Abstract

ABSTRAKThe problem in this research is how big partially and simultaneously influence the quality of service to customer satisfaction at Jaguar Gym Sidoarjo, as well as service quality variables Which most dominant influence on customer satisfaction at Jaguar Gym Sidoarjo.Based on the research results, obtained regression equation as follows: Y = 3.025 + 0.138 + 0.197 X1 + 0.183 X2 + 0,142 X3 X5 + X4 + 0.175 E. Of the acquisition value equation of multiple linear regression model, there are five variables showed a positive coefficient value (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), it shows the influence of service quality that is strong enough to customer satisfaction. Keofisien of determination of 0.362, which means that 36.2% variable service quality affects customer satisfaction, while 63.8% are influenced by variables Llain not studied. Based on the results of the multiple correlation coefficient R of 0.602 mind, which means showing that the proportion of the relationship between all the variables of service quality jointly influence on consumer satisfaction and is very strong and positive at 60.2% and the remaining 39.8% influenced by variables investigated. Result research partial test (t test) indicates there is one variable that had no significant effect (tangible) and four other variables (reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) significantly affects satisfaction konsumen.Hasil simultaneous test (F test ) shows that there is significant influence jointly between the variable quality of service (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) to customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the significant value of 0.000. The survey results revealed that the largest beta value contained in the variable reliability of 0,197. So variable reliability has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction. Kata Kunci :  Tangible, reliability, reponsiveness, assurance, empathy.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Surabaya bertanggung jawab akan kebutuhan jaringan internet maupun infrastruktur jaringan fiber optic yang ada di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Karena banyaknya OPD atau Organisasi Perangkat Daerah yang ada di Pemerintah Kota Surabaya menyulitkan Staf Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Surabaya untuk mengetahui mana OPD yang sudah terhubung ke fiber optic milik Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dan Staf Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Surabaya kesulitan untuk mengetahui informasi jalur fiber optic atau persebaran fiber optic, informasi mengenai detail OPD dan informasi mengenai perangkat jaringan. Dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi geografis pemetaan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan system dengan SDLC atau metode waterfall dalam pembangunan sistem informasi geografis pemetaan jaringan fiber optic. Sistem informasi ini dibangun dan dibuat dengan menggunakan leaflet dan framework Laravel. Untuk penggujian aplikasi menggunakan penggujian black box testing dan pengguna Staf Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Surabaya untuk mengetahui fungsi pada sistem informasi geografis pemetaan fiber optic. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis pemetaan fiber optic memudahkan Staf Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika untuk mendapatkan informasi detail OPD, perangkat jarigan, OPD mana sudah terhubung dengan kabel fiber optic Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dan memudahkan dalam melakukan pemetaan dan perencanaan pengembangan infrastruktur jaringan fiber optic. Abstract

Safety road are closely related to geometric design, which includes road function, speed design, superelevation, and alignment. This paper is a geometric study to realize a safety road on Sumpiuh Ring Road, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. The locus of this research is the PI-2 and PI-3 bends located at STA. 22+213 to 22+348 which are two opposing bends that are close to each other. Measurement of existing shows that the transverse slope of the road cross-section at the peak of the PI-2 bend is 2.00% while at PI-3 it is 0.70%. With a speed of 60 km/hour, the driver will have difficulty controlling his vehicle due to centrifugal force. Such conditions make this location prone to accidents. From the analysis results, a transverse slope of 7.75% is required for PI-2, and 6.45% for PI-3. Construction adjustments need to be made to meet the needs of this superelevation design. The form of mitigation that can be done is by adding signs and road facilities such as guardrails, traffic signs such as chevron signs, speed reduction signs, rumble strips, and speed humps. This is intended to reduce the level of accidents at the location and reduce the fatalities.

Abstract

Lembaga Pelatihan dan Kursus merupakan salah satu pendidikan nonformal yang terdapat di indonesia saat ini. Pelatihan ialah salah satu program pendidikan nonformal dan Pendidikan nonformal ialah jalur pendidikan di luar pendidikan formal yang dapat dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dan berjenjang. Kehadiran lembaga pelatihan dan kursus sebagai fasilitas penyediaan pendidikan non formal ini merupakan peran dalam menuntaskan pengangguran dan kemiskinan masyarakat, Peserta pelatihan merupakan pelanggan utama dari sebuah pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh lembaga pelatihan dan kursus. Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan peserta pelatihan sangat penting untuk dilakukan dalam rangka mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan pelatihan. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis: 1) pengaruh kualitas program terhadap kepuasan peserta pelatihan, 2) pengaruh layanan terhadap kepuasan peserta pelatihan, dan 3) pengaruh biaya terhadap kepuasan peserta pelatihan, 4) pengaruh citra merek terhadap kepuasan peserta pelatihan dan penelitian ini dilakukan di lembaga pelatihan dan kursus Trampil Sistem Manajemen dari bulan April – Mei Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini ialah dengan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai cara untuk pengumpulan data. Rumus Slovin yang digunakan untuk menghitung besarnya sampel ialah dengan teknik purposive sampling sebagai metode cara pengambilan sampel. Sebanyak alumni 76 peserta pelatihan bersedia menjadi subyek penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi program statistic SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kualitas program tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Pelatihan; 2)layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Pelatihan; 3) biaya tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Pelatihan; 4) citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Pelatihan.

Abstract

Fuzzy Geographically Weighted Clustering-Particle Swarm Optimization using Context Based Clustering (CFGWC-PSO) has been developed to clustering in factors influencing the spread of dengue fever in East Java Province. CFGWC-PSO method can overcome slow computing time problems in terms of iterations, and produce accurate data partition with stable. In this research, CFGWC-PSO applied to 11 variables from data on the causes of the spread of dengue fever in East Java Province in 2017. CFGWC-PSO using the FCM method to determine the context variable. Processing used the results of clustering with 2 clusters until 5 clusters. From the three validation index that used to find out the right number of clustering, two clusters gave better clustering results. CFGWC-PSO shows that all districts/cities in cluster 2 become dengue fever endemic areas that need to be considered by the East Java Provincial Government.Keywords: Context-Based Clustering, dengue hemorrhagic fever, Fuzzy Geographically Weighted Clustering-Particle Swarm Optimization.

Abstract

This paper contains an evaluation of the implementation Context Based Clustering method into Fuzzy Geographically Weighted Clustering-Particle Swarm Optimization (FGWC-PSO) algorithm on 11 variable from data factors causing the spread of dengue in East Java. Integration of Particle Swarm Optimization as a metaheuristic algorithm makes the computation run longer so, the solution in this paper is FGWC-PSO will be combined with context based clustering to produce a hybrid method (CFGWC-PSO) which can shorten the computational time of the clustering algorithm. Context based clustering in this paper will use 3 ways, namely by using random values, using Fuzzy C-Means (FCM), and using mean and standard deviations. CFGWC-PSO algorithm using number of clusters = 2 and CFGWC-PSO will be evaluated using IFV index, based on processing results found that the best clustering algorithm is CFGWC-PSO using FCM

Abstract

Export is an activity of sending services or goods for sale or trade. This activity is part of international trade and can involve various types of products. In the implementation of exports, there are several document requirements that must be completed. One of them is the Certificate of Quality and Safety of Fishery Products (SMKHP). In the field of fisheries, SMKHP is one of the important documents supporting export activities. Without SMKHP, fishery products will be difficult to export. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Marine and Fishery Product Quality Control and Supervision Agency in implementing the procedure for issuing the Certificate of Quality and Safety of Fishery Products. In its implementation, it is required to carry out surveillance activities. Where surveillance is an activity carried out by conducting inspections/monitoring of a company. Several stages that must be passed in issuing the Certificate of Quality and Safety of Fishery Products are: filling out the application form for issuing the SMKHP, filling out the packaging detail form, filling out the document requirement details, filling out the container detail form, inspection by the exporter/UPI, and issuing the SMKHP. Each stage is carried out through the PPK Online website, both from the company and the Marine and Fisheries Product Quality Control and Supervision Agency using SisterKaroline. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the SMKHP issuance procedure carried out by the Marine and Fisheries Product Quality Control and Supervision Agency has been carried out effectively and the sustainability of exports has not experienced any obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and employee welfare on worker productivity at PT. Hayyu Pratama Kaltim. Work productivity is a key indicator of company performance, influenced by various internal factors, including leadership style and the level of employee welfare. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all employees of PT. Hayyu Pratama Kaltim, with the sample determined using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study consisted 48 respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results indicate that both leadership style and employee welfare have a significant influence on worker productivity, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of implementing effective leadership styles and addressing employee welfare to enhance workforce productivity.
