Abstract

Investors must predict stocks correctly in order to maximize profits while avoiding bankruptcy. But the stock market situation is difficult to detect. His changing behavior is influenced by various factors such as the political situation, the company's and global economy, that are available through the news. This study aims to develop a model that can predict stocks more accurately by combining stock technical indicators and news sentiment. Genetic algorithm (GA) optimizes several stacked decision tree-based ensembles using the stacked-generalization method with the meta-learner concept used in this study. There are five main stages of the methodology, starting with stock and news data collection, data preprocessing, feature extraction and data analysis, then model development. A series of GA crossover and mutation parameter trials gave optimum results for searching combinatoric hyper-parameter models with an accuracy of 81.63% and an f1-score of 82.21%. The evaluation of the model on the combination of dataset types was able to increase the prediction accuracy from 75.91% to 81.63%, and the f1-score from 77.56% to 82.21%. In terms of trading evaluation, give a fantastic return of 121.27% in a year. This evaluation surpassed the results of previous similar studies, even far above the performance of the buy & hold strategy.

Abstract

Abstract PT ABCX which is a company engaged in the loading and unloading of containers has an E-Office information system that aims to carry out the company's internal operational activities. So far, the company does not know the factors that influence the acceptance and use of the ABCX E-Office information system, therefore a measurement of the level of acceptance and use of the ABCX E-Office information system will be carried out in supporting the performance of employees in each work unit using the UTAUT methodology. The data in this study were analyzed using SPSS software and the research model was tested with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) application which will be analyzed using AMOS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that interest in utilization (BI) is significantly influenced by business expectations (EE) and social influence (SI) while usage behavior (UB) is significantly influenced by interest in utilization (BI). It can be concluded that employees who use the ABCX E-Office information system find it easiest to use and easy to understand and there is also influence and support from the company so that PT ABCX employees are interested in using the ABCX E-Office information system.

Abstract

Stock investment is one of the right choices to get more profit. However, in investing in stocks, it is necessary to analyze the data of a company that can determine the rise or fall of a stock price in the company. Very dynamic movements require data modeling to predict stock prices in order to get a high level of accuracy. An algorithm was developed to solve the problem of long-term data or historical data, namely Long Short Term Memory (LSTM). By using the Long Short Term (LSTM) this study produces a fairly good RMSE value with an increase in the RMSE value based on the addition of the number of epoch variations. The optimal epoch variation was obtained with the number of epochs of 200. Meanwhile, the optimal RMSE value produced by the Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) method was generated by TINS issuers with an RMSE of 31.71.

Abstract

Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) is an electronic device that uses a sensor network method to be applied in medical equipment. In recent years, interest in WBAN has increased as it has become an important research area. This study will design the Application Of Health Detector (AHD) android application to detect body health. The application created has succeeded in automatically detecting body health by displaying the value of each sensor reading, namely body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels in the blood. This technology provides a remote health monitoring system in real-time. Through the use of sensor nodes on the human body to detect body health and send it to the server and display the body's health status on the android application in healthy detection, indication or need for action. It is hoped that this health detection application can make it easier for people to know the condition of their body's health.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is aligned with the development of web-based applications and it also increases security attacks and various threat techniques that attack the web. The integrated service office at the XYZ local government has used the website to help one of its business processes. That way, a vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing are needed to find out the security gaps on the website. Vulnerability Assessment is a method to search for existing security vulnerabilities on a website and penetration testing is a method to test security vulnerabilities on a website. In this study, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing will be carried out on the integrated service site at the XYZ regional government using the PTES standard with several tools used, namely OWASP ZAP, Acunetix, and Paros on Kali Linux. The vulnerability assessment results obtained on the integrated service website have different types of vulnerabilities and levels of risk according to the tools used. In the tests carried out on the OWASP ZAP tool, the vulnerability with a high-risk level of 10% was obtained. The Acunetix tool got a high-risk level of 16.6%, and the Paros tool got a vulnerability with a high-risk level of 20%.

Abstract

Programming teachers very often assess their students' submissions solely from their correctness, sometimes with the help of an automated-grading platform. This approach is arguably effective and efficient at the same time. Unfortunately, this single-dimension assessment approach narrows the students' perspective on a high-quality solution to just a working solution. In the real world setting, a solution should be maintainable with minimal cost. Maintainability is closely related to code quality. In this paper, we present a web-based tool that would help the teachers to assess the students' submissions from both correctness and quality in one place. In this tool, we integrate GitHub Classroom and SonarQube.

Abstract

Bandung Health Office as a Health Agency that always provides quality services is currently focused on handling pandemics, especially in the implementation of vaccination programs as a strategy to combat the COVID-19 outbreak. Therefore, monitoring of complaints experienced by the community after vaccination is required. The problem experienced today is the unavailability of containers to accommodate and manage data on COVID-19 vaccination complaints using the information system. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based information system that supports the process of monitoring and handling COVID-19 vaccination complaints in the Bandung Health Office by presenting informative and transparent data so as to facilitate the public in reporting and obtaining complaint information easily. The system development method uses waterfall model, while the system functional design method uses object-oriented modeling approach with Unified Modelling Language (UML). Black box test results obtained a 100 percentage of system functionality success. Evaluation test results with System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire obtained the final test score of 77.6 with Acceptable category and B Grade Scale. So based on the test results, the system can run easily according to the needs of the user. This research resulted in a web-based information system that makes it easier for health workers to efficiently manage COVID-19 vaccination complaint reporting data.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept that aims to expand the benefits of internet connectivity continuously . Along with the development of the era, the Internet of Things is widely used for various fields with the intention to helping human’s life, one of them is an electronic device for room lights that can be controlled remotely by utilizing an internet connection and controlled via an android smartphone. This research was conducted with the aim of building a smart home control prototype using the NodeMCU ESP8266 module as a microcontroller and system controller by using a bot on the Telegram, an android application. Based on the results of the experiments that has been done, it can be concluded that the system can work well according to it purpose.

Abstract

Manajemen pengetahuan menggunakan Model SECI membantu dalam transfer pengetahuan tacit dan eksplisit. Keterbatasan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam transfer pengetauan membutuhkan alat bantu dalam prosesnya. Ekstraksi pengetahuan dapat dilakukan dengan implementasi data mining. Hasil keluaran data mining yang besar akan dimanfaatkan oleh dunia pendidikan untuk tujuan strategis, misalnya evaluasi penyusunan profil lulusan dari hasil analisis kompetensi lulusan. Kurikulum Program Studi disusun berdasarkan profil Lulusan dan Program Studi membutuhkan pemetaan kebutuhan dari data alumni dalam menyusun kurikulum, sementara alumni membutuhkan mata kuliah yang mendukung setelah selesai kuliah. Manajemen Pengetahuan menampung pengetahuan dari lulusannya, sementara Data mining digunakan sebagai alat dalam mengolah data. Transfer pengetahuan dan pengolahan data kompetensi lulusan, dan memungkinkan munculnya pengetahuan baru bagi perguruan tinggi yang bisa dimanfaatkan dalam proses penyusunan kurikulum berikutnya. Model yang digunakan adalah SECI dikombinasikan dengan algoritma klasifikasi dan clustering. Model SECI yang sudah dipetakan alat bantu teknologinya pada setiap prosesnya, dibuat lebih jelas dan spesifik pengelompokkannya dengan implementasi Data Mining pada setiap kuadran Model SECI. Desain model SECI yang dikombinasikan dengan teknologi Data Mining akan memperbaiki kekurangan yang terdapat pada model sebelumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate online learning media at XYZ University on the usability aspect using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with 10 questions to measure the quality of the usability aspect of the LMS service. A total of 50 respondents from among students were involved in this study. The test results show the System Usability Scale (SUS) assessment is at an average score of 69.9. From these results, XYZ University's online learning media service received grade C, the percentile rating was in the range of 52%, included in the OK category for its nature aspect (Adjective), and included in the marginal category for its acceptance rate (Acceptable) and for its NPS value, classified as passive. This results place XYZ University's online learning media as a service that acceptable by it’s student. However, improvements are still needed to increase student satisfaction as service users, which can impact improving student learning outcomes.
