The people of Bali experience a very rapid development in line with the development of the current globalization. These developments cover various aspects of life, one of them is the sociocultural aspect, especially the language. Linguistically, the development of people who only know and use the Balinese language becomes bilingual and even multilingual (local, national and foreign languages). This affects the loyalty and attitude of the language of the community and causes the existence of the use of Balinese language as the mother tongue has decreased, both in quality and quantity. This phenomenon occurs in many urban and tourism areas. Important efforts that must be done is to evoke loyalty and positive language attitude towards Balinese speakers, especially in the family environment. In addition, the role of government is also needed in the preservation of the Balinese language. In preserving the Balinese language as a mother tongue can not be separated from various challenges and constraints, both internal and external.

Hinduism teaches about the five forms of faith or belief called panca sradha. One of them is Karma in its narrow meaning is deed, widely is the law of cause or effect of all actions called karma phala. The law of karma has a universal nature, in the sense that all beings will be subject to the law of karma, and all deeds will surely get the result. Karma comes from thoughts, speech and deeds. So good a bad deed which although still limited to the mind will also get the result. This life inherits our own karma. We are the makers of karma for ourselves, karma befall anyone and karma is eternal law, because karma is an element of causal law. The doctrine of nutmeg karma that becomes the pillar of Hindu religion must be raised again. If the teachings of nutmeg karma are not taught it is most likely that the doctrine will always be a meaningless utterance. Understanding the karma of nutmeg is the eternal law of old, now and then the peace will come true. In the upanisads described all deeds will get results, both deeds are good for society and the act is detrimental to society. Both of these will gain good results both in the world and in the afterlife.

This study aims: 1) to Integrating Dolanan in the local content of Primary Education is the internalization of the value of character education into learning so that the result is an awareness of the importance of values, and 2) to forming a positive character for children and habituation of personality values into the behavior of everyday learners through learning process both in and out of the classroom. Culture can not be separated from society. Culture has become a major feature of a group of people and has been ingrained. Culture includes ideas in the human mind that are ethical and aesthetic. So in reality the culture is abstract. But its application can be observed from the behavior, language and art owned by a community. The culture will remain as long as the members of the community live and continue their noble culture. Along with the development of the times, technological progress also influence the cultural pattern of a society. Instead of bringing a positive impact to the culture, it is more affect the community to other cultures that in fact contradict the original culture of Indonesia. Take a look at the current trends, the minimal shirts that women wear, the lads who speak loudly to their parents, the cigarette smoking boy, and the "old" behavior are considered taboo now as if they are legitimate and ordinary. The development of the times precisely leads to moral degradation for this nation. Technological advances that should be able to bring this country to compete with other big nations, even a boomerang that plunged this nation in the gray area. Between following western culture and amnesia with its own culture. Character education in Indonesia to date has not been successful. Meanwhile, the formation of characteristic subjects, taught at all levels of education in the design of learning still tends to lead to a single cognitive domain only. In fact, in line with the condition of the technology and science content learned, this moral education has been abandoned by many schools. Traditional games can be an alternative that can be incorporated into game activities to hone and develop matters relating to character education. The result of research that is 1) Dolanan can be integrated into the local content SD Education is the internalization of the value of character education into the learning so that the results obtained awareness of the importance of values, and 2) Dolanan can form a positive character for children and the habituation of personality values into the behavior of everyday learners through learning process both in and out of the classroom.

Establishing a characteristic learners is not an easy and quick effort. It requires con- stant effort and deep reflection to create a barrage of Moral Choice (moral decisions) to be followed up by concrete action, so that it becomes practical and reflective. It takes a certain amount of time to make it all custom and shape one's character or character. The character of the educator can be seen from what is discussed and how he interpreted something that can be seen from what he was talking about. Progressive educators believe in the educational potential for change and make it for knowledge not just to run a money-making job. Each component that determines the quality of education in Indonesia should be equally addressed, ranging from vision-mission to be achieved, educational curriculum, educational facilities and infrastructure, to the keadan learners themselves. These five factors are important components that must be of good concern.

This article is the result of a review of academic culture which according to some research is still not good, even experienced by 10 major universities in Indonesia. Although the regulations governing academic culture already exist but it is difficult to be realized let alone in a hurry. There are many factors that affect academic culture not yet ideal. In general, what has happened in Indonesia has influenced academic culture on campus, such as low reading level and poor book availability. This is an external factor that determines internally the civitas academica. Culture of reading, writing and discussion is still not developed when this activity can be a habitus that if continuously disseminated will become a habit and culture. To read academic culture, this article is inspired by Abraham Maslow's opinion of needs and motivations while the concept of habitus, arena and capital is inspired by Pierre Bourdieu.
