computerized system that can monitor the presence and the material presented. Teaching faculty attendance information system created using Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 and SQL Server 2005. Stages of making systems require design with prototyping and design methods of data base system with the concept of context diagram, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), flowchart and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) . This system can be used in multiuser by utilizing technology and network infrastructure tersedia.Sistim is designed to facilitate monitoring of the presence of lecturers as well as facilitate the teaching of Administration calculate fees. Teaching materials that must be entered each end of the lecture helping the academic field to see the harmony between the lines of the Teaching Process (GBPP) the material submitted by the lecturer at every opportunity to teach. It is expected the learning process more transparent and facilitate the evaluation of the teaching process.

Abstract

In the industry to create a product is divided into several processes and each process requires a different machine to process during a certain time unit. If not scheduled properly, it will take a long time to produce. Scheduling is the process of determining a resource that will process the job with a certain order for a certain time. The more jobs and machines, the more difficult transfers. Good scheduling is who has the time or the completion of all work is often referred to (makespan) and the smallest waiting time machine. To obtain the best schedule quickly it takes a scheduling application that implements a genetic algorithm. This study uses metododologi software development Rational Unified Process. From the results of this study showed that the schedule generated by the genetic algorithm approach is best scheduling. This is evidenced by the results of tests resulted in the percentage accuracy of 94.3%.

Abstract

The development of technology has increased rapidly in the past few years encourage the needed for rapid information delivery in service activity in many section. During this time, the entire process in ABC Hospital, starting from the process of registration of the new patients, registration for treatment to the clinic, examination, further examination in the laboratory, the payment of medicine and hospital service are still written on paper or card. As a result, Hospital employee have to take a long time to access the data. In addition, today ABC Hospital have to face operational costs such as printing cards and purchasing shelves for data storage, frequent data loss and redudancy, and inefficiency in reporting process for management of the ABC Hospital. Therefore, the purpose of ths study is to design a Clinical Information System(CIS) in a website based with the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. This Information system is designed using a FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking) methodology. The result of this study is a Clinical Information System design complete with a user interface that is ready to be built to help ABC Hospital Employee in outpatient service so that patient can receive more quickly, precisely and accurately service.
