Abstract

This study aims to find out how to allocate funds for the Family Hope Program for economic independence in Patila, North Luwu Regency. The author uses data collection techniques through interviews, documents and documentation. By using this type of qualitative research using data collection methods carried out directly in the field (object of research). Subjects taken as respondents were 10 respondents who developed their business. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. Primary data can be obtained through interviews with respondents.

Abstract

This study aims to test and find out the effect of service and product quality on the purchase decision of purebred chicken eggs. In addition, the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of moderation in education levels on the influence of service and product quality on the purchasing decision of purebred chicken eggs. This research uses a quantitative approach with the method of distributing questionnaires. The population of this study was consumers of purebred chicken eggs in Ringinanyar village with a sample of 320 respondents. Data analysis was performed in this study using the SPSS 23.0 application for windows. The results of the analysis showed that the service had a significant effect on the decision to purchase purebred chicken eggs. Product quality has a significant effect on the decision to purchase purebred chicken eggs. Service and product quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision of purebred chicken eggs. The level of education does not moderate the effect of service on purchasing decisions. The level of education does not moderate the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions. With the results of this study, it is hoped that it can be an input and evaluation material for purebred chicken egg sellers, especially in Ringinanyar village so that the sale of purebred chicken eggs is more optimal.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the SWOT Analysis of Post-Merger BUMN Banks to Become Indonesian Sharia Banks (Study on BSI KCP Tomoni, East Luwu Regency). The main problem in this study is how the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Bank Syariah Indonesia Tomoni KCP East Luwu Regency and what strategies the bank needs to implement. This study aims to find out and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and what strategies can be applied to the Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Tomoni, East Luwu Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of research data were obtained from direct interviews with BSI KCP Tomoni employees, BSI KCP Tomoni customers, and one of the academics, using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis technique, then followed by drawing conclusions and verification. From the results of this study, it can be seen that BSI has many opportunities that need to be utilized as best as possible. Therefore, BSI needs to improve and add new strategies to the SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy

Abstract

Menurut Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 12/POJK.03/2018 Ketentuan Umum Pasal 1  menjelaskan Layanan Perbankan Digital adalah layanan perbankan elektronik yang dikembangkan dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan data nasabah dalam rangka melayani nasabah secara lebih cepat, mudah, dan sesuai kebutuhan (customer experience), serta dapat dilakukan secara mandiri oleh nasabah, dengan memperhatikan aspek keamanan. Kegiatan Perbankan yang dimaksud seperti membuka akun rekening, melakukan transaksi, penutupan rekening dan sebagainya dengan menggunakan media digital. Media digital tersebut salah satunya adalah Mobile Banking. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Minat Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Menggunakan Mobile Banking. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana penulis memaparkan hasil penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan wawancara terhadap nasabah yang menggunakan layanan perbankan digital serta mengumpulkan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Objek penelitian merupakan nasabah perbankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam banyak yang menggunakan Mobile Banking.

Abstract

Persaingan antar bisnis semakin ketat saat ini. Oleh karena itu, para pelaku bisnis harus mengatur manajamen pemasarannya tepat. Demi dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan usahanya tetap berjalan dengan baik maka dengan bersaing dengan bisnis lainnya perlu melakukan stategi yang tepat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1). Apakah promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko MRS. Sheshop Tulungagung?, 2) Apakah harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko MRS. Sheshop Tulungagung?, 3) Apakah citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko MRS. Sheshop Tulungagung?. 4) promosi, harga dan citra merek secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada toko MRS. Sheshop Tulungagung?Jenis dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui suatu hubungan diantara dua variabel/lebih. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak kurang lebih 100-200 pelanggan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu 1) Ada Pengaruh Promosi terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, dibuktikan dengan penghitungan uji T Parsial berdasarkan t hitung dan t tabel dengan nilai 3,324 > 1,292 maka dinyatakan diterima. 2) Ada Pengaruh Harga terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, dibuktikan dengan uji T Parsial berdasarkan t hitung dan t tabel dengan nilai 3,651 > 1,292 maka dinyatakan diterima. 3) Ada Pengaruh Citra merk terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, dibuktikan dengan penghitungan uji T Parsial berdasarkan t hitung dan t tabel, dengan hasil nilai 3,241 > 1,292 maka dinyatakan diterima. 4) Ada Pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel promosi, harga, dan Citra merk berpengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan Pada toko MRS. Sheshop Tulungagung, dibuktikan dengan perhitungan f simultan sig. < 0,05 maka variabel X berpengaruh terhadap Y. Maka dapat diketahui 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga dari perbandingan pada uji signifikansi dapat dinyatakan hipotesa diterima.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Influence of Perceived Quality and Brand Image on Smartphone Purchase Decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality and brand image on smartphone purchase decisions. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents. The classical assumption tests used in this study include the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test. The hypothesis testing includes the T test (ParsiaI), F test (SimuItan) and the Determination Coefficient Test. The research results show that there is a partial significant effect on perceived quality (X1) on smartphone purchase decisions (Y), this is evidenced by the obtained results of a significance value of (sig) 0.000 < (α) 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . There is a partial significant effect of brand image (X2) on the purchase decision (Y) of a smartphone, this is evidenced by the acquisition of a significance value of (sig) 0.001 < (α) 0.05. So that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Perceived quality (X1) and brand image (X2) simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on the decision to purchase (Y) smartphone, amounting to 0.000 <0.05 and f value 36,897 > t table value 3.06 this proves that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this is also shown in the R square value of 0.334 this means that the simultaneous effect of variables X1 and X2 on variable Y is 33.4%, the remaining 66.6% is explained by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Peran mahasiswa perbankan syariah dalam menjawab kerguan umat islam terhadap perbankan syariah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat.penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran mahasiswa serta faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendorong  dan penghambat berkembangnya perbankan syariah .Dalam hal ini mahasiswa perbankan syariah pada Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Islam UIN Sumatera Utara sebagai objek penelitian.Jenis penelitian ini adalah literartur review dan   field research,data yang digali dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui   data pustaka, observasi,wawancara,dan dokumentasi mengenai pengetahuan mahasiswa ,kesadaran mahasiswa,dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dalam menjawab keraguan umat islam terhadap perbankan syariah.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa peran yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dalam perbankan syariah dapat dilihat dari kajian-kajian dan membentuk organisasi kemahasiswaan yang menjurus pada perbankan syariah.Faktor pendorong adalah peran mahasiswa akan pentingnya perbankan syariah dalam mengurangi berbagai permasalahan perekonomian ,sedangkan  faktor penghambat adalah ragunya umat islam terhadap perbankan syariah ditambah kurangnya dukungan  pihak terkait,sosialisasi,dan kurangnya kerjasama terhadap institusi.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the level of efficiency of OPZ before and during the pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with the output-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The DEA approach used is the production approach. The input variables used include the total cost of amil salaries, total socialization costs and total operational costs. While the output variables include the amount of funds collected and the amount of funds channeled. The type of data used is secondary data originating from financial reports in 2019 and 2020. The sampling technique that the author uses is Purposive Sampling, which takes 9 national-level OPZs consisting of BAZNAS, LMI, Dompet Dhuafa, Rumah Zakat, Orphanage and Zakat. , Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Council, Arrahman Indonesia Orphanage House, Darul Qur'an Nusantara and LAZISNU. The results show that on average, the OPZ efficiency value in 2019 was 0.74 and in 2020 it was 0.70. This trend indicates that there is a decrease in efficiency in the OPZ. it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in the results of OPZ efficiency before the pandemic and during the pandemic. There are 4 OPZs that experience continuous efficiency in 2019 and 2020. Meanwhile, the other five OPZs have yet to experience efficiency. The results of this study can be used as a reference and consideration for policy making in OPZ and relevant institutions/work

Abstract

This study discusses how the Marketing Mix Strategy in Increasing Customer Loyalty at CV. Elmira Productions. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy implemented by CV Elmira Production through marketing mix and SWOT analysis in increasing consumer loyalty. The subject of this research is the owner of CV Elmira Production. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers were interviews and documentation directly to the business owner. Besides that, there is additional data from reading books and also other sources related to the research title. The data obtained from the results of data collection are then analyzed using SWOT analysis to find out what are the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, as well as threats from the marketing strategy undertaken by the company. In addition, the results of the SWOT analysis research are shown by the Cartesian diagram calculation results that CV. Elmira Production is in quadrant I, which is aggressive with the implementation of a Growth Oriented Strategy which is a very profitable situation for the company. Where, the company has the power so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the local government's role and determine the factors driving and inhibiting SMEs' empowerment in the North Luwu Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research obtained are that the efforts of the Regional Government in empowering SMEs in North Luwu Regency have been guided by national laws and regulations, namely Law Number 20 of 2008. , facilities and infrastructure, business information, partnerships, business licensing, business opportunities, trade promotions, and institutional support. The government's efforts to strengthen business potential are carried out in several fields: production and processing, marketing, human resources, design and technology. The government's efforts in business protection are to suppress business competition, build the quality of MSMEs both in terms of products through the provision of facilities and infrastructure as well as grant assistance and increase the ability of human resources through entrepreneurship training programs and provide opportunities for MSME actors to enter retail- modern retail in North Luwu Regency. Several factors support the empowerment of SMEs in North Luwu Regency, namely human resources, capital and equipment assistance, natural resource wealth, and government policies. Apart from that, several factors inhibit empowerment in North Luwu Regency, namely budget constraints, human resources, the Covid-19 pandemic and the difficulty of road access to remote locations.
