Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on money circulation in Indonesia. Analysis is seen from the side of money circulating in the community based on Bank Indonesia (BI) data, the policies are taken by the government and the impacts that occur in society as a result of the policies. This research is a descriptive study, because it only observes secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia since the Covid-19 case began until the end of the study, namely the Bank Indonesia Circulation Money analysis data from December 2019 to April 2020. Then the data is analyzed first combining it with government policy data and data on the impact of Covid-19 on the business world. The results obtained from the analysis conducted are an increase in the money supply and a decrease in electronic money issued by banks. This is due to a decrease in time deposits (Rupiah and Forex), conditions occur because the effect of the number of companies that are doing Termination Employment and pay for employee severance. Government policies by closing shopping centers, the tourism sector and other policies also contribute to create conditions that make people have to convert their time deposits into savings so that they are easy to use if needed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is how the community can adapt to the changes that occur in fast food companies in the new normal era. Discipline and public understanding of changes during the pandemic and entering the normal era are very important from habituation and technology. This research is descriptive by collecting primary data and also secondary data by conducting analysis and random interviews with services on fast food, visitors, and other data. This observation was made because fast food is the food most often consumed by people around> 80% because it is fast in providing it and this food is the people's choice for holding meetings both formal and informal. The results obtained and analyzed for this new order of life by opening it up gradually and getting used to the conditions applied by the government since March until now have made people accustomed to the existence of temperature checking regulations, wearing masks, maintain distance and determine other health protocols. With the existence of health rules applied the community has realized the importance of maintaining health even with meetings with others. The use of cashless or delivery that was already available in service applications before the pandemic and some people can already use it but others are more accustomed to using other merchant applications because it is considered easier and the number of choices and discounts.

Abstract

This research is aimed at understanding the relationship of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT SSBP considering that the two independent variables are the main factors that determines the success of a company as general as well as PT SSBP. The research obtained data from 144 respondents out of 210 total employees. A questionnaire was prepared to catch their perception on leadership style and compensation and how they affect their performance in the company they work with. From the data obtained and the analysis result shows that the relationship and the contribution of leadership style and compensation on the performance of employees is strong and significant, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore as managerial instruments, leadership style and compensation are extremely important factors to be considered and continuously updated in order to keep and maintain employees motivation that in turn will boost their performance,

Abstract

Tourism industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly every year. This requires Bella Vita Hotel to maintain and develop the company to increase sales, maintain customer loyalty, and attract more customers by increasing customer satisfaction. The researcher uses service quality, price, facility, and customer satisfaction as the reference variables for this study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the level of customer satisfaction at Bella Vita Hotel. The population of this study is 152 people, taken from the average data of customers that stayed at Bella Vita Hotel from May-July 2019. Therefore, the number of samples obtained through the calculation using the Slovin Formula is 61 people. The researcher collected the primary data by distributing questionnaires to 61 customers of Bella Vita Hotel, and the sample is selected using Simple Random Sampling and processed using SPSS 22. Exploratory Factor Analysis is the technique of data analysis used in this study. The result of this study are 7 new variables with each operational item inside, namely: Personal Experience, Benefit, Company Image, Employee Capabilities, Customer Oriented, Feedback, and Price.

Abstract

Public infrastructure and congestion issues become salient problems in Indonesia. According to INRIX Global Traffic Scoreboard (2018): Jakarta was ranked as twelfth worst in the world. Air quality also becoming another issues that derived from traffic congestion causing air pollution. To mitigate this issue, government has been established MRT Jakarta in 2019. This study aims to evaluate and improving service level of Moda Raya Terpadu (MRT) in order to encourage more people using public transportation, moreover altering people using public transportation would reduce the amount of fossil fuels and reducing bad air pollution for a better climate. Methodolgy of the research using service quality theory with five dimension from Parasuraman et. al, and extended in Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Therefore, data was distributed using questionnaire with 18 item measurement and 102 respondents was collected. As a result, tangibility, reliability, and responsiveness dimension had been classified in quadrant one, followed assurance dimension in quadrant two, however empathy dimension had been measured in quadrant four and indicates to be improved.
