It was first published in 2017 in press version and published by an online system in 2018.

Abstract

Aqidah Akhlak lessons subject includes two things: first educating students to behave in accordance with Islamic values and morals, secondly educating students to study the material of Islamic teachings. Learning about Aqidah akhlah subject matter should have been taught since the child was born into this world to an educational level by applying various learning strategies. The Prophet has exemplified the learning methods that can be applied in educating the morals of the Companions as well as the Bil Hikmah method, Mauidzah hasanah method, Mujadalah method, the method of motivation, asking questions and throwing questions method, demonstrations method, stories method, imagery method, and rewards and punishments method. the inability of educators to choose methods or errors in the use of methods is often the trigger for not maximizing learning outcomes. In this study the researcher used the Poster comment method. This method aims to increase creativity and encourage students to reason with the problems faced. Based on the results of observations at Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo Middle Schoole the researchers found that the methods often used by teachers at the school were lecture and question and answer methods. This method affects the lack of attention of students to the teacher when explaining the lesson because of the monotonous method. It was found that of the 29 students who took the exam only 45% of students reached the KKM 75 standard. It was expected to improve learning values, and the learning activeness of 7th grade students of Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo Middle School so as to accelerate the achievement of learning goals

Abstract

The activity of memorizing the qur’an in groups with peers is on teh methods carried out by tahfidz teachers in improving the quality of memorization of the santri. Where the tahfidz teacher is not just teaching, but also he must be able to guide, evaluate, and supervise the students to always memorize and improve the quality of memorization of al qur’an. One of them is by using the peer support education method in improving the quality of memorizing the qur’an of the santri. Where inside there are lots of social interactions and support. Be it from their peers, the tahfidz teacher, and the other. The purpose of this study wa fo find out how the efforts of tahfidz teachers in improving the quality of memorizing the qur’an of the santri using the peer support education method in Ma’had Al Muqoddasah Litahfidzil Qur’an, Nglumpang, Mlarak, Ponorogo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, and to obtain the required data, researchers use interview, observation, and documentation methods

Abstract

Learning Arabic in the world was an importance issue of countries. Therefore, the University of Darussalam Gontor has established a presence in its future vision, which is the formation of the university as a center for the teaching of the language of the Qur'an. Therefore, the University of Darussalam established the Language Center, an Arabic language learning center, and intensive training courses using intensive Arabic language textbooks. It is interesting to note that the center of the language used the book of intensive language lessons and did not use books to teach the other Arabic language. As a result, the researcher wanted to search for the method of intensive Arabic language textbooks. This research is an attempt by the researcher to understand the approach of the book of intensive Arabic language courses in view of the standard of organizing the book, advantages, and deficiency.

Abstract

Integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMPIT) Imam Syafi'i is a school that combines the learning of common lessons with islamic lessons in a balanced way. Standing under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. One lesson of Dirosah Lughowiyah taught in this school is imla' lesson.Imla’ has an important role to instill in student’s mastery of Arabic language because imla' is the first step in Arabic language learning in terms of writing skills, and has a close relationship with other skills of speaking and reading skills. Imla’ lesson for 9th graders is a new lesson to be held in this academic year and the advantages of this school compared to other Integrated Islamic Junior High School in this area. The curriculum for this lesson was not provided by the Indonesian National Education Department. Type of research used by writer is descriptive qualitative research. And to achieve the above goals the author uses interviews, observation and documentation, then use Miles and Huberman method to draw conclusions from the data obtained. With Descriptive method, then the author describes the data. This article concludes that the teaching of imla’ in this school has not run well and the teaching’s action is not yet organized. And found some problems from the teacher side during the ongoing teaching activities that can cause teacher failure in teaching this lesson.

Abstract

Al-muhsinin Al-islami boarding school is one of the educational institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of religion. The material contained in the Arabic language learning curriculum in sets them down. As nahwu science, neuroscience, science of tasawwuf and more. As for the lesson of the translations is one of the lessons of the curriculum the cottage it self in order to enhance the students in understanding the Arabic especially the books of turast. Almuhsinin boarding schools implement learning method in translation in Arabic. Students learn books of the turast defined by the method (Qowaid-Wa tarjamah) or methods and rules translations. The type of research used researchers to find the problem is with the way research studies field with a discussion of qualitative analysis deskriktif. To get the necessary data, the authors use a method of observation, Interview and documentation, and for managing the data so as to achieve a perfect conclusion, the author uses descriptive analysis methods, Miles & Huberman through the 3 stages of the analysis process, namely the reduction of the Data, the presentation of the Data and Conclusions of withdrawal or verfikasi.

Abstract

Today's young generation, spends much of its time just playing Play station, Gedget, online games, and so on. That is what makes them empty of local cultural values, as well as foreign to terms such as manners, manners, mutual cooperation and other noble values in daily life. The world of education also feels the impact of modernity. All inventions of advanced technology today have unexpected effects. The development of civilization that is increasingly advanced has a significant influence, it can be seen from the attitude displayed in everyday life has been far from the personality of the nation. The impact of globalization that is happening at this time makes Indonesian people forget about national character education. In fact, character education is a very important foundation of the nation and needs to be instilled early on in children. By re-instilling character education in educational activities in schools, it will provide a solid grip on life for students to make students able to clarify and determine attitudes in choosing new cultures that enter. This article aims to explain the concept of character according to two Indonesian education leaders, namely Ki Hajar Dewantara and Hamka. They have different backgrounds for each other's thoughts. This is an interesting thing to observe.

Abstract

The curriculum is an educational program design that contains a series of experiences given to learners to achieve a desired goal with a series of learning experiences. The curriculum has a very strategic position in the overall learning activities, which will determine the process and outcomes of student learning. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a curriculum implementation strategy in schools that are effective and efficient, especially in optimizing the quality of learning. One of the prominent activities in the Madrasah is Tahfidz Al-Qur'an. Memorizing the Qur'an is a conscious and earnest effort to remember and apply the scriptural reading of the Qur'an containing miracles, using appropriate methods and strategies. As well as what to do and what to keep in order to actually get RIDHO of Allah S.W.T. researchers want to conduct research because see the results of observations in MTs Sulamul Huda has held the program Tahfidz Al-Qur'an, will But still the low interest of pupils to memorize the Qur'an. Abstract

Religioous education is one of the most important education in human life, specifically about the teachings of islam. Thus, islamic religious education material not only becomes knowledge, but also can shape the attitudes and personality of students. So that they become faithful and devoted human beings. In general, the quality of islamic religious education has not met expectations. Because there are several indications such as the ability to read the Qur’an and the ability to worship are still lacking. To overcome this problem, teachers must be able to improve the quality of islamic religious learning in schools. So that it will have an impact on improving the quality of islamic religious education in Indonesia. One of them is having creativity in teaching and learning programs. Namely by creating a new and more interesting atmosphere in every learning activity at school. Like the one in the state MTsN 1 Ponorogo. The purpose of this study was to find out the creativity of Pai’s teacher in using methods, media, and learning resources in the state Mts 1 Ponorogo. The result of this study are Pai’s creativity in using methods, namely by applying varied and appropriate methods in learning. And Pai’s teacher also develops the media besides those prepard by the school. And in addition, Pai’s Teacher also uses learning resources in the classroom and outside the classroom, even outside the school to improve the quality of learning in PAI Material.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is a guideline for Muslims, so it is the duty of Muslims to understand, apply it in life and memorize it if they can. Memorizing Al-Qur’an with so many letters and verses seems difficult to do, especially for student in high school. This study aims to determine the strategies of students in memorizing the Qur'an, and to know the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Qur'an memorization strategy for students. This study used qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were 7 subjects consisted of 5 students of tahfidz program and 2 teachers. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and presenting conclusions. The results of the research show that the main strategy used by students to memorize the Qur'an is the strategy of not switching to the next verse before the memorized verse is completely memorized, while the strategy in maintaining memorization is muraja'ah 3 times a month. Other findings indicate the existence of supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the strategy to memorize the Qur'an. Supporting factors consist of internal factors which include intention, willingness and determination, self motivation, and external factors which include teacher, friends, family, sanctions and existing facilities. While inhibiting factors consist of internal factors which include teacher saturation, student saturation, boredom, lack of interest in children, teacher delay, while external includes long verses, lack of time and family problems

Abstract

Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School is one of the educational institutions with the largest Islamic boarding school base in Indonesia. Educational institutions that use the Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyyah Kulliyyatul system provide an important role for teachers to educate their students in the classroom. Class 1 is the initial level of the students in studying at this institution. The subject taught at this level becomes the basis or principle for learning subject at the next level. So it has been ascertained that the efforts and role of the teacher are very dominant to support success and to increase the motivation of the student at this level. Especially in Tafsir subject. Because in the learning, this subject has a little difference with the Tafsir subject at the next level and requires the effort and role of the teacher in the success of learning the subject. The purpose of this study is to find out : 1) the role of the teacher in increasing students' motivation in class 1 KMI in Tafsir subject, 2) Teaching methods used by teachers in learning Tafsir subject for class 1 of KMI Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Institution
