Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of APBD/counties/ regency/city budget allocation against the poverty in Indonesia for the period of 2006 – 2009. By using the panel data of 172 regencies/cities, this research has found that the allocation of APBD budgeting is not pro-poor oriented, but it could have the possibility to reduce the poverty level. The result of this research has explained that low rate of the inflation could reduce the poverty level itself.Keywords:  budgeting allocation, APBD (counties, district, city  budgeting), pro-poor, poverty level.

Abstract

Rapid development of global worldwide has been happening on technology, information, science and health technology including reproduction health have impacted on a very tight competition in Health Sector. Recently, the society has required quality of service, safety, comfortable and reasonable price. That is why a midwife is requested to be ready and able to respond quickly and anticipate modernization and satisfy the customers. This research aims to figure out the correlation of the quality of antenatal care (ANC) treatment and the level of clients’ satisfaction at BPM Hj. Elsye Agustin in Tasikmalaya. Data sampling technique has applied total sampling with cross sectional approach method. And data collection is primary data. Primary data is the data taken directly from the respondents which has been done by the researcher itself. Based on the result of the research, the quality of ANC treatment at BPM Hj. Elsye Agustin is good (66.3%), it explains that ANC treatment has oriented to the pregnancy needs. Pregnant women who have received pregnancy treatment at BPM Hj. Elsye Agustin are satisfied (71.4%) indicating that the expectation of pregnant women to get a satisfied treatment has been fulfilled. The correlation of the quality of ANC treatment and the clients satisfaction at BPM Hj. Elsye Agustin has identified p-value of 0.000 indicating that the clients/pregnant women are satisfied with ANC treament.Keywords: quality, antenatal care treatment, customers‟satisfaction

Abstract

The aims of study to determine the effect of rentability of own capital, solvability, Profitability and Liquidity on dividend policy. The population of this study is all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 as many as 18 companies. While the sample is determined using the purposive sampling method. Companies that meet the criteria are only 7 companies. To analyze the data used multiple linear regression methods. The results of research, own capital rentability and current partial ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Meanwhile, debt to equity ratio (DER) and return on assets (ROA) partially have a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. The results of the F-test show that the variable profitability of own capital rentability, solvency, profitability and liquidity simultaneously influence dividend policy. Abstract

Rapid economy development in Indonesia has created tight competitive business. Business people have to try very hard to make their business exist, they are obliged to be able to deal with competitive business keeping the consumers to be loyal. Because consumers are the most important asset for a company. And a company will jeopardize its business if it does not have any consumers. The way how to keep the consumers loyal to the company is thru Brand Image and After Sales Service. This research aims to figure out the extent to which Brand Image and After Sales Service have affected Consumer Loyalty. And Objects of this research are furniture consumers at PT Informa Bogor. Data analysis has applied multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, F test and T test to test the hypotheses. The result of F test has identified Brand Image and After Sales Service affecting significantly Consumer Loyalty. Partial test has identified independent variables partially affecting significantly Consumer Loyalty. Nevertheless, the contribution of independent variable to the increasing Consumer Loyalty is quite small which is 36.5 %, and the rest has been affected by other factors which are not studied in this research. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational culture and work motivation and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously. The population for this study were permanent employees Bogor City Hospital with a population of as many as 533 employees are part of the medical and non medis.Sampel taken as many as 224 people by using techniques Slovin formula. Mechanical questionnaires using proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Collected data is processed using correlation analysis technique with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results showed that: First of organizational culture has a positive relationship with organizational commitment to the value of 0.782, this relationship into the category of a strong relationship. While the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment of 61.1%. Both work motivation has a positive relationship with organizational commitment to the value of 0.766, this relationship into the category of a strong relationship. While the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment amounted to 58.7%. Third Culture organization (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously have a positive relationship with organizational commitment (Y) of = 0.841, this relationship indicates a very strong relationship between the variables of organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously with variable organizational commitment. The influence of organizational culture (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously with organizational commitment (Y) by 70.8% against organizational commitment (Y).Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational culture and the leadership upon job satisfaction and job performance of the employees. The samples of this study are 125 employees of PT Promed Farma at the manufacturing division applying the proportional random sampling technique. And the hypothesis test has applied the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The Result of the Analysis has indicated that the organizational culture and the leadership have positively affecting job satisfaction. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have significantly and positively affected job performance of the employees, nevertheless, directly leadership has not significantly affected job performance of the employees. This research has proven that the organizational culture and the leadership have indirectly provided bigger effect upon job performance of the employees when it has been built up thru the highest level of job satisfaction. The variables of the organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction have determined job performance of the employees which is 75% and the rest of 25% has been determined by other variables that have not been studied yet.Keywords: Organizational Culture, leadership style, job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

The application of Balanced Score in a college institution especially lecturer performance is a new case, Computer Science College of Binaniaga is one that applies and utilizes this knowledge to develop strategic planning, implement and evaluate using balanced scorecard, the research is based on the implementation of the balanced scorecard theory developed by Kaplan and Norton through a case study at STIKOM Binaniaga college, the result of the study can illustrate that researchers can develop a strategy map and plan the balanced scorecard performance of STIKOM Binaniaga lecturers, where four balanced scorecard perspectives with several strategy targets at each perspective are measured by each strategy objective and target to be achieved will be easily implemented, this is to provide very clear information to the management of universities, that each perspective can be implemented well in accordance with the needs of colleges in terms of conducting performance appraisals of lecturers at Computer Science College of Binaniaga (STIKOM Binaniaga). Abstract

Motivation, leadership and workplace discipline are three of several factors that are regarded to have relatively great influence on the performance of employees of PT Integrated Injakayu Terpadu, Gunung Putri Bogor. To investigate the effect, the present research aimed to determine the influence of motivation, leadership and working discipline on the performance of the employees of the company. The study was conducted by taking 70 employees as a research sample which was an proportional to a total population of 230 employees. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire instrument with six rating scales ranging from very poor/low to very good/excellent. This quantitative study was conducted by describing research data and conducting analysis on the inference. Multiple linear regression analysis and multiple determination coefficients were used for analysis while hypothesis testing was done by the F-test and t-test. This study produces a robust model which shows the influence of motivation, leadership and workplace discipline on employee performance indicated by the multiple linear regression equation Ŷ = 0.167 + 0.940X1 + 0.008X2 + 0.035X3. The correlation coefficient is R = 0.957 which shows that motivation, leadership and work discipline are strongly related to the employee’s performance. Adjusted R2 value = 0.912 shows that motivation, leadership and workplace discipline in the model are simultaneously able to explain 91.2% employee performance variable of PT Injakayu Terpadu, Gunung Putri Bogor, while 8.8% other variable explained not examined in this study. The three main findings revealed in this study are consistent with the proposed hypotheses, i.e. motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership has no effect on employee performance, and workplace discipline does not affect employee performance. Abstract

The need for lipstick continues to increase along with the emergence of a new lipstick products both domestic and global brands to follow the needs of its consumers, the new product has a variety of functions other than just as a lip color, but also as a moisturizer / lip protection even as treatment. Adult lipstick is packed with advertisements and packaging are very interesting addition to the color choice of more and more. In determining the selection of lipstick products consumers often consider the combination of the main attributes and other factors that are trade-offs. This study aims to determine the attributes and combination of attributes among the most preferred by consumers for a segment of the age and the amount of income. Sources of data in this study were obtained from 138 respondents in the city of Bogor and its surroundings, conjoint analysis is used to determine the usefulness of each attribute and their relative weights as a tool to predict the preferences of a particular segment or as a whole. The results showed the order of importance weight according to the respondents is that the quality attributes (34.95%), the type of color (33.21%) and benefits (31.84%), while the combination of the most preferred products are: lipstick durable / waterproof, according to skin color, and functioning for moisturizing / protective lip. In the description also delivered conjoin analysis results for each age and income segments.Keywords: conjoint analysis, lipstick, part-worth utilities, post-hoc, trade-off, segmentation.

Abstract

This research has been applying a survey method of the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). The researcher had been surveying to 15 potential positions, Operational Manager, Brand Manager Human Resource Manager (HRD), Marketing Manager, Secretary Asistant (SA), Operational, Public Service, Back Office, Funding Support Unit, Teller, Customer Service, Brand Internal Control (BIC), Security, General Service and Driver by implementing the quantitative and qualitative(descriptive) approaches in order to discover and to anaylize the current profile of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Culture, especially Bogor area and the profile of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia in Bogor Area for the next five years. The result of the research has explained that the profile of the organizational culture (PBO) has been still applying continuously a clan organizational culture either currently or for the next five years. A clan culture is a culture profile where the organization has been still implementing mostly the clan/family relationship system which is as a particular characteristic of this organization. This organization has its own leadership style refers to as a conflict facilitator that has been facilitating a conflict or all problems happened within the organization. The criteria of the effectiveness of the system refers to a cohesive team, employees moral development, and Human Resources.Keywords : Organizational Culture Transformation, Organizational Culture Mapping, OCAI.
