JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

The rapid development of information technology affects how to do work that is digitized and prioritizes the use of technology. Alignment of information technology strategy with business is an important factor for a company or organization. However, not all companies can implement and develop information technology in accordance with company needs. One of them is the Telkom Corporate University Center (TCUC) Planning and Controlling unit in the Risk and Quality Management function. In the Risk & Quality Management function, there are obstacles in the operational function, namely having different applications for each business process which results in ineffectiveness. For this reason, Enterprise Architecture solutions are needed to overcome these problems. Enterprise Architecture is designed using the TOGAF (The Open Architecture Framework) framework with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) methodology. The design starts from the Preliminary Phase to the Migration Technology Architecture. The final result of this research is an Enterprise Architecture blueprint that can be implemented in the Risk and Quality Management Unit Planning and Controlling Telkom Corporate University Center (TCUC) function.

Engaged in sales, Baizuri Bunut Store provides all personal needs, such as shoes, wallets and belts. The ordering process made by customers in ordering a product is still manual, namely by visiting the Baizuri Store directly. Another problem is the lack of facilities that help customers to get information about products, and interact with the store to submit suggestions and criticisms. As well as experiencing difficulties in the process of managing and storing customer data that has made transactions. In the services provided by the Baizuri Bunut Store, it is also still not effective, thereby reducing the level of effectiveness of competition in the business, the demand for products is increasing day by day, which can trigger the Baizuri Bunut Store to be able to compete in providing quality products and increase competitive advantage. This can be achieved by managing the flow of information, the flow of the sales system, between suppliers, companies and distributors using Customer Relationship Management. By using qualitative methods with interviews or direct observation, aims to describe the facts of a situation at the research site. The purpose of this research is to provide information about products such as shoes, wallets and belts produced by the Baizuri Bunut Store in an updated manner and to be able to promote their business and business at a low cost but have extraordinary effectiveness and increase the efficiency of product information processing management.

With the growth of mobile food ordering application services in Indonesia, especially Go-Food by Gojek, there has been a rise in the partnership between Go-food and restaurants, along with the growing number of users. Therefore, this research is conducted to find out whether the Go-food MFOA usage by Indonesian users has any ef ect on the Restaurant brand loyalty especially during the pandemic. This research will aso use variables such as MFOA satisfaction. Restaurant brand satisfaction and restaurant brand attachment to further test their involvement. The function of this research is to show the role of MFOA that af ects Restaurant Brand Loyalty and drives success in doing business in the restaurant industry. The population this research is targeting is the Indonesian citizens that use Go-food MFOA. With the datas collected by using a questionnaire this research has gotten 400 respondents with a Convenience Sampling method. That will be further analysed using the partial least square-structural equation modelling approach in SmartPLS. The results shows that in Indonesia MFOA satisfaction does not directly af ect Restaurant brand loyalty, however it will be af ected if it was mediated by restaurant brand satisfaction and restaurant brand attachment beforehand.Keywords— MFOA Usage, MFOA Satisfaction, Restaurant Brand Satisfaction, RestaurantBrand Attachment, Restaurant Brand Loyalty.

Sales administration has an important role as a liaison between customers and companies in selling an item. But over time, the application of technology has become an important key in managing sales and production in a company. There are still many companies that use the sales and production system manually (noted), which makes the company less efficient so that it is detrimental to the company. Therefore, a website is made that is integrated with the sales and production administration system using the prototype method. Website obtained from analysis of customer problems, as well as system and application design. Based on the analysis of user satisfaction, the results obtained with satisfactory satisfaction 3.8, so that the system and website are suitable for use by the company. This website is expected to help companies manage sales and production, simplify management and reduce human errors. So that the company does not suffer losses caused by negligence from manual work when running a business within the company.

Business development in Indonesia is currently growing, especially the home furnishing business because household furniture is one of the most important needs, especially in the household. This development requires companies to pay attention to the marketing activities of the household appliance business, especially to customers at the Wati Collection Store who do not yet have the media and tools to promote the products they sell so that customers do not know if there is a new product or a product that is currently in a promo packag, unless the customer comes directly to the Wati Collection Store. One aspect that affects customer loyalty is satisfaction, which is a comparison between expectations before making a purchase and perceived performance. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) is a method in managing the relationship between the company and its customers in order to increase the loyalty of consuming the products or services offered. In connection with this, a website-based application is needed at the Wati Collection Store that combines sub-systems, including a sales system that makes it easier for customers in the buying process so that it is expected to be used to improve customer service and product sales.

Hardware Trojan is one of the attacks on Internet of Things (IoT) security which includes attacks on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) labels, communication networks and data privacy. The purpose of this research is to describe the security of the Trojan Hardware network on the LoT with a literature review design or literature review. Miles and Huberman model data analysis is used in data analysis. As a result, IoT devices cannot be completely secure until we lay a solid hardware security foundation for them. All the effort and expense that goes into securing the device can be wasted if the device has a Hardware Trojan. Hardware security embedded in IoT is the need to protect the “identity” of devices to protect them against intrusion, and to protect the privacy and security of the data they generate. The use of Side-Channel Analysis provides another layer of security around key cryptography that is used to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and authenticity of systems and data.

Selection of suppliers is a strategic activity because suppliers will supply goods that are critical or will be used in the long term, one of which is the SMK Swasta YAPDI Bandar Pulau. The problem experienced by SMK Swasta YAPDI Bandar Pulau is the difficulty of determining which supplier has good performance in terms of quality, price, delivery and service. So that problems arise related to the non-optimal performance of suppliers which results in inaccuracy of goods supplied to schools and frequent delays in delivery of goods. Another problem is the quality of the goods, which also changes every time the shipment changes without a constant stability of the quality of the goods. Errors in supplier selection have an impact on decreasing the productivity of the SMK Swasta YAPDI Bandar Pulau. If the supplier does not meet what is needed by the school, it will result in delays in the process of employee and teacher activities due to the long delivery time. In addition, selecting the right supplier will significantly reduce the cost of purchasing goods/materials and increase the productivity of work activities. Therefore, this decision support system is needed to help make it easier for schools to get the right suppliers, both in terms of quality, price, delivery and service. And can design a decision support system application so that it can be used as a reference in the selection of office equipment suppliers at SMK Swasta YAPDI Bandar Pulau in accordance with predetermined criteria.

In recording cash, mosques are still based on semi-computers so it can result in inaccurate financial statements due to errors in data input, besides that storing archives or documents manually has many risks such as lost or damaged documents. This study aims to design a computerized cash management system so that all inputted data is stored in a database making data storage and management more efficient, and reporting can be done automatically and accurately. In designing a cash management accounting information system the author uses the waterfall development method starting with system analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The tools used in this design are Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access as databases. This research produces a system that can manage cash receipts and cash disbursements accurately and store transaction evidence into a database and make it easier to make reports.

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the Application of data processing systems for disbursement of funds, (2) Solve problems that arise in the process of making a warrant for disbursement of funds (SP2D), and making a request for transfer of funds (NP2D), (3)Development Designing a Budget Bookkeeping System (SISPERAN) by applying Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 software and a Microsoft Access database. In this study, the authors carried out qualitative data analysis using interviews, observation, and literature review. And the system development method uses the waterfall method. From the results of the study, it was found that the problem was in making the order for disbursement of funds (SP2D) and making a memorandum of request for transfer of funds (NP2D) which was still manual, so it was prone to errors in data input, the resulting report was less accurate and the time required was relatively long. The author hopes that by designing this system, it can reduce problems that may occur and can facilitate employees in making SP2D and NP2D.

Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country with a variety of natural resources owned. One of them is animal husbandry, especially dairy cows, the number increases with the passage of time. Therefore, good management is needed to produce the best dairy products, cows should not be stressed. So it is necessary to make a comfortable place with temperature and humidity conditions that are in accordance with the recommended temperature conditions of 5ºC – 25ºC. So that through literature studies, looking at existing problems, then designing for a temperature and humidity monitoring system with a centralized server system is carried out. Several temperature sensors, humidity sensors and fans are placed in each cage. Then to support the security of the cage is placed an RFID Reader for access to the cage controlled by the MCU. In addition, a web-camera is also installed that will notify the owner if any unwanted object is detected by the motion sensor online. These designs and simulations have been successfully carried out and created, with some suggestions for subsequent researchers for the development of automatic systems of feed givers and cage cleaners.
