Abstract

In the year 2025 it is hoped that ASEAN will become tourist destination offering ASEAN experience which unique, diversify, and developing sustainable, inclusive, and responsible tourism. It will become significant contributionto the economic life of ASEAN community. According to that vision, Indonesia also develops tourism which environment friendly and green business. Ecoturism as traveling activities to destination region should folow natural rules for enjoying natural beauty, including education-comprehension and support to conservation which could increase local community income. In this research selected three tourist ecotourism destination including Morosari Mangrove Forest at Demak Region, Tlogo Tuntang Tourism at Bawen Salatiga, and Forest Park Botanical Garden Mangkunegoro 1 at  Lawu Mountain at Karanganyar Region. Research result showed that Mangrove Forest Demak, Tlogo Resort Tuntang and  Forest Park Botanical Garden not yet becoming ecotourism and tourist business which profitable and sustainable tourism. There is local management desire to make tourism based on natural wealth or tourist destination which conserving ecology.  The three tourist destinations generally need continous improvement so that becoming intereseting ecoturism and profitable. It is needed to continuously conserve flora and fauna, and environment management to attract visitors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of absorptive marketing capabilities, adaptive marketing capabilities, and innovative marketing capabilities to marketing performance simultaneously and partially on women's clothing online shops on Instagram. Respondents in this study were the owners of women's clothing online shop on Instagram, amounting to 96 respondents. This research was conducted quantitatively by testing the hypothesis using multiple regression that showed the results of the capabilities of absorptive, adaptive, and innovative marketing simultaneously had  significant effect on marketing performance; but partially only innovative marketing capabilities had  significant effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

Quality control becomes an important key for companies in suppressing the number of defective produced products. Six Sigma is a quality control method that aims to minimize defective products to the lowest point or achieve operational performance with a sigma value of 6 with only yielding 3.4 defective products of 1 million product. Stages of Six Sigma method starts from the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) stages that help the company in improving quality and continuous improvement. Based on the results of research on baby clothes products, data in March 2018 the percentage of defective products produced reached 1.4% exceeding 1% tolerance limit, with a Sigma value of 4.14 meaning a possible defect product of 4033.39 opportunities per million products. In the pareto diagram there were 5 types of CTQ (Critical to Quality) such as oblique obras, blobor screen printing, there is a fabric / head cloth code on the final product, hollow fabric / thin fabric fiber, and dirty cloth. The factors caused quality problems such as Manpower, Materials, Environtment, and Machine. Suggestion for consideration of company improvement was continuous improvement on every existing quality problem like in Manpower factor namely improving comprehension, awareness of employees in producing quality product and improve employee's accuracy, Strength Quality Control and give break time. Materials by making the method of cutting the fabric head, the Machine by scheduling machine maintenance and the provision of needle containers at each employees desk sewing and better environtment by installing exhaust fan and renovating the production room.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and trust on consumer loyalty with satisfaction as a mediating variable on Ideo Photography in Semarang. The population of this study is consumers who use Ideo Photography services, with unknown number of consumers. The sample of this study was 96 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires through Google form. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction, trust influences customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. Service quality influences customer loyalty. Trust influences consumer loyalty. Service quality influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Trust influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aimed to test the effect of shopping lifestyle and hedonic behavior toward impulsive buying. Population researched here are students consuming shopee online shopping with sampel 100 taken by purposive sampling. It was obtained test result that respon toward shopping lifestyle was agree, average score 4.18. Average respon toward hedonic behavior was agree, 3.87. Average respon toward impulsive buying was agree, namely 3.92. Based on regression analysis, shopping lifestyle positively and significantly effected impulsive buying. Hedonic behavior also effected toward impulsive buying. The test result  shopping lifestyle and hedonic behavior together significantly effected toward impulsive buying.

Abstract

This research result gives contribution to Decision on Operation in achieving  Low Cost Competitive Advantage in Monica Collection Semarang. Realizing this objective, it should be conducted research in operation decision supporting Monica Collection company to achieve its competitive advantage based on low cost. In this research it was found that there was operation decision conducted which supporting this low cost competitive advantage.

Abstract

Previous literatures showed that financial literacy was a determining factor for an individual's decision to consult with professionals. However, the relationship between the two may be simultaneous, so the estimation method of causality testing has been imprecise. The respondents from this study were 115 students of Masters of Management degree of Gadjah Mada University, specific on Executive Class in Jakarta. This study found that there was a simultaneous relationship between financial literacy and consultation decisions. Furthermore, causality testing was carried out using the Control Function estimation method, which contained instrumental variables in the form of family economic shocks that had been experienced in the last twenty years. This estimation method was useful to avoid endogeneity problems. The finding of this study was instrumented financial literacy significantly increased the probability of individuals to consult with professionals. Apart from the real benefits of consulting with professionals or level of professionality, a personal financial education model can be an alternative financial education that can be done by stakeholders.
