Abstract

biMBA-AIUEO is a Non-formal Early Childhood Education Institution using the biMBA program under the auspices of the Indonesian Child Development Foundation. biMBA stands for Interest guidance Reading and learning Children. So far, academic data processing has been less efficient and effective because it still uses a system that has not been integrated. So that data does not accumulate, the difficulty of finding the desired file, informing users, data storage and reporting requires a system that can optimize data management, reporting, and storage. With the design of the Academic Information System biMBA AIUEO can help speed up the admission process for new students and reduce errors in data processing. The Zachman Framework framework is one of the methods to assist all parties in defining a management as a whole that has a complete data structure. This research resulted in a website-based Academic information system to make it easier for the public to find information about biMBA AIUEO

Abstract

Makassar City is one of the cities in Indonesia as well as the capital city of South Sulawesi (Sulsel) Province. Based on data from the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), the total population of South Sulawesi will reach 9.19 million as of June 2021. Of this number, 8.26 million people (89.87%) are Muslim. Determining the trajectory of Islamic studies at the Makassar City Mosque, it takes the shortest path to the location of the mosque that conducts Islamic studies so that people can easily find out the distance, trajectory, and travel time to find the shortest path. The Floyd-Warshall algorithm is used to solve the shortest path problem. This algorithm compares all possible paths in the graph for each edge of all vertices. The A Star algorithm is a computer algorithm that is widely used in path finding and graph traversal, the process of efficiently plotting a transverse path between points, called nodes. The results showed that the comparison between the two algorithms based on the starting point and destination point in the search for distance, trajectory and travel time had different values and each algorithm had a different trajectory search process. Based on the results of black box testing on the system declared valid or as expected. The system testing on the Admin User Acceptance Test (UAT) is 86,85% and the general public UAT test results are 83,46%.

Abstract

The development of information systems and information technology is very important because it has an impact on increasing interaction resources for all fields, thus helping to realize the company's goals. But not all companies can implement and develop appropriate information system technology to meet their needs and get solutions to their problems, including the Telkom Corporate University Center (TCUC). TCUC is part of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, which is engaged in accelerating the science and technology-based transformation process and developing digital talent capabilities. TCUC has several units, one of which is the Planning and Controlling unit in which there is a Budget Planning and Controlling function. In connection with advances in information technology, especially in the Budget Planning and Controlling function, there are several obstacles. Exchange of data related to the provision of a budget that is not yet optimal, causes discrepancies in the realization of the budget for other units. Therefore, an Enterprise Architecture (EA) solution is needed to align business and technology needs. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is designed using the TOGAF ADM method. EA design starts from the preliminary phase to the technology architecture. The result of this research is an Enterprise Architecture Blueprint which is expected to be able to solve the problems experienced and become a project proposal guide to assist the implementation and development of the right information technology system for the Budget Planning and Controlling function.
