Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the optimal shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange  (IDX)  contained  in  LQ45  using the  method  of  single  index model.  This  research  is  a  descriptive  study,  the  method  used  is  quantitative method.  Samples were  taken at thirty-six  shares of the company from  LQ45 period February 2014 to June 2015. The samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Results from this research that showed that out of thirty-six stock companies only two shares optimal namely PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. (GGRM) and PT. AKR Corporindo Tbk. (AKRA). With the proportion of funds PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. (GGRM) of 0.6624, while PT PT. AKR Corporindo Tbk. (AKRA)  of  0.3376.  In  addition  the  rate  of  return  from  the  formation  of  the portfolio is equal to 0.0084 at the risk of the portfolio amounted to 0.000017 smaller   than   market   risk   amounted   to   0.001404.   This   proves   that   the establishment of a portfolio would gain optimal benefit with certain risk. Keywords: Optimal Portfolio, Single Index Model, risk, rate of return.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThe problem in this research is how big partially and simultaneously influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction at Jaguar Gym Sidoarjo, as well as service quality variables Which most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at Jaguar Gym Sidoarjo.Based on the research results, obtained regression equation as follows: Y = 3.025 + 0.138 + 0.197 X1 + 0.183 X2 + 0,142 X3 X5 + X4 + 0.175 E. Of the acquisition value equation of multiple linear regression model, there are five variables showed a positive coefficient value (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), it shows the influence of service quality that is strong enough to customer satisfaction. Keofisien of determination of 0.362, which means that 36.2% variable service quality affects customer satisfaction, while 63.8% are influenced by variables Llain not studied. Based on the results of the multiple correlation coefficient R of 0.602 mind, which means showing that the proportion of the relationship between all the variables of service quality jointly influence on consumer satisfaction and is very strong and positive at 60.2% and the remaining 39.8% influenced by variables investigated. Result research partial test (t test) indicates there is one variable that had no significant effect (tangible) and four other variables (reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) significantly affects satisfaction konsumen.Hasil simultaneous test (F test ) shows that there is significant influence jointly between the variable quality of service (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) to customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the significant value of 0.000. The survey results revealed that the largest beta value contained in the variable reliability of 0,197. So variable reliability has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction. Kata Kunci :  Tangible, reliability, reponsiveness, assurance, empathy.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study entitled "RGEC Analysis to Assess Bank Soundness Levels in State-Owned Banking Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2013-2015". The 1997 and 2008 crises that caused a decline in public confidence in the Bank led the authors to conduct research on the bank's health analysis. The purpose of this research is to know the rating of Bank Soundness at State-Owned Bank (BNI, BRI, Bank Mandiri, and BTN) listed on BEI in terms of RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) in 2013-2015.This research method using descriptive with quantitative approach. The population of this study is all state banks listed in the directory of Bank Indonesia, which has an annual report period 2013 to 2015. The number of samples as many as four banks by passing through the purposive sample stage. Data collection techniques used are techniques of documentation and literature techniques. Data analysis method using RGEC method is by collecting the required data and then assess the risk profile factor that is calculate credit risk with NPL ratio and liquidity risk with LDR ratio. Then the GCG assessment conducted by self assessment by Bank. Assessment of earning factors by calculating ROA and NIM ratios and capital valuation factors using CAR ratios. The results of the analysis show that in the period 2013-2015 almost all the banks studied have a very healthy predicate except the BTN Bank is healthy. Risk Profile Factor shows the majority of bank NPLs below 5% and the majority of LDR predicated banks are quite healthy. Good Corporate Governance factor shows the bank gets very good and good predicate. Earning factor shows bank ROA more than 1.5% and NIM bank more than 3%. Capital Factor shows that bank CAR is more than 12% so it can fulfill the minimum capital requirement requirement of 8%. The general conclusion of soundness of BUMN Bank consisting of BNI, BRI, Bank Mandiri in the period of 2013-2015 using RGEC method that is Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital predicate VERY HEALTHY in composite rank 1, although one of the predicate of SEHAT at composite rank 2 is BTN. It is suggested for further research to expand the scope of research on bank soundness rating by using other financial ratio indicator with the latest method in accordance with Bank Indonesia Circular Letter. Abstract

ABSTRACTHuman Resources (HR) has an important role as a potential driver of all activities of the company. Every company should be able to maintain, maintain and improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) performance. All actions taken in every activity are initiated and determined by the human being who is a member of the company. Primary data source in this study was obtained from PT Mega Auto Finance in Surabaya in the form of questionnaire results. In this research use full sample where PT Mega Auto Finance in Surabaya become population as well as sample. test coefficient of determination obtained R value of 0.736 this R Square number of 73.6%, indicating that Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline is explained by Employee Performance variables, while the rest of (100% - 73.6%) = 26.04% is explained by other factors not included in this research model. Variable X1 (leadership style) t arithmetic equal to 6,848, thus t arithmetic> t table (6,848> 2,410) which statistically stated significant (influential); Variable X2 (motivation) t arithmetic equal to -1.066, thus t arithmetic> t table (-1.066 <2.410) which; Variable X3 (work discipline) t arithmetic equal to -1.593, thus t arithmetic> t table (-1.593 <2.410) statistically, Variable X3 (work discipline) does not affect variable Y (Employee Performance). Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKConsumer satisfaction can be realized well if the company is able to provide quality service and product diversity that consumers expect. The higher the quality of service received then the consumer will be satisfied, so that the consumer will be a permanent consumer in the company. Similarly, the King Shop as a provider of photocopying and stationery products located in Malang are also trying to improve the quality of service and product diversity in accordance with consumer expectations. So the purpose in doing research is to determine the effect of service quality and product diversity to customer satisfaction either simultaneously or partially, to know which influence is most dominant between service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Poor King Shop. The sample used in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The method used in this sampling is to use probability sampling. Data testing techniques used in this research include the validity test, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove research hypothesis using computer application program SPSS Version 21. Based on the results of data analysis, the multiple linear regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 7.446 + 0.207X.1 + 0.482X.2. From multiple linear regression equation can be known variables of service quality and product diversity have an effect on signifikan to consumer satisfaction at king store in malang. Result of t test, have positive and significant effect to consumer satisfaction because t count bigger than t table. Results simultaneously with the F test shows that all independent variables significantly influence customer satisfaction because f count is greater than f table. Therefore H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. The value of multiple determinant coefficient (R Square) of 0.432 indicates that 56.8% of customer satisfaction variables can be explained by independent variables of service quality and product diversity, while the rest of 43.2% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe number of cellular providers in Indonesia are mutually price war with a variety of advantages each resulting in confusion in selecting society. This study aims to determine the effect of product, price and promotion either partially or simultaneously, and to determine the most dominant influence in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This type of research is included in the survey research. The sample used in this research is 96 students of Economics faculty at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, where the sample is taken by using accidental sampling technique.  Collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination and Test F and Test t. The results of this study showed the value of multiple linear regression analysis that is Y = 0.426 + 0.274 X1 + 0,152 X2 + 0,453 X3 value of coefficient of determination show value equal to 0,689. This shows that in consumer satisfaction variable shows 68,9% value influenced by product, price and promotion variable.While the remaining 31.1% influenced by other variables not included in this study. Test F obtained result that Product (X1), Price (X2), and Promotion (X3) have influence to Decision of Simpati (Y) cellular card, sig value. F 0,000 (<0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that all independent variables (Product variables (X1), Price (X2), and Promotion (X3)) have significant effect simultaneously on Simpati Mobile Card Purchase Decision (Y). The value of the product thitungvariable (X1) has a value of 3.634 and the value of Sig. 0.000 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is partial influence by Product variable (X1) to Purchase Decision (Y).   Price Variable (X2) has Thitung3.067 and Sig value. 0,003 <0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, that means there is partial influence by Price variable (X2) to Purchase Decision (Y) .Variable Promotion (X3) has value of Thitung6,222 and Sig value. of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1diterima, it means there is a partial influence by the variable Promotion (X3) on Purchase Decision (Y) In addition, the results of this study also shows that Product, Price, and Promotion has a dominant influence on the decision purchase of Simpati cellular card at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Keywords: Product, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTCurrent economic activity requires a serious effort in gaining market. marketing is a very important issue that is noticed by the company in order to grow and develop. In an effort to get a market share is needed marketing strategies, so the company can achieve its goals. In achieving the goals of the company it takes effort to maximize all the opportunities that exist to be profitable for the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution channel variables and personal selling simultaneously or partially significant effect on the sales volume of PT.Borwita Citra Prima Sidoarjo and to know that the distribution channel variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on sales volume PT.Borwita Citra Prima Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used in this research is using multiple linear regression with correlation test, determination, f test and t test with questionnaire tool and interview with sample of 60 respondents. The test result of this research is got result of doubled linear regression calculation that is Y = - 0,099 + 0,357 X1 + 0,628 X2 where both of variable have positive influence and direction with dependent variable that is sales volume PT.Borwita Citra Prima Sidoarjo. Simultaneous test results obtained Fcount of 123.753 which means Fcount 123.753> Ftable 3.16, or can be seen from the level of significance 0,000 <0,05 (α = 5%). While partially obtained Thitung Distribution Channel (X1) = 2.855, ThitungPersonal Seling (X2) = 4,623, thus Thitung> Ttabel (2,00247). So the hypothesis that the variables Channel Distribution And Personal Selling simultaneously or partially significant effect on sales volume PT.Borwita Citra Prima Sidoarjo proved true. Variable Personal Selling (X2) has the most dominant influence on sales volume because it has the largest regression coefficient is 0.628 than other variables. Keywords: Distribution Channels, Personal Selling, Sales Volume
