Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify and mapping of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) condition in Bogor area, also to recommendation the policy and empowerment the policy of SMME through the stakeholder involvement, so it can be able to increase the MSMEs performance. The research’s object is MSMEs in Bogor area. It uses the SWOT analysis with the desk study research method that is collecting data or seconder information that relevant to the research activity and approach method survey that is collecting the data or primer information with in-depth interview method and Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and the parties relating to this research. Finding this research is value of IFAS score of 2.90 and the value of EFAS score of 2.55 then obtained Matric Internal-External (IE Matric). Based on the above conditions where the relative IFAS score above average and EFAS score medium, then strategy that can be applied to that position is stability strategy or growth through horizontal integration. Key-words: strategy, empowerment, and performance.

Abstract

Luvrina Fashion is a specialty clothing store located in the mature woman Jatinangor Town Square. Fashion Luvrina sales value in recent months has decreased. As the Micro, Small, Medium, he needs a business management that consists of financial management, marketing, production, distribution, and human resources to conduct its business. Marketing aspect is an important factor for companies to carry out his life (Bayu Promukoto, 2018). Thus the purpose of this research is the analysis of marketing priorities based model of the marketing mix. Tools of data collection using a questionnaire with 23 variables and the respondents as many as 100 visitors. The method used is the analysis of factors with steps Preparing Raw Data Matrix, Matrix Correlation between Variables, Calculations Eigenvalue, Extraction of factors, weighting factors, Rotation Factor, and determination of manifest variables that Form Factor. The results of data processingdikesimpulkan that marketing priorities with marketing mix models in a fashion luvrina is factor 1 has eigenvalue equal to 17.950 which includes the availability of diverse models of clothes, clothing quality, low price, method of payment by debit card, as well as their discount. The next priority is a factor 2, factor 3, a factor of 4, and a factor of 5. Keywords: Marketing, Marketing Mix, Factor Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of job motivation and work environment upon job performance of the employees of Trade and Industry Office in Bogor District. The analytical instrument used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression which is first test using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is using SPSS 22.0 computer statistical software. The sampling method taken is 121 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Job Motivation has a significant effect on job performance of the employees of (Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Bogor) Trade and Industry Office in Bogor District, Work Environment has no significant effect on the job performance of the employees of Trade and Industry Office in Bogor District. Job Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously does not affect job performance of the employees of Trade and Industry Office in Bogor Office. Abstract

This study aims to explain the Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Word of Mouth (WOM) upon Corporate Image (Case Study of Bogor Whiz Prime Hotel). The analytical tool used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression which was first tested using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this study is using SPSS 24.0 computer statistical software. The sampling method taken was 120 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a significant effect on the Image of Whiz Prime Bogor Company, Word of Mouth (WOM) has a significant effect on the Image of Bogor Whiz Prime Hotels, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Word of Mouth (WOM) simultaneously has been influencing the Company Image of Bogor Whiz Prime Hotel. Abstract

This research has tested some financial ratios of Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio and Return On Equity upon the Change of Shares Price at telecommunication company sector for the period of 2008 to 2017 to know the significance of those ratios, so that, it can be used by the investors to make a decision before investing their money. By having Time Series data of 2008 – 2017, this research has found out that the variables of Earning Per Shares (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have significantly affected the change of shares price, but Return On Equity (ROE) has not significantly affected it. This research has indicated that the three independent variables (EPS, PER and ROE) have significantly affected shares price change. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of quality of the service upon customer satisfaction at Royal Safari Garden Resort and Convention Cisarua Bogor. The questionniares have been distributed to 100 respondents. Type of the research is descriptive and verificative one. The questionnaire has applied validity test, reliability test and classics assumption. Likert scale has been used before applying multiple regression test to see the effect of five independent variables upon one dependent variable. The result has indicated that simultaneously and partially quality service (physical evidence, emphaty, reliability, responsiveness and guarantee) has positively and significantly affected the Customers satisfaction at Royal Safari Garden Resort and Convention Cisarua Bogor.
