JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

Abstract Cryptographic algorithms can be used to secure images. One of the cryptographic algorithms that can be used to encrypt images is the Serpent algorithm. However, the Serpent algorithm requires a long encryption and decryption process. In addition, encryption alone is not enough because it will raise suspicions so that the information will be vulnerable to being stolen. So we need a steganography technique such as the Integer Wavelet Transform (IWT) method. The secret image will be encrypted first using the Modified Serpent method, where the Serpernt modification changes the byte substitution transformation process (DES S-box) into a list of 257 prime numbers which has 128 generators to be used as keys in each round. In the insertion process using the IWT method, it is necessary to determine the position of the bits and pixels on the cover image where a message will be inserted. To determine the position, the chaos function is used. After that, the extraction process can be carried out on the stego image generated in the embedding process to recover the bits stored in it. The set of bits can be decrypted so that the original secret image will be recovered.

Computerized systems have become commonplace, seeing the development of technology in Indonesia at this time. The system for registration, processing grades and teacher attendance at SDN 17 Prabumulih is still manual. So that sometimes it causes ineffectiveness and frequent mistakes. Therefore, a computerized information system is made so that the registration process, processing student grades and attendance of teachers and TU staff at SDN 17 Prabumulih can be carried out optimally. The method proposed in making this system is the Prototype Development method using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the modeling language using PHP as the program and MySQL as the database. With this information system, prospective new students can register online, processing student grades and computerized teacher attendance and TU staff.

In today's technological developments, all lines of life must have been computerized. Likewise in a system of determining the type of personality type that is able to assist psychologists in completing their duties easily and perfectly. In this study, the system to be built uses an online-based desktop interface. In this study using a decision tree algorithm, where this method is a method that is quite suitable in terms of classification. Based on a study conducted by Florence Littauer that human personality has been classified into four types. The four are included in the protopsychological theory, this theory is divided into four basic personality types, namely choleric, sanguine, phlegmatic, and melancholic (KSPM). There are many ways to determine a person's personality. One of them is to use the decision tree c4.5 algorithm to carry out the process of classifying a person's personality. Decision tree c4.5 algorithm is a classification method that is widely used for classification problems. Decision tree algorithm c4.5 serves to explore data and model a group of data that has not been classified.

Covid-19 is a new type of disease caused by a virus from the SARS-CoV-2 group and can also be called a corona virus. Coronavirus (Covid-19). The plan to prevent the spread of this virus is to use health protocols (wearing masks, maintaining distance, and always washing hands). This design aims to design and construct Doors with automatic sanitizers to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This tool runs on the Arduino ultrasonic sensor to detect the hand at a certain distance, then the servo will pull the lever and release the sanitizer liquid, then the door will automatically open. Sanitizers currently circulating today are still manual, and if they are still used and widely used for people it is possible to transmit and spread the dangerous Covid-19 virus. These factors make it necessary to make an effort on automatic sanitizers like this to minimize the potential for the spread of Covid-10, which can maintain health and cleanliness. The creation of this tool is an effort to change the work design of the system on the sanitizer, starting from manual to automatic, and cleaning is safer.

Cryptocurrency is a blockchain-based technology that is often used today as a digital currency. This form of cryptocurrency is in demand by the public because of its decentralized management, easy process, and allows transactions without the need for third party intermediaries. Internet of things (IoT) technology has had a major influence on the development of information obtained to directly monitor changes in information without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interactions, such as displaying the stability of cryptocurrency, especially on Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Binance. This study aims to monitor data in real time using the Thingspeak.com application, the Arduino IDE as a data processor, and the real time data transmission line utilizing the ESP8266 module. The implementation results of the processed data are displayed on the OLED screen.

Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) are increasing every year. One of the risk factors is due to metabolic syndrome because components in the metabolic syndrome are the cause of risk factors for CKD. The purpose of this study is to build a fuzzy inference system to predict metabolic syndrome for people with CKD. The method in this research is through literature study in building fuzzy rules and forming a fuzzy inference system. The variables used are body mass index, blood pressure, triglycerides, HDL and fasting blood sugar. System testing was carried out on eight hemodialysis patient data. The results of the system test are able to provide information related to the percentage of metabolic syndrome risk levels in 7 patients with chronic kidney disease.

Psychology is a science in the field of health that studies the behavior or personality of an individual (human). There are many ways that individuals can use to see their personality, one of which comes to a psychologist. This of course makes time inefficient because visiting a psychologist to find out his personality is also not cheap. Seeing this, the researcher made an expert system design that can be used by all individuals to be able to find out their personality type, both strengths, weaknesses, and what the suitable job of a personality type is. Expert system is a system that translates and takes decisions of an expert in their field into a system that can be implemented by humans. The method that researchers use in this case is forward chaining and web-based. The forward chaining method is a method that traces the data entered at the beginning and then will produce or issue a result or conclusion. With the construction of this system, an individual can easily find out the type of personality he has as well as the strengths, weaknesses and jobs that match the type he has without having to visit a psychologist. In general, there are four (four) personality types that an individual has, namely choleric, plagiarism, sanguine and melancholy.

Covid-19 or Corona Virus is a virus that emerged at the end of 2019. This virus is spreading rapidly in various countries in the world. Currently, almost all countries in the world are reported to have been infected by this new type of virus. This corona virus was first discovered in China and until now in a major country in the world, there is no Indonesian country. All provinces in Indonesia have now been exposed to the Covid-19 virus starting from March 2020. One of the provinces most exposed to Indonesia is West Java province. The covid-19 virus has spread in various cities and districts in West Java. To make it easier for the West Java regional government to make decisions on preventing the spawning of the Covid-19 virus, it is necessary for researchers to determine the level of spread of Covid-19 transmission which is divided into three clusters. The first cluster is C0 with the high category, C1 with the medium category and C2 with the low spread category. In the analysis of the spread of the covid-19 virus, the researchers used data mining methods and the K-Means Clustering algorithm to classify the distribution data. Then in data processing researchers use the Rapidminer Studio 7.6 application. From the results of this study, it was found that C0 there were 18 cities / districts, C1 there were 1 city / regency and C2 there were 16 cities / districts where the Covid-19 virus was spreading in West Java province.

Pada saat ini diseluruh bagian dunia sedang terlanda sebuah virus yaitu COVID-19 yang membuat setiap orang tidak dapat berpergian ke luar negri dengan mudah. Namun di era sudah canggih ini semua informasi dapat disajikan secara digitalisasi mulai dalam bentuk tulisan maupun gambar dan dapat juga ditampilkan berbentuk objek 3 dimensi dibantu dengan Augmented Reality untuk menampilkannya. Peneleitian ini memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality digunakan untuk alat pengenalan landmark dari negara Asia Tenggara agar tampilan objek akan menjadi lebih atraktif dan dapat mengetahui informasi tentang landmark dari setiap negara dengan mudah. Dalam penelitian ini aplikasi Augmented Reality dibuat menggunakan FAST Corner Detection (FCD) algoritma dan Natural Feature Tracking (NFT) untuk mendeteksi marker. Pengujian dari aplikasi ini dilakukan pada tiga perangkat smartphone android, pada sudut kemiringan 20° - 90° ketiga smartpone dapat mendeteksi marker menggunakan kameranya dan menampilkan objek 3 dimensi sesuai dengan landmark yang dipilih pada layar smartphone. Untuk pengukuran jarak maximal yang dapat dibaca oleh handphone rata-rata ±75cm dan jarak minimun pendeteksian yaitu ±10cm.
