Abstract

Information technology has a major influence on change, this can be seen from the development of technology in the form of hardware or software. Many people use social media as a means of communication, so that Lombok island tourism accessories entrepreneurs make this a market opportunity to increase turnover (income). Lombok's typical accessories are quite well-known in various communities, many of the people's works are unknown to tourists both from within and from abroad. Social media as an alternative choice as a marketing medium, the number of social media makes business people a dilemma to make decisions. The TOPSIS method as a solution to determine the best alternative can be used as a recommendation. The results of the calculation of this method are obtained from one of the respondents' data on the island of Lombok. In this case the social media that has the highest value based on the results of the data obtained is Facebook with a total score (0.98444271167187). The calculation of this method can change depending on the availability of social media data against existing criteria.

Abstract

The Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Banyumas Regency as a provider of archives and libraries is often demanded to provide fast, precise, and accurate information services. In order to fulfill this case, the Purwokerto Regional Library has implemented an information system on a daily basis. With the use of this information system, it will pose a threat and if it is not known precisely, it can cause harm to the Purwokerto Regional Library. The purpose of this research is to measure the risk in the information system in the Purwokerto Regional Library. For this reason, NIST SP 800-30 Rev 1 is used, which is a risk assessment model issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The results of this study were in the form of an assessment of the 13 identified threats found in the Purwokerto regional library.

Abstract

Various statistical techniques and machine learning have been used to develop financial prediction models. In this case, credit rating is closely related in terms of prediction of creditworthiness. Because there is no general agreement on financial ratios as an input feature for model development, many studies consider feature selection as a pre-consideration step in data mining before creating a model. This study examines the effect of feature selection using Artificial Bee Colony on the performance improvement of the CART algorithm. The experimental results show that ABC is the best combination of feature selection in improving CART algorithm performance. Compared with some of the proposed PSO and Ant Colony optimization algorithms, this research is expected to be a reference in terms of credit scoring, supporting banks to reject prospective borrowers with poor creditworthiness.

Abstract

Healthcare services are the main topic because of the high complexity challenges in the health sector. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Hospital Information System (HIS) in increasing the efficency of healthcare services. The method used in this article is literature searches related to Hospital Information System. The writing arrangement based on the mind map that is structured to answer scientific questions according to the purpose of this article. The results showed that Hospital Information System can minimize the complexity of healthcare services by increasing organizational efficiency through innovation in developing information system based on business process management, service automation, reducing costs, improving hospital performance, which aims to develop human resources, organizational development, and technological quality improvement to achieve efficency in healthcare services.

Abstract

Strategy to improve the quality of hospital services through the Hospital Information System (HIS). HIS that contributes to improving services is Electronic Medical Records (EMR), with the aim of supporting integrated, sustainable, efficient and quality health care. This study explores the experience of EMR users in private Islamic hospital, a qualitative research design with a case study approach. Researchers selected 9 participants and conducted semi-structured interviews using interview guidelines. The phenomenological method approach was used for data analysis. Four themes emerged from the data: success factors, implementation barriers, confidentiality or security and the benefits of using EMR. Human resource support, hardwares, finance, leadership, training and technical support are the success factors for implementing EMR. However, there are implementation obstacles where the system error, the system design is not perfect, not compatible with other systems, lack of computer skills, power failure. Meanwhile, the confidentiality of the EMR must be considered regarding the access rights with the username and password to be able to log in and logout, as well as the EMR security risks. However, all of these provide benefits where the contents of the RM are more complete, business efficiency and communication, strategic benefits, and easy access to information. As soon as the hospital benefits from implementing EMR, the EMR implementation process needs to optimize the involvement and participation of organizational members with strong leadership to create a Hi-Tech Hospital. Abstract

Enterprise architecture sangat diperlukan oleh semua organisasi salah satunya yaitu universitas, universitas memiliki banyak sektor bisnis didalamnya salah satunya yaitu pada sistem penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Sistem penerimaan mahasiswa baru yang dimiliki oleh universitas X Palembang memiliki beberapa kendala dalam mengelolanya. Apakah dengan diterapkannya proses enterprise architecture proses bisnis yang ada bisa terintegrasi dengan baik? Metodologi penilaian penerapan tersebut menggunakan TOGAF yang mengacu pada proses architecture business, architecture data, architecture application, dan architecture technology. Hasil penerapan yang didapat dari nilai tersebut yaitu memiliki nilai rata-rata 2,23% dengan kata lain penerapan enterprise architecture pada Universitas X Palembang telah digunakan dengan baik pada sistem penerimaan mahasiswa baru sehingga dapat berjalan dan terintegrasi menjadi satu, serta bisa dijadikan referensi dalam menerapkan enterprise architecture berikutnya pada sistem-sistem yang lain di universitas x. Adapun masalah yang muncul yaitu data pada penerimaan mahasiswa baru belum dikelola dengan baik dokumentasinya, sehingga Universitas X Palembang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelolanya.

Abstract

Cirebon mask is one of the intangible cultural heritage in Indonesia. It is one of the prominent cultural assets from Cirebon and becoming one of the identity Cirebon culture. However, the current condition people tend to forget the cultural asset and lack of help from the government makes the Cirebon mask become the third-rate assets. Our concern lays on the extinction of this Mask. We want to implement digitation and automatic identification using image processing techniques. In this paper, we applied the Convolutional Neural Network for Cirebon Mask classification.

Abstract

Nowadays, technological developments occur very rapidly. All areas of life also develop following technological developments. One of the areas that is growing rapidly and attracting a lot of attention is the financial area. One of the technological developments in finance or what is commonly referred to as Financial Technology incudes digital wallets. Digital Wallets are widely used by all levels of society, including students. This research was conducted to determine the factors of the use of digital wallets among students. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to college students in Surabaya. The results of the questionnaire were processed using descriptive statistics and conclusions were drawn from the data. The results obtained from this study are that students agree with the various factors of using digital wallets that have been mentioned by researchers in the questionnaire.

Abstract

Currently the corona virus or Covid-19 has developed rapidly and it has been reported that almost all over the world have been exposed to the transmission of the corona virus. Covid-19 has claimed thousands of human lives in China in just 3 months. This virus has even spread to other countries such as Italy, Iran, South Korea, England, Japan, America, Germany, and even in Indonesia. One of the provinces in Indonesia that has contracted the corona virus is the province of Central Java (Prov. Central Java). This corona virus has spread in various districts and cities in Central Jawah. There are 35 districts / cities in Central Java that have contracted the corona virus. To make it easier for the Central Java regional government to take measures to prevent the spread of the corona virus, it is necessary for researchers to determine the level of spread of the corona virus which is divided into three clusters. The first cluster is C0 with a low category, C1 with a medium category and C2 with a high spread category. In the analysis of the spread of the corona virus, the researchers used data mining methods and the K-Means Clustering algorithm to classify the distribution data. Then in data processing researchers use the Rapidminer Studio 7.6 application. From the results of the study, it was found that C0 there were 18 cities / districts, C1 there were 1 city / regency and C2 there were 16 cities / districts where the spread of the corona virus was in Central Java province.

Abstract

P2TP2A-LIP is a women's and children's service institution designed to meet information and needs in the fields of education, health, economy, politics, law, protection and prevention of violence against women and children and human trafficking. As one of the public service facilities, P2TP2A has not implemented information technology to provide services, namely management of public complaints, management of information, consulting services, and outreach to the public. The system in P2TP2A previously was still conventional in the process of managing public complaints, so it is necessary to know how much the acceptance of the new information technology-based system in the public and employees at P2TP2A in using web engineering applications so that it can function optimally. This study aims to analyze the acceptance of a public complaint service web engineering application using the TAM approach. In the TAM approach, there are several factors that are assessed, namely the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use obtained from the results of the questionnaire given to respondents. The results of this study will show the factors that influence acceptance and how the public's acceptance of the web engineering application for public complaint services at P2TP2A.
