Abstract

The industrial revolution in medical and health industry developed rapidly. With the consequence in rapid grow of big data usage, the development of data decentralization becomes more important, because it can facilitate more accurate analysis. The problem in this study is data collection and monitoring of the health of toddlers and early childhood in Posyandu (integrated healthcare center) is still inaccurate while they still used manual data input and has not been carried out in real time, therefore we created medical record application that able to provide convenience in monitoring the health of toddlers and early childhood, as well to analyze their development in term of heath. The results of the testing showed that mothers expect toddlers to be well controlled. The implementation of the toddler health medical record application provides convenience and real time report and analysis in Posyandu for midwives, health care provider and for mothers as well. Suggestions for further research is to combine with other methods so that future applications will be perfectly polished to be used widely.

Abstract

Concrete can be found in permanent buildings, such as houses, buildings, bridges. Concrete is usually used for foundations, columns, beams, slabs. Concrete is a mixture of cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and water. One of the determinants of the quality of concrete is the content of the concrete-forming mixture, so it is very important to know it. The problem arises about how to find out the mixture content in hardened concrete. Civil engineering discipline has a way to determine the content of the mixture forming the hardened concrete. However, it is possible to find out the level of this mixture using other disciplines, for example, from the discipline of computer science, in this case, artificial intelligence. Then, the problem is how to identify the mixture content in hardened concrete? This study uses the features of the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) image with the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) recognition method. There are 5 types of mixture used, each of which is represented by 5 samples of each type. Using a 14 MP camera, the shooting distance is approximately 27 cm. There are 1,000 training images from 3 samples of each type with 200 images each, and 500 test images from 2 samples from each type with 100 images each. Abstract

In era of digital technology 4.0, it is developing like a storm, so the use of technology in this digital era needs to be utilized properly. The main problem of daily life is not being able to manage data well from various fields such as citizen data. Key issues in managing citizen data from the lowest level. Factors that create economic, social, cultural and security barriers can actually contribute if embedded data management is properly implemented. The most important thing is data processing, population data collection, one of which is influenced by population movement and population income processes, and Bigdata is needed to accommodate these data. The results of the research conducted that the response from the community is positive so that further development is needed in its application so that it can provide good services. Suggestions for further research to integrate other services so that the current community needs can be accommodated properly so that the future is even better.

Abstract

In this era of digitalization, technological developments are growing rapidly. One form of development is the emergence of the convenience of non-cash transactions such as payments using cards and mobile payments at MSME merchants or micro, small and medium enterprises. Bank Indonesia as the payment system regulator in Indonesia in collaboration with other institutions launched QRIS as a new payment system. This study aims to increase the number of payment transactions and simultaneously increase the profitability of PJSP by identifying changes in behavioral intentions on several independent variables including Social Influence, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Attitude Toward Behavior Intention. Then Perceived Usefulness of Behavior Intention with Attitude Toward as a mediation of Behavior Intention. The results of the research conducted are that there are research variables that are influential and not influential. Perceived usefulness affects attitude towards to use of the QRIS Payment System, and attitude towards using QRIS (full mediating) but does not affect behavioral intention. Perceived ease of use affects attitude towards using QRIS Payment System, and attitude towards using QRIS (full mediating) but does not affect behavioral intention. Attitude towards using QRIS Payment System affects behavioral intention. And Social influence is influenced by behavioral intention and not influenced by attitude towards using QRIS Payment System.

Abstract

The child's growth and development phase is very influential on the next phase. Where parents should be more careful in monitoring the growth and development of their children. Child development can be monitored with child growth and development applications, one of which is the PrimaKu application which can be accessed on the Google Play Store or App Store. Currently, the PrimaKu application has been downloaded 500 thousand times with a rating of 4.8. On the Google Play Store, you can see in the comments column regarding the reviews that have been filled in by PrimaKu application users. SVM is a method that gives better results in terms of classification, with the advantages of SVM being able to find the best hyperplane, separating one class from another class. In this study, sentiment analysis will be carried out on reviews of the PrimaKu application using the SVM method with a variety of kernels, namely linear kernel, polynomial kernel, and RBF Kernel. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that SVM can perform sentiment analysis on user reviews of the PrimaKu application well using a linear kernel with an accuracy value of 97.5% compared to using a polynomial kernel or RBF kernel.

Abstract

Stocks are one of the investment instruments that are currently in demand because they have a greater return value than saving in a bank. It's just that investing in stocks has the risk of decreasing the value of the stock price, which can make investors lose money. Mining stocks are currently the prima donna of investors, because their value continues to rise. However, buying shares at the right time is still an obstacle, therefore a stock price prediction is needed that can help investors determine the right time to buy mining shares. The use of machine learning can be done to predict stock prices. The data used in this research is PTBA stock price data from 2017 – 2022. In this study, the Neural Network algorithm is used with hyperparameter optimization. In this study, the RMSE value was 30.634. A small RMSE value indicates that the Neural Network algorithm can be used to predict PTBA's stock price.

Abstract

In 2022, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) will carry out data collection activities for Socio-Economic Registration, where data collection for the entire population of Indonesia consists of profiles, social conditions, economy and welfare levels. This activity is one of the government's efforts to build a single population database. The implementation of good census activities can be used by the government in making policies in development. One of the successes in Regsosek activities is determined by the methods used in recruitment. To support the recruitment process for Regsosek officers, a computerized system is needed. Decision Support System is one of the systems that can be used to recruit Regsosek Officers. With the decision support system, the criteria that have been determined by BPS can be processed properly so as to produce best decision that suit the needs. There are many methods that can be used in a Decision Support System, one of which is the MFEP method. This method in its assessment can be done objectively and intuitively for factors that are considered important. In the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method, each criterion is given a weight according to the level of importance. In this study the criteria used were administrative selection, pretest, interview, education, age and health. With a decision support system that uses the MFEP method, it can help BPS produce decision solutions in selecting the best Regsosek officers based on predetermined criteria.

Abstract

Design of the New Student Registration System at SMPN 5 Jagoi Babang is still manual, which requires filling out the registration form with the one submitted by the registration committee, so that prospective new students have to come directly to school and it takes a long time. The web is used in developing a system where new students must be able to input data via the web. The Codeigniter Framework method is used because the system can adjust to changes in the acceptance of new students. The results obtained in the design of the Web Based New Student Admissions System Using the Codeigniter Framework are the convenience for new students to register at SMPN 5 Jagoi Babang, so that it can make it easier for the committee to manage the data of new students who register and Information on the announcement of new student admissions. Abstract

Menara Tani Simpang Empat District has not received maximum customers. Therefore, the owner is required to find more new customers than before and keep old customers by providing the latest information and maintaining good communication. Then, after the development of the business of selling drugs and fertilizers, it is certain that the level of business competition becomes stronger so that entrepreneurs must think of new strategies to improve sales quality, retain consumers and marketing to manage their customers, increase new customers and retain old customers. In line with the current development of technology and social media, various efforts have been made to increase sales. One way that a store can do to be able to compete in the world of business sales is to implement a system or method, namely CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy to maintain good relationships with customers, both new and old customers. Companies must also know how to win customers' hearts by prioritizing customer satisfaction, such as providing all the latest information about plants as well as by providing the best service for customers.

Abstract

PT. Sun Life Financial is a company engaged in the field of financial consulting or insurance services. This company processes customer classification data still using calculations manually and using Ms. Excel. The system development method in this research uses RAD (Rapid Application Development). The method for pro-cessing customer classification data uses the decision tree algorithm C4.5. The strengths of this algorithm in-clude the ability to process numerical and discrete data, are easily interpreted, and are fastest among other algorithms. That the results of the user satisfaction questionnaire stated 48% strongly agreed, 45% agreed, 5% were enough, and 2% stated disagreed. The conclusion was that the data mining information system applica-tion that was built successfully resolved the problem to help find the cause of the dead policy (Lapse) or active policy (Inforce) at PT. Sun Life Financial Indonesia.
