JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

Information technology is one of the things that are important in supporting the operational success of an organization. In an uncertain environment, information becomes a necessity especially to support organizational performance to make a decision. A combination of human, hardware, software and communication network resource data, which collects change, and disseminate information within an organization to support decision making and control the organization it is important to note in the application of information technology. Taking a case study at the Islamic State University (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang, this study applied the Model of PC Utilization that suppose to find empirical evidence that there is influence between attitude, supporting conditionsand complexity of information technology on performance of the organization. By using regression analysis to be done, the results obtained show that significant yields of attitude variables 0.005 and supporting condition with significant levels of 0.011 which means smaller than 0.05 second so that this variable is declared to have an effect on organizational performance. While the complexity of information technology has no influence because the resulting significant of 0.235 based regression test used in this study.

Engineering models design on performance application is expected to contribute to the development of IT governance system in the hospital. Engineering models are developed using a framework standard. As public facility in the area of health, hospital management requires performance services application to identify the needs of stakeholders. Services performance application design require a good step in the preparation thus it takes study of relevant theory. The methods in the study of the theory is the TOGAF ADM approach. The presence of cloud computing technology can support operational activities at the hospital. The challenge is how hospitals can adopt the technology. An effective strategy derived from the results of the services performance evaluation therefore the use of technology can create effective and efficient IT governance from financial positions. The method used in compiling the IT governance strategy is the system architecture which includes interface design, infrastructure management, classification, definition, and connectivity design. The main components include business architecture, information (data), applications, and technologies. The result of engineering models design have shown that hospitals can use it as a standard architecture model based on a structured system with support from cloud computing technology.

Downsampling process is used to reduce the image resolution by eliminating some pixels, so it will affect the quality of output image. To keep the quality, modified bicubic interpolation method is used in the downsampling process. Modified bicubic interpolation is a modification of bicubic interpolation with same quality and faster processing time. This paper will discuss about the implementation of modified bicubic interpolation method on the image downsampling process by computing 16 nearest pixel values on the input image to produce pixel values for output image. Modified bicubic interpolation is tested at 2 (two) image types, RGB and grayscale. Each type is consist of 2 (two) format, JPG and BMP. Experimental results show that the most stable output size is from JPG RGB with 300 – 400 KB range and from JPG grayscale with 0 – 50 KB range. The fastest processing time is from JPG RGB with 200 – 300 KB range and for the grayscale on 25% scale from JPG with 150 – 200 KB range, 50% scale from JPG with 0 – 50 KB range and 75% scale from BMP. The highest PSNR value is from JPG RGB with 100 – 200 KB range and from JPG grayscale with 0 – 50 KB range.

PLN as institutions of public service providers, must provide the maximum service to its customers. Electrical power distribution system is part of the main asset continues to develop, it is necessary for improving the quality of good asset management. In this study will be carried out analysis of investment decisions related to asset management by using a dynamic system that makes it possible to study and understand the dynamic behavior of a system, as a means to make investment decisions management. Backed by an investment appraisal method Economic Information this research can provide input to the PLN management in determining the appropriateness of the investment appraisal. Based on the results of the scenario, it should be the replacement of the cable assets of tract homes and substation transformers. Then analyzed by the method of economic information, the final score line cord investment houses and substation transformers at PLN Pamekasan by 38 is included in the category of "Enough" is based on IE Projects Predicate table. It means that the investment is indeed feasible by Management of PLN.

Website access speed is marked with a fast loading time duration and reliability of the web server has a significant effect in providing comfort for the user when accessing the website. The stability is very dependent on the access to the website owned by the web server performance as well as the large size of the page. The scope of the issues examined included the testing and selection of web servers that are reliable and the implementation of the action optimization of web templates include Image Compression, Browser Cache, Minify CSS, HTML and Javascript files, Anti Render-Blocking Javascript placement CSS stylesheets, script placement Javascript. Stability testing of web servers and website access speed is measured via Web Server Stress Tool application version 8 with the type of test that has the RAMP test and parameter included Users Simultaneous, Click, Error, Error (%) Avg. Click Times (ms), and Time Spent (ms). Research methodology oriented to the analysis of the reliability of the web server and web access speed comparison test between the data pre-test and post-test web test results of the implementation of the optimization of the web template. Based on the results of the discussion is concluded that the obtained web server owned dracoola.com have the best quality and performance so it supports the stability of the web. In addition, it can also be concluded that there is increased access speed or loading time amounted to 43.19% (avg. Click times) and 32.80% (time spent) after implementing optimization measures on web templates.

Two-dimensional figure is consisted of straight and curved lines, which is needed a special method to identify them. The methods that can be used are called Line Hough Transform for identifying straight line and Circular Hough Transform to identifying curved line. This research is to apply this algorithm, Line Hough Transform and Circular Hough Transform, in identifying two-dimensional figure by using an application as a supported testing media. The types of two-dimentional figure, that are used in this study, are square, rectangle, trapezium, triangle, parallelogram, kite rhombus, and circle. Based on test results using 20 types of testing data each type two-dimensional figure shows the percentage of success in identifying twodimensional figure is 87.5%. Many factors affect the rate of successful Identification of twodimensional figure as size, angle, threshold, and how to draw normal.

The subjects of mathematics is essentially a learning process to meet the needs logical thinking in solving the problems in science, technology, and everyday life. The condition of common today is learning mathematics in primary school studied in a very theoretical and mechanistic. In other words, the mathematical concept only emphasizes the aspects of the theory without the implication and application. The learning model like this phenomenon perceived lack of understanding and meaningful, coupled with the lack of opportunity for the students to do exercises reset to a formulation of proof in such materials. The main objective of this study is to develop a mobile software for media learning mathematics courses designed for elementary school students of grade VI. The selection mechanism of Mobile Application Development Lifecycle Model (MADLC) as a model of software development because of two things: it has proved capable of mapping matrix analysis of mobile based application is made, and this framework can also specify the process in the deployment of mobile applications after the development phase is done. The rapid development of computer and information technology (CIT) has been the triggers for various companies, including BAPELKES (Health training center) of South Sumatra province, to apply the CIT based on the web and desktop system. However, there are some problems regarding the CIT implementation process such as long distance issue, the accuracy of training result and the data shortage obtained from periodic training report. Therefore, BAPELKES needs an information system to increase global competition chances and to improve the company existence value. The RUP (Rational Unified Process) by iteration method is used as CIT methodology. Then, the implementation of program design uses PHP (Personal Home Page) language version 6.0, whilst the DBMS (Database Management System) application uses MySQL. The web-based administration information system is expected providing more facilities and minimizing errors occurred in administration and stakeholders levels involved in the training activities.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) have a huge potential in moving economic activities and also become the foundation of a source of income of many people to improve their welfare, along with the great potential that too many things that hinder the development of the UMKM entrepreneurs especially those in the face of market behavior, one inhibiting factor is the manner or media product promotion is done today is still traditional, so the range of opportunities to find new customers become narrow and undeveloped. Based on these needs, the problems encountered in this study is how to do the analysis and design of GIS-based mobile applications in order to facilitate UMKM promotion. This research used RUP as system development methodology that has the object approach in accordance with the programming language used in the construction phase. The data collection process using the method of observation, interviews, and literature. Results from this study is a geographic information system-based mobile applications as an alternative media campaign for UMKM in Palembang.
