Abstract

User satisfaction will encourage them to use InDrive services, the results of the exploration with users reveal several problems such as server down and the application map display is not as intended to cause customer dissatisfaction with InDrive services. From this, it is hoped that this research will be a solution to the problem. To analyze the InDrive application, two kinds of methods are used, the ServQual and EUCS methods. The total number of respondents distributed was 100 people. The results of the analysis of the service quality level of the InDrive application in Palembang are Positive (+), with the results of the gap test between user perceptions and user expectations as a whole showing a value of 1.310, indicating that the InDrive application in Palembang has met user expectations. In the EUCS method, the results of the analysis of the Content Variable 4.08, Accuracy 4, Format 4.04, Ease of Use 3.96, and Timeliness 3.99 obtained the results of the analysis at the "Satisfied" satisfaction level. In hypothesis testing h0 and h1, h0 is concluded to have no effect on user satisfaction and h1 is concluded to have no effect on service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze user experience (UX) on the Muhammadiyah Paguyangan Voting Application Based on Flutter (EVoMu) to support electronic voting in selecting new leadership in the Muhammadiyah Paguyangan organization. This evaluative study employs the User Experience Questionnaire Plus (UEQ+) method, covering four main dimensions: Efficiency, Intuitive Use, Visual Aesthetic, and Trust. The author gathered data from 120 users who participated as voters in this election process. The research yielded a positive response to the EVoMu application, as evidenced by the overall scale average score exceeding 0.8. Additionally, data diversity across all scales was noted to be at a very good and acceptable level. Measurement results indicate high reliability across all scales. Trust level in the application emerges as the most influential factor in its implementation, with a mean importance rating of 2.68.

Abstract

Advances in the world of technology today are very rapid, especially in the world of education. Universities and schools definitely need a platform or moodle in the academic learning process, especially at Satya Wacana Christian University. Satya Wacana Christian University is one of the well-known universities and is much sought after by students in Central Java Province and outside Java Island. This campus uses Moodle in its learning process, namely Flexible Learning. Flexible Learning is used to simplify the teaching and learning process. However, Moodle learning, namely Flexible Learning, has not been proven to satisfy users. This journal was formed to test the experiences of using Flexible Learning among SWCU students. This research uses user experience with a questionnaire to determine satisfaction with using Flexible Learning among UKSW students. The research will be carried out using the method of determining the scope of research, literature review, problem analysis, research instruments, determining respondents, measuring UEQ, analyzing test results, and conclusions. The test results in this research involved a total of 50 students as respondents. The evaluation obtained from the research, namely the 6 aspects of the UEQ, can convey the results of measuring user experience and conclude the results of the UEQ.

Abstract

Stunting is a toddler's body condition that is short according to body length according to age (PB/U), ≤ 2 Standard Deviations (SD), with a z-score between -3 standard deviations (SD). Where checking the stunting status of toddlers takes quite a long time because it is done manually and is also prone to errors. Therefore, it is hoped that a system can classify toddler examination data quickly and accurately to predict children's stunting status. Building a system that uses an algorithm to classify the stunting status of toddlers usingdecision tree, naïve bayes, andSVM. With what level of accuracy is the best of the 3 algorithms? Results from testing with 30% testing data and 70% training data using an algorithmdecision tree, naïve bayes, and SVM. Accuracy level test resultsdecision tree by 99%,naïve bayes of 48%, and SVM of 95%. So, the algorithm with the highest level of accuracy isdecision tree amounts to 99%. Wallet hiredecision tree better for detecting stunting in toddlers

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the capabilities of smart parking applications with a focus on scalability, organized structure, and ease of maintenance. We adopt the principles of Clean Architecture to separate functional layers and ensure clear isolation between business logic and specific implementations. The implementation of Clean Architecture in smart parking demonstrates a structured approach with high cohesion and component independence. Tools such as freezed, Dio, and Bloc pattern contribute to the development that is maintainable and extensible. This study provides practical insights into the application of Clean Architecture in real-life scenarios, emphasizing structured features' core and efficient state management with the Bloc pattern. This approach illustrates how Clean Architecture can be effectively applied to achieve scalability, good organization, and ease of maintenance in developing smart parking applications.

Abstract

Complaints of sleep disorders or insomnia are usually typified by trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, unwillingness to go back to sleep after waking, and sleep that is poor in quantity and quality. When sleep is of a high caliber, the body’s metabolism will be balanced, and vice versa. The state of the body will be affected if the sleep is of low quality, as well as affecting human emotions and the body's metabolic system. Several factors are considered to cause insomnia, including female gender, age, marital status, income, and education level. Due to the numerous variables that may considered as causes of insomnia, it is necessary to group categories in determining whether insomnia is categorized or not using a klastering technique, namely the K-Means Method. By using the K-Means method, it was found that based on the 452 data used, the result was that there were 204 data, or 45.13% belonging to the Insomnia klaster and 248 data or 54.87% belonging to the Not Insomnia klaster.

Abstract

Airplane transportation has many advantages compared to other means of transportation, where this means of transportation is able to cover long distances in a short time. Besides having advantages, of course, air transportation often experiences flight delays which can be caused by several things, including delayed flights due to late arrival (Arrival Delay), delays of the airline itself (Carrier Delay), previously late arrivals (Late Aircraft Delay), air traffic congestion (Nas Delay), security issues (Security Delay) and weather conditions (Weather Delay) The tests carried out were 101,315 US flight delay data from 2017 to 2022. By using the Machine Learning method, the results obtained were that the largest flight delays were caused by late arrivals, namely 386,124,672, where the largest flight delays were by airlines. The airline, namely Southwest Airlines, is 61,474,379 of the total airlines, which is 20, and the biggest departure delay is at Chicago O'Hare International airport, which is in the city of Chicago, IL province, which is 20,912,928 of the total airport, which is 596. This research aims to predict future flights by analyzing current flight data, so that future flights can be better by overcoming or avoiding previous flight delay problems
