Abstract

Every government agency, must have administrative assets and application systems used, as well as the industrial sector of the Salatiga City Disperinnaker. From each of these activities, there must be threats and risks. To minimize it, a risk analysis is needed in order to prevent, treat, and improve the risks that occur. This risk analysis uses the ISO 31000 method. The ISO 31000 method is more perspective and conceptual compared to other ISO methods. There are 2 stages in this risk analysis, namely risk assessment and risk treatment. The purpose of conducting a risk analysis using the ISO 31000 method is to identify possible risks that arise and to know the level of impact of these risks and to come up with proposals for actions or efforts to minimize the risks that occur, both for assets and applications used in the Salatiga City Disperinnaker industry. so that activities can run optimally.

Abstract

The development of information technology today allows various applications to communicate with each other. One of the emerging technologies is Web Service. Web Service resolves as a software system designed to support interoperability of machine-to-machine interaction over a network. The main focus of this research is to develop a tuition fee billing system using the Scrum method to make the process of billing tuition fees simpler, so a website-based system is developed with the Whats App feature to send tuition billing notifications to students. Making this application is supported by several technologies such as Sublime Text, MySQL and WhatsApp

Abstract

In a computer technology that can help people solve problems that are widely applied in the world of medicine is an expert system. a system that is adopted from human insight into computers, thus enabling problems to be solved by computers, as developed by an expert. In this study, the Expert System can diagnose hepatitis. The system can diagnose hepatitis, which is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database using the Sorensen Cooficient method. With input in the form of symptoms and blood tests, then the results are possible diseases suffered by the patient and an explanation of the disease and treatment solutions. So that this expert system is able to diagnose hepatitis. This study uses the Sorensen Cooficient method which can be implemented into an expert system with complex or acute hepatitis, or simple hepatitis.

Abstract

Humans were created with various systems that have different abilities, ranging from the respiratory system, digestive system, circulatory system and also the excretory system. From the weight of this skeleton there are various organs that also have different tasks. However, not a few people do not know anything about the skeleton and what organs are in the body, for example, what are the organs and functions related to the digestive system. In this study, we will focus on the organs in the human digestive system. To make it more interesting to study, the creators will introduce these organs as an augmented reality application. This exploration is aimed at providing an understanding of what organs and functions exist in the framework related to human digestion. In this study using a Single Marker strategy, with a system development model, namely the waterfall model consisting of analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance and using Fats Corner Detection (FCD) and Natural Future Trackingx (NFT). The results of the test with three devices, the closest distance to display objects is ±12 cm while the farthest distance is 80-100 cm. What's more, test results that depend on response times to render 3d articles on three devices took under 2 seconds.

Abstract

The development of information technology has overgrown and has had a positive impact on human activities. One of the information technology developments is artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence) that can help solve a complex problem, sometimes even faster and more reliably than solving problems by themselves. Various types of artificial intelligence have been developed at this time, one of which is genetic algorithms. Genetic algorithms can help solve lecture scheduling problems hoping that the lecture scheduling process can be carried out quickly, accurately, effectively, and efficiently. At Politeknik Dharma Patria Kebumen, the lecture scheduling process is computerized with the Microsoft Excel application. The system is considered less effective because it requires a high accuracy so that there are no clashes in the lecture schedule, and the process is long and takes a long time. A website-based lecture scheduling information system is needed based on these problems by utilizing genetic algorithms as an automation method. In comparison, waterfall is the method that used in this information system development, with the system modeling using the Undefined Modeling Language (UML). Based on the scheduling system trial results, the most effective time for the lecture scheduling process was 00:12:17 with a population value of 10, a Pm value of 0.4, and a Pc value of 0.7. After designing a website-based lecture scheduling information system using the genetic algorithm, the lecture scheduling process can be carried out quickly, accurately, effectively, and efficiently at the beginning of each semester.

Abstract

XYZ is a company engaged in the development of information technology. In addition to engaging in the development of information technology PT. XYZ is also actively engaged in providing education to students, lecturers and the public in the form of learning events held by PT. XYZ. After the passage of time, several problems arise, because registration through online registration form causes the registrant must fill in complete data repeatedly if participating in different events and information about the event is very limited because it is only socialized through Instagram. This creates inconvenience on the registrant's side, so that it can reduce enthusiastic event registration. This study aims to build applications in the form of a web application that aims to manage complete event information and facilitate the applicants to register. This system was developed using the Spring Boot Framework with the Java programming language. Spring Boot greatly facilitate the development of the system because it is open source, complete documentation, and complete modules such as JDBC, ORM, Servlet, etc. Spring Boot itself supports the creation of applications based on restfull web service so that it allows programmers to combine it with other programming languages. The result of this research is a web event application.

Abstract

Regional Library and Archives Office of Salatiga is one of the government offices which works actively in the use of information systems and information technology in implementing business processes to run efficiently. To keep business processes running efficiently, strategic planning of information systems is needed. This study uses a qualitative approach with the framework of Ward and Peppard (2002). These stages consist of data collection, analysis process, and the output. The data collection stage contains a description of the internal business environment condition, the condition of the external business environment, the condition of the organization's internal information system and the condition of the organization's external information system. Several analytical methods such as SWOT Analysis, CSF are used to analyze the internal and external business environment. The results of this research are IS/IT strategic plans and IS/IT blueprints which will be used as the references in developing IS/IT in Regional Libraries and Archives Office of Salatiga in the future.

Abstract

Knowledge of military equipment is not only obtained through exhibitions, with the development of information technology can be obtained through applications. The use of augmented reality applications can be used as an example in the knowledge of military equipment in three dimensions. This design aims to provide knowledge to the general public by using Augmented Reality technology. This design uses the ADDIE method and the FAST Corner and Lucas Kanade algorithms. The design resulted in an application containing the introduction of military equipment consisting of berets, Boonie hats, patrol hats, helmets, glasses, large bags, first aid kits (First Aid In accidents), knives, remote weapons, and medium weapons. Brief information about each military equipment is attractively designed to make the general public easy to understand in using applications that can be run on the Android platform.

Abstract

Data mining processing has grown very rapidly in adapting every form of data analysis. Basically data mining deals with data analysis and the use of software techniques to look for patterns and regularities in hidden data sets. Stock management that is carried out inaccurately and carelessly will lead to high and uneconomical storage costs, because there may be vacancies or excess of certain products. This will certainly be very detrimental to all business actors such as the health center of the Enok Pharmacy. The k-means method is one of the data mining techniques used to help design an effective inventory strategy or stock order by utilizing sales transaction data that is already available in the company. This technique aims to classify medicinal products sold at Apotek Enok into several clusters of transaction data which are generally large in size using the k-means algorithm. This study aims to apply the k-means algorithm, the data taken as a case example is drug sales transaction data at the Enok Pharmacy. The results of the analysis of this study using 20 data. Clustering of drug data carried out with the K-Means algorithm obtained the results of the cluster after doing the 3rd iteration, namely there is a group of drugs that use slow in cluster 1 which has 6 members, groups of drugs that use fast are in cluster 2 which has 14 members. This cluster search uses a web base to find out which products are slow in use and which drugs are used fast.

Abstract

The choice of a college study program makes students confused, because they do not understand their own potential so that it makes them think they are afraid to choose the wrong major in a study program. In fact, the decision made in choosing a study program becomes a problem, starting from following friends or on the basis of coercion from parents. The choice of study program must really be considered and adjusted so as not to be a regret in the future. Therefore an expert system was created to make it easier for students who want to choose a college study program. The method used is the Forward Chaining method to determine the study program solutions that must be taken. This expert system process accepts options that are already available and have been filled in by students. The results of this expert system provide a solution for selecting study programs based on previous school education.
