Abstract

The Financial Statements are An Extreme Important tool for obtaining information relating to the financial position and result achieved by the company. Financial data will be more meaningful to the parties concerned if the data is compared for two periods or more, and further analyzed to obtain data that will be able to support management decisions will be takenresult of comparative analysis the ratio of 2005 and 2004, indicating financial ratios, namely current ratio, quick ratio and working to total assets ratio increased respectively by 114.12% for the current ratio obtained from difference in current ratio for 2005 and years 2004, decreased 45.33 % for the quick ratio and decreased 2.26 % working ratio to total assets that may be caused by increase in current assets, except cash advances and purchases from the previous year.Ratio of financial operations, which is total debt to equality ratio, and total debt to total assets all increased respectively by 2.51 % and 2.26% are caused by local trade debtsActivity ratio, total asset turnover is increased respectively by 0.56 times and a decrease in accounts receivable turn over to be 8.46 times due increase in sales while the average collection period increased by 40.61 the day due higher average receivables and credit salesProfitability ratios, namely gross profit margin increased by 236.47 % and operating income ratio 280.12 % due the very high increase in sales in 2005, and opeating ratio decreased by 174.07 % due to falling prices of goods sold, net earnings ratio / ROI has increased by 42.08 % total assets rise

Abstract

Organizational Climate has a significant influence on attitude and behavior of members of the organizational for being able to provide stability and security for employees. With a good organizational climate means it can understand the things that happen in the environment of employees and find out how to overcome them.Environment organizations, environmental organizations both within and outside the organization environment will greatly affect the activities, norms, attitude, implementation of the role which can ultimately affect organizational commitment productivity and growthThe result of hypothesis testing are as follows: (1) Most of the employees at the ATM BNI Regional Center Bogor branch 46 when analyzed in carrying out their duties included in the category are committed in perfoming their duties, (2) statistical influence between employee commitment variables (Y) is indicated by the correlation coeficient (ry = 0.901), very meaningful (significant), positive affect. In a sense the higher the value of organizational climate variables then the higher the value of employee commitment (Y), or conversely, the lower the organizational climate, the lower value of employee commitment (3) Functional influence between organizational climate variables (X) with employee commitment variables (Y) is shown by a simple linear regression equation Y = 17.192 + 0.781 X, is mean and linear.  Simple linear regression equation states that any increase in a score of organizational climate variable (X) will affect the rise i employees commitment variables (Y) of 0.781 on the constants of 17.192. So it can be concluded that organizational climate is an important factor to employee commitment, and chie square test asymp. Sig reference value. (2-sided) of 0.056> 0.05, it can be concluded that the mutual commitment and employee status is not free

Abstract

 Environmental change always occurs continuously in the process of development of a country. This development is directly orindirectly will affect the order of social life, economy, culture, technology and lifestyle community. The changes in the economic, social community of course affect the marketing system in the country. A very rapid technological developments lately has affected all areas of human activity. The development of this technology has tightened competition in the marketing system in the marketing world, where the procedures must innovate continuously in order to win and retain the loyalty of its customers.    Currently in Indonesia there are nine mobile operators include (indosat, Telkomsel, XL, Mobile-8, Three, Flexi, Esia, Smart and Axis). When walking in the center of mobile sales, mobile phones can be seen many types of operators who have their own packaging designs appeal to consumers.    Display a bundle is now realized by the manufacturer is no longer only have the function of protecting and wrapping products but products that increasingly tight competition in the market requires manufactures to think hard in improving the function of packaging to be able to provide attraction to consumers through the artistic aspect, color, graphic, from or the design.    The results of simple correlation analysis found a correlation between changes in the new packaging with the purchase of consumer preferences is 0.293. this suggests that there is a strong relationship between the new packaging Esia with consumer purchasing preferences. While the relationship is positive because it is positive. This means that the new packaging Esia has a strong positive relationship towards the purchase of consumer preferences. This relationship is positive where this Esia packaging changes increase consumer purchasing preferences of Esia.    Analytical results obtained coefficient of determination coefficient of determination between the change in the new packaging with the purchase of consumer preferences is the 0086 (8.6%). This suggests that the level of consumer preferences towards new product packaging can be influenced by the old product by 8.6%, the remaining 91.4%influenced by other factors. The coclusion is that between the old and new packaging packaging there is a correlation effect on customer preferences in choosing which 8.6% can be seen that the old product is still influencing new product, and the remaining 91.4% is another factor affecting.

Abstract

Employees are the main wealth of a company, because without their participation, the company’s activities will not occur. Employees play an avtive role in establishing plans, systems, processes and objectives to be achieved. One factor to improve the performance of the employees are motivated in motivating managers to stimulate subordinates by giving a gift to those who excel in the achievement standards, with the motivation of this spirit of working staff will increase because people generally happy to accept that just fine.    Analytical results obtained by calculating R = 0.842. from the comparison of calculated R = 0.842 is greater than table Z = +0.4496 then H0 is rejected. Means there is a significant relationship between motivation and the MBTI work together on employee job satisfaction at the Office of Library Unit in Biotechnology - LIPI Kabupaten Bogor. Based on the analysis above, partially proven that (a) motivation to work and a significant positive effect job satisfaction with t count value of 6.217 and 0.000, or 0% probability of below 5%, so the motivation to work to support the everyday work of employees on Library Unit Office of Biotechnology - LIPI Kabupaten Bogor. (b) the condition of MBTI and no significant negative effect on job satisfaction with t count value = -0.514 and 0.614 0r 61.4% probability of above 5% so that the MBTI is not able to support the everyday work of employees in the Office of Library Unit in Biotechnology - LIPI Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

Abstract. One of the advances in information technology that now has changed the outlook and human life, business process and business strategy of an institution is the internet. The internet is a very large networks that connected to computers and serves throughout the world in one centralized network. With the internet we can access data and information anytime and anywhere.    As one provider of high-speed data communications services and the pioneer of the internet network service provider in Indonesia that provides integrated services, as well as one of the pioneer development of internet services that provide extensive services in the building and apply it throughout Indonesia. Indosat ready to seize opportunities for sustainable growth of business spectrum are still sprawling Indonesia.    Therefore, Indosat continues to focus on the development of increased efforts to provide the best service for customers of Indosat. Indosat will continue to develop and expand network coverage and a larger investment that the company will achieve excellence in the field of integrated telecommunications services.    Ranking by region of the IP Providers can be seen by grouping IP Providers, and management over IP Providers prefer to choose providers based on where it orginates as an example for the region of the U.S if it will be preferred providers that come from U.S. providers.With the commencement of the internet network optimization start early in 2008 with the selection of the appropriate IP Upstream Provider criteria, it is up to date according to data obtained from Indosat, seen any significant changes to the cost of purchasing capacity of the IP Upstream.    Based on the data obtained that until Q3 or September 2008, the number of IP Upstream Providers that previously there were 20 to 10 IP Upstream Provider, IP Transit Price total decrease of 11% to the price of IP Transit Price / Mbps there is a decrease of 78%, while from the capacity bandwith an increase of 301% capacity from 2008.
