Abstract

Crime is any action or thing carried out by an individual, group or community that violates the law or is a criminal act, which disturbs social balance or stability in society. One of the tools used to monitor security in various places such as homes, offices and other public places is Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV). However, even though many CCTVs have been installed, many crimes still occur due to limitations in monitoring and supervision by security officers. Therefore, developing a crime detection system on CCTV using deep learning methods is considered important to increase security and reduce crime rates. The aim of a criminal detection system is to increase security and prevent criminal acts in a certain area or place. The technology used is YOLOv5 and is supported by Internet of Things-based hardware. The system succeeded in detecting violence objects 92% of the time and robbery 91% of the time in initial testing without background. In the second background test, the system succeeded in detecting violence objects 93% of the time and robbery 53% of the time. The system succeeded in detecting violence objects 91% of the time and robbery 83% of the time in real-time testing.

Abstract

Kekerasan, baik secara fisik, mental, maupun emosional, merupakan masalah serius yang menghambat pemenuhan hak asasi manusia dan kesempatan untuk berkembang. Penelitian ini mengusulkan solusi untuk mendeteksi kekerasan dengan memanfaatkan algoritma YOLOv5. Proses pengembangan mencakup pengumpulan dataset, pelatihan model, pengujian, dan analisis model. Dataset terdiri dari 6.000 gambar yang dilabeli sebagai "violence" dan “normal”, yang dibagi menjadi train, valid, dan test set. Model dilatih dengan 50 epoch, menunjukkan akurasi deteksi sebesar 73.08%. Evaluasi model menggunakan Confusion Matrix menunjukkan performa yang memadai, dengan 357 gambar violence terdeteksi dengan benar (True Positive). Namun, ada 160 gambar normal yang salah diklasifikasikan sebagai violence (False Positive). Model juga memiliki recall sekitar 86.55% untuk violence dan 80.26% untuk normal. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi besar solusi ini dalam mendukung upaya pencegahan kekerasan dan pemantauan situasi secara real-time, serta memberikan kontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan responsif terhadap kekerasan.

Abstract

Pemilihan umum adalah krusial dalam demokrasi sebagai sarana pemilihan wakil untuk badan eksekutif dan legislatif. Di Indonesia, metode pemilihan tradisional kini disokong oleh sistem elektronik seperti Sistem Rekapitulasi Suara (SIREKAP). Namun, masalah kecurangan pemilu tetap menjadi sorotan, terutama di platform media sosial seperti Twitter. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis sentimen, termasuk leksikon VADER dan algoritma Naive Bayes, untuk menilai sentimen publik terhadap integritas pemilu dan SIREKAP. Melalui analisis data Twitter, diperoleh wawasan tentang persepsi publik. Hasilnya, yang terdiri dari 456 komentar negatif, 302 netral, dan 553 positif mengenai proses pemilu 2024, mencerminkan spektrum kompleks dari pendapat publik. Demikian juga, sentimen terkait kecurangan pemilu, dengan 1079 komentar negatif dan 181 komentar positif, menyoroti pandangan yang beragam dari masyarakat. Representasi visual seperti wordcloud membantu mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama. Penelitian ini menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi para pemangku kepentingan, membantu memahami dinamika opini publik dan menginformasikan proses pengambilan keputusan dalam meningkatkan integritas demokratis.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the capabilities of smart parking applications with a focus on scalability, organized structure, and ease of maintenance. We adopt the principles of Clean Architecture to separate functional layers and ensure clear isolation between business logic and specific implementations. The implementation of Clean Architecture in smart parking demonstrates a structured approach with high cohesion and component independence. Tools such as freezed, Dio, and Bloc pattern contribute to the development that is maintainable and extensible. This study provides practical insights into the application of Clean Architecture in real-life scenarios, emphasizing structured features' core and efficient state management with the Bloc pattern. This approach illustrates how Clean Architecture can be effectively applied to achieve scalability, good organization, and ease of maintenance in developing smart parking applications.

Abstract

This community service aims to measure the awareness regarding ear and hearing health of Ciangsana-Nagrak residents. It also aims to measure the frequency of ear or hearing problems in said population. Health promotion and ear health check-up were done simultaneously, where the residents were also asked to answer a questionnaire before and after they received a short education about various ear and hearing problems. Health education was done using standing banners and flip charts. All filled and submitted surveys were collected as raw data. Data analysis was done on raw data using descriptive analysis and paired t-test by Microsoft Excel 365 software. Health check-ups on ear health include examination, ear toilet, and treatment of ear ailments. Seven ear ailments found in this community service were impacted ear wax uni- and bilateral, chronic suppurative otitis media, vertigo, external cholesteatoma, tinnitus, and previously perforated bilateral tympanic membrane. The P value of the questionnaire before and after education was 0.007. Henceforth indicating the importance of ear health and hearing education and statistically significant in promoting public awareness of Ciangsana-Nagrak population.

Abstract

Gangguan pendengaran merupakan salah satu gangguan kesehatan pada telinga yang sering terjadi. Lebih dari 5% penduduk dunia membutuhkan rehabilitasi gangguan pendengaran dan 80% terjadi pada negara dengan ekonomi lemah dan menengah. Gangguan pendengaran dapat terjadi akibat kurangnya kesehatan telinga seperti pada kasus sumbatan kotoran telinga atau infeksi seputar telinga. Gangguan pendengaran juga umum terjadi akibat pajanan bising yang terkait okupasi, termasuk pada pekerja petugas kebersihan yang bekerja di luar ruang, dalam hal ini Petugas Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum Kelurahan Rawa Buaya, Jakarta Barat. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran petugas kebersihan tentang kesehatan telinga dan pendengaran. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah pemberian penyuluhan melalui ceramah dan tanya jawab interaktif. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terkait peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang gangguan pendengaran akibat bising melalui penyuluhan (p<0.001). Sebagian besar peserta telah memiliki pengetahuan yang baik terkait kesehatan telinga dan gangguan pendengaran. Peningkatan pengetahuan peserta diharapkan dapat diikuti dengan perubahan perilaku seperti tidak membersihkan liang telinga dengan cotton bud, melakukan pemeriksaan rutin telinga minimal 6 bulan sekali, dan menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri bila bekerja pada area yang terpapar bising. Perlu dilakukan upaya tindak lanjut dengan memberdayakan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri sebagai upaya pencegahan gangguan pendengaran akibat bising pada pekerja luar ruang.

Abstract

Apheresis is a modern technique that is relatively safe and more efficient compared to conventional methods in blood component collection. In this procedure, only specific components of the blood such as platelets, plasma, or red blood cells are collected, while the other blood components are returned to the donor's body. This approach allows for more focused donations and minimizes overall blood volume loss. Transfusions from apheresis results from a single donor have also been shown to reduce the risk of immunological reactions as well as decrease the likelihood of bacterial contamination. Now, in addition to being used as a blood collection method for donation purposes, apheresis is also increasingly widely applied as therapy for various medical conditions. The accuracy in medical terminology is a crucial element for clinical practice, directly contributes to the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, patient safety, and the efficiency of communication among health professionals. Three terms that are often misinterpreted as synonyms but have substantial clinical differences are apheresis, plasmapheresis, and plasma exchange. Although all three are based on the principle of extracorporeal separation of blood components, each procedure has different indications, methods of execution, and therapeutic goals. This article aims to elaborate on the fundamental differences among these three terms while emphasizing the urgency of education and standardization of terminology in everyday health service practice.
