Abstract

This study aims to determine the conditions of the implementation of knowledge management strategies and identify the effect of knowledge management on employee work efficiency at PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas. Reason being that knowledge management strategy is very needed by a company to increase profits and company assets, especially human resources. Before knowing how much influence knowledge management has on the work efficiency of employees, it is first necessary to test the conditions of the implementation of knowledge management strategies that are being run in the company. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative method by collecting data distributed to 35 respondents as a sample to get primary data. Then for the measurement method, the researcher used a likert scale and merged knowledge management strategies with quality factors from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). From the likert scale calculation and the 4.10 results obtained where this is considered good, to test the quality of the application of knowledge management as a whole a percentage of 77.9% was acquired where it can be said to be good, then for the level of influence of knowledge management strategies on employee work efficiency is 77.6% or in other words, knowledge management affects employee work efficiency. Although the figures obtained are good enough, there is still a need for the company to make improvements so it can compete with other companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi penerapan manajemen risiko dan mengidentifikasi ancaman risiko terhadap proses bisnis di PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas. Hal ini dikarenakan untuk analisis manajemen risiko sudah menjadi hal yan patut diperhitungkan oleh suatu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan keuntungan dan asset perusahaan yang akan selalu menjadi bagian penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh manajemen risiko bagi Divisi Policy Service di PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas, maka perlu dilakukan pengujian terhadap kondisi penerapan manajemen risiko yang sudah berjalan pada perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Mix Method, untuk pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang disebarkan kepada 18 responden. Kemudian untuk melengkapi data Kuantitatif tersebut penulis juga melakukan wawancara terhadap Kepala Departemen Divisi Policy Service. Pada tahap mendapatkan nilai capability level penulis menggunakan framework COBIT 5. Dalam framework COBIT 5 penulis menggunakan 2 subdomain yaitu APO12 dan MEA01. Pada subdomain APO12 memiliki 6 karakter nilai yang berbeda beda sedangkan untuk MEA01 mendapatkan nilai 3,78 yang memiliki gap 1,22 dari nilai yang diharapkan perusahaan. Walupun dari nilai yang didapat sudah cukup baik, namun akan lebih baik apa bila dilakukan pengingkatan dalam analisis manajemen risiko pada perusahaan agar dapat mempertahankan posisi perusahaan dan bersaing dengan perusahaan lain yang memiliki kesamaan dalam bidang jasa .

Abstract

E-commerce is the result of information and communication technology that helps companies and consumers exchange information. However, there are still many companies in Indonesia that have not used e-commerce in their business activities, one of which is TB.Purnama. This company has weaknesses in the current business model, namely: the sales process is carried out conventionally, promotion through word-of-mouth, lack of attention to stock management, and limited marketing reach. This study aims to make a business model improvement plan based on the SWOT analysis results to create a building material sales prototype, which is designed using UML modeling. This modeling produces a Use Case Diagram with a series of the same number. It is consistent with 12 diagrams in Use Case Scenarios, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams, including Payment Confirmation, Payment Verification, and Sales Data Recap. Besides, this UML also produces a Class Diagram called TB. Purnama E-Commerce System which consists of 7 classes, including Consumers, Products, and Payments. The validity and reliability test results of this floating system use Gwet's AC1 calculation, with a value of 0.75125, which is included in the type of agreement proportion "substantial." The proportion of the agreement shows that the recommendations for improving the business model and the prototype for the website user interface are good so that the recommended business model can be applied to its business activities.

Abstract

In studying telecommunications, students are required to master telecommunications equipment that is often used in laboratories. The high cost of telecommunications equipment causes students to take turns in observing and studying telecommunications equipment. If students are not careful in using telecommunications equipment owned by the laboratory, it is likely that the equipment will be damaged quickly, causing the learning process to be disrupted. Then we need an interactive application that can provide visual and auditory learning based on Android that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. So in this study, a HOPE application which means "hope" is designed using an android-based augmented reality. The research method used is the Marker Based Tracking method that uses three main axes namely X, Y, and Z with the help of coordinates (0, 0, 0) and also virtual in 3 dimensions. Three-dimensional objects will be marked with three main axes namely X, Y, and Z to appear virtual objects. The results of this research are to increase knowledge in the field of telecommunications, be able to increase the interest of new students in telecommunications engineering study programs, facilitate lecturers in teaching, and facilitate students to understand telecommunications equipment independently.

Abstract

Eid al-Adha is feast that is usually commorated by muslim, which is once a year. The need for qurban animals both for the needs of the eid al-adha holiday or needs orther than eid al- adha such as aqiqah, or orther important events are needed where in the selection of sacrificial animals such as goats or cows is very important both types of goats and sacrificed cattle, the condition of animals sacrificed so that the result given are very good. In the process of selecting, purchasing, distributing sacrificial animals still use manual methods so that it is less efficient so it needs the need for an application system that can help in making the selection, purchase and distribution of sacrificial animals. The method used is the waterfall method. This study aims to analyze the process of the selection,purchase and distribution of sacrificial animals to famers so that a solution to the problems of the process can be produced. In this research, the output produced is a web-based system application that can facilitate the purchase and distribution of sacrificial animals.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia merupakan fenomena yang tak pernah terduga sebelumnya akan terjadi di dalam peradaban moderen. Kehadirannya­­ yang sedemikan mendadak benar-benar mengejutkan dan menghentak berbagai pihak di dunia tanpa terkecuali. Kegagapan berbagai negara dalam menangani katastrofi global ini diwarnai dengan sejumlah isu. Salah satu fenomena yang menarik untuk dicermati adalah adanya beraneka ragam peristiwa dan gerakan yang mencoba memanfaatkan situasi chaos ini untuk mewujudkan misi tertentu. Indonesia sebagai sebuah negara berdaulat yang rentan terhadap berbagai permasalahan bangsa tidak terbebas dari gerakan dimaksud. Artikel ini berisi kumpulan fakta yang coba dikemukakan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana benih-benih irregular warfare telah terjadi dan ditanamkan selama masa pandemi di tanah air. Gaung atau akibat dari kejadian ini akan mewarnai kehidupan masyarakat di masa mendatang. Peneliti memprediksi bahwa pihak-pihak tidak bertanggung jawab akan menggunakan sejumlah kasus penanganan pemerintah semasa pandemi sebagai senjata dalam menghasut masyarakat untuk tidak percaya kepada pengelola negara. Internet dan media sosial akan berpotensi menjadi senjata ampuh “pemusnah masal” kepercayaan masyarakat kepada negara apabila tidak dicegah penggunaannya. Menghadapi kemungkinan terjadinya peristiwa ini, seluruh pemangku kepentingan tidak boleh abai atau meremehkan situasi dimaksud, dan perlu dikembangkan strategi ampuh untuk memitigasinya.

Abstract

Voice is one of the characteristics possessed by humans. One of the human abilities to identify someone by seeing and hearing. Through this ability one can easily distinguish gender, based on physical and voice categories. voices that previously can be recognized easily by humans, for now can also be recognized by computers, which aims to separate sounds based on gender. The final result of this research is to know the average error of data objects that have been inputted with the algorithm used in this study is the Fast Fourier Transform. The results of the implementation process of the Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm show whether or not the average sound error is influenced by the high or low amplitude of the sound being tested and from the results obtained the average error amplitude of the female voice is lower than the average error amplitude. Male voice. Of the two sources of human voices used, the lowest average error was produced in the 7th cluster for Female 3 votes with an average error result of 132.840, while the results of trials conducted with 3 sound sources resulted in the lowest average error in the second cluster. -3 for Female 3 votes with an average error result of 212,976, and for the four sound sources used it produces the lowest average error in the 3rd cluster on Mela's voice with an average error result of 217,462.

Abstract

The high use of ATM machines has created a loophole for fraud that can be carried out by third parties in assisting PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk to keep ATM machines ready to use by customers. Not fast and difficult identification of ATM machine fraud is a problem for PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. With this problem, the researcher collected 5 datasets and pre-processed the dataset so that it could be used for modeling and algorithm testing, in order to answer the problems that occurred. There were seven comparisons of algorithms including decision trees, gradient boosted trees, logistic regression, naive bayes (kernels), naive bayes, random forest and random tree. After modeling and testing, the results show that the gradient boosted trees algorithm is the best algorithm with an accuracy of 99.85% and an AUC value of 1, the high result of this algorithm is due to the compatibility of each attribute tested with the gradient boosted trees character that is driven where this algorithm is save and existing results. So the gradient boosted trees algorithm is the solution to the problems that have arisen by PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an information system that is used to improve the marketing of mandar silk sarong products, as well as to determine the practicality and effectiveness of the software in implementing e-commerce-based marketing of mandar silk sarongs. This research is a type of R & D (Research and Development) research using a prototype development model. The results of system design include two parts, namely: a page that can be accessed by visitors and customers and an admin page that is used to manage detailed information in storing information related to the product being marketed. Marketing that uses e-commerce media can provide convenience in the process of checking goods, ordering processes, and payments to stores and consumers or so as to build better reciprocal relationships

Abstract

Today is the era of global information technology, where everything is done practically, accurately and up to date with information obtained from anywhere and anytime. Currently scheduling lessons at SMP NEGERI 31 Padang is still done manually by the curriculum section, with previously held a task division meeting with subject teachers. From determining the number of classes, the number of teachers in the school and the number of teaching hours for each teacher are still done manually. The allocation and determination of teachers is an important element in the preparation of subject schedules, but is also a common problem in the schedule preparation process. By building a web-based information system with PHP and MySql programming languages ​​and system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language), it is hoped that it can facilitate data processing for students, teachers, and student subject schedules so that fast, precise and accurate results can be obtained at SMP NEGERI 31. Padang.
