Abstract

This Library System aims to facilitate the process of exploiting data and information in the library and to increase student reading interest. The library at school there are various books that can help the learning process. At this time in data processing in the library still using a manual system. The purpose of this library application is designed for optimal service so that the data stored is very accurate and makes it easier for admins to process data. In this Library Information System uses the waterfall method which is a classic method that is systematic sequentially in building software from the beginning of the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. Tools used for software modeling use unified modeling language (UML) such as use case diagrams. This library application can be used by admins / library staff and students. Library admins can use this library application to process books, procure books, lend books, and manage reports. Meanwhile, students can use this library application to fill in member visits, book searches, and borrow books from the library. Thus, library applications can make it easier for admins in the data processing process so that book lending transactions will also be more effective and efficient so that errors in data processing can be reduced.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah dikaji melalui tiga pendekatan yaitu pendekatan politik, kebijakan dan legal. Namun pendekatan politik lebih sering terjadi yang memunculkan banyak ketidaksesuaian antara realitas dengan tujuan otonomi daerah, sehingga banyak produk hukum daerah yang tidak sesuai dengan fungsi dan kebutuhannya. Melalui mekanisme Analisis Kebutuhan Perda (AKP), dilakukan identifikasi tema Perda yang harus menjadi prioritas. Penelitian ini membuat modul AKP pada sistem E-Perda dengan bantuan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Terdapat 5 kriteria perda dan 11 alternatif judul perda yang akan dihitung dengan metode SAW. Didapatkan Alternatif V5 dengan judul perda “Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan” merupakan alternatif perda dengan ranking pertama dengan nilai V 0,7. Penelitian ini diharapkan penentuan prioritas Perda mendapat hasil yang lebih akurat dan terhindar dari aspek politik

Abstract

Media from the main source of substances in a plant is soil, soil plays an important role in the growth cycle of a plant, one of which is crystal guava plants, soil moisture affects the growth of crystal guava, because crystal guava can grow well on soil media with moisture. which is quite high, but the regulation of humidity levels in crystal guava plants is currently still not optimal, namely by watering manually, from these problems an IoT-based watering system is made using the principle of fuzzy logic. From the test, it was obtained a comparison of test results on crystal guava plants using a soil moisture meter, namely a moisture meter which has a range of 1 - 10 for dry conditions with a humidity value, 1 humidity 3, humid conditions with a humidity value, 3 Humidity 7, and wet conditions with a humidity value of 7 humidity 10 on the hygrometer display, using the Mamdani fuzzy logic method, the system is able to operate in dry conditions at the hygrometer value into humid conditions with a value of 8-10 on the hygrometer, so that the effectiveness of watering and humidity regulation can be more optimal . Keywords: Thinkspeak; IoT; Fuzzy; DHT 22; Soil Moisture Sensor, Humidty

Abstract

Manggis merupakan salah satu buah yang memiliki prospek komoditas ekspor yang cerah, tetapi tidak semua buah manggis layak untuk diekspor. Salah satu faktor penyebab karena adanya serangan penyakit dan hama yang mengakibatkan penampilan buah kurang menarik. Kurangnya pengetahuan petani buah manggis terhadap hal tersebut mengakibatkan terjadinya keterlambatan penanganan. Diperlukan seorang pakar untuk membantu mendiagnosis penyakit dan hama yang menyerang tanamannya. Namun kehadiran seorang pakar terbatas, maka dari itu penelitian ini membangun sistem pakar berbasis website untuk mendiagnosis penyakit dan hama tanaman manggis. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian terdiri dari 5 jenis penyakit dan 5 jenis hama dengan 42 gejala. Metode yang digunakan dalam mendiagnosis penyakit dan hama yaitu metode Dempster-Shafer. Berdasarkan 50 data uji simulasi yang dibuat secara acak, hasil perbandingan data uji kesesuaian antara diagnosis sistem dengan diagnosis pakar diperoleh sebesar 96%.

Abstract

Ilmu manajemen proyek saat ini sudah berkembang dengan pesat, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pada era revolusi industri 4.0 semakin memudahkan dalam proses manajemen proyek. Dalam manajemen proyek ada beberapa software yang dapat digunakan. Untuk software QM, punya kelebihan utama yaitu memiliki tools yang banyak sehingga dapat digunakan dalam berbagai keadaan dan kondisi sesuai realita proyek serta dapat dipadukan dengan permasalahan lain yang muncul pada saat pengerjaan proyek. PERT-CPM merupakan salah suatu metode yang memiliki tujuan untuk sebanyak-banyaknya mengurangi penundaan yang mungkin terjadi, mengkordinasikan dan mensingkronisasikan divisi kerja yang ada menjadi sebuah kesatuan pekerjaan dan mempercepat waktu penyelesaian proyek. Dengan mempergunakan metode PERT dan CPM akan mempermudah manajemen proyek untuk menyelesaikan target proyek diantaranya memperhitungkan waktu untuk menyelesaikan proyek dengan mencari dan menggunakan jalur kritis, mengidentifikasi mulai dan selesai waktu setiap pekerjaan untuk mendapatkan jadwal proyek dan memperhitungkan total waktu slack dalam setian kegiatan. Setelah data diolah dengan software QM menggunakan metode PERT dan CPM, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa sebenarnya proyek pembangunan MDT Nurul Ummah bisa diselesaikan dengan waktu 14 minggu, atau lebih cepat 3 minggu dari rencana awal 17 minggu.

Abstract

Warehouse is a place for storage of finished goods or semi-finished goods that are collected in one place for the purpose of being used or traded. The main problem in the warehouse is the storage area, sometimes the existing storage is not efficient, causing problems with the accuracy of the stock of goods. The purpose of this research is to make stock storage efficient so that it can increase the accuracy of stock items. The method chosen in this study is FIFO (First in First out) which means that the first goods enter, then the goods are the first to go out, so that the storage of goods in the warehouse becomes more efficient as a result of more regular goods transactions. The results obtained from this study are more efficient stock storage of goods and make goods transactions more orderly. The WMS system that was created still functions to regulate transactions on a basic basis, so that the development of the WMS system to add transaction menus such as reporting and min-max calculations can still be done.

In the back of the various learnings about pemrograman, it's miles necessary to create a website that offers getting to know about pemrograman, from records, substances, to creating the application itself. Internet site software development is made the use of the Agile improvement version technique, that's a way so as to begin again from the start after the application is completed. Packages which have been completed to the review stage will return to the planning stage by using accumulating records and feedback from users to eventually redevelop the application by adding numerous features to be able to make the website even higher.

Abstract

CV. Andi Jaya is a form of business entity that was established on August 31, 2010, in the city of Surabaya, precisely at Jalan Merak Raya Rewwin No.6. CV Andi Jaya is a company that provides cheap medical devices in Surabaya. Based on the results of direct interviews with customers who have purchased goods through the website, there are several obstacles felt by customers, namely the process of selling goods on the website does not go well, there are several menus that cannot be accessed by users, the appearance of the website makes users not interested in making purchases such as product catalog is not well organized. Apart from the customer side, there are several obstacles in the business process, namely in the process of recording transactions the data is not updated in real time so that incomplete records often occur and the admin and users cannot see the status of ordering goods. From the prototype, an evaluation was carried out by distributing a system usability scale (SUS) questionnaire to 26 respondents to evaluate the product and as a benchmark for user perceptions. From the results of testing the prototype, an average of 73.6 is included in the "good" category, which means that the design is accepted by the user.
