Abstract

The technology today is unavoidable to stop. One of the main areas in technology development is information technology. It becomes very inherent in everyday life at all ages. The website itself is an application that displays various kinds of views, aiming to share information so that users can use it easily and can also be reached properly. The word queue itself has a meaning, namely, where someone waits for each other's turn to get what he wants by waiting for his turn from others.  The queue is usually someone who wants to do a service, but they have to wait because there are so many people. Limitation of the problem is carried out only includes the arrival rate, service time, queue discipline, and the number of service facilities available as well as the queuing process.Keywords: Information System, Queue, Website, MySQL

Abstract

Restoran merupakan usaha komersial yang menyediakan jasa pelayanan makan dan minum bagi umum dan dikelola secara profesional. Model layanan pesan antar makanan secara konvensional masih menggunakan pemesanan lewat telepon atau whatsapp. Ditengah masa pandemi covid-19, pemerintah membatasi pembeli secara offline, sebagian besar pelanggan dianjurkan untuk delivery order secara online. Hal ini mengakibatkan penurunan pendapatan secara significant. Untuk meningkatkan pendapatan di Batavia Restaurant maka perlu di rancang aplikasi food delivery order berbasis android. Perancangan aplikasi menggunakan  metode RAD (Rapid Application Development). Dengan menggunakan software Android Studio dan PHP framework Laravel untuk membuat aplikasi yang komplek. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pesan antar makanan yang dapat memanggil Google Maps untuk memandu kurir hingga pesanan makanan di terima pembeli. Dan sistem resto pay  untuk memudahkan pembayaran dengan cara Top Up saldo konsumen. Di lengkapi informasi urutan antrian sekiranya ramai sekali pembeli dapat membatalkan pesanan. Dalam penerapan aplikasi dilakukan black box testing dan white box testing hasilnya sesuai dengan harapan. Kesimpulannya bahwa penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan aplikasi yang memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen Batavia Restaurant. Kata kunci : Restoran, pesan antar,android, Batavia Restaurant, RAD,  TopUp, Urutan Antrian, Black box testing, white box testing.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu tempat untuk mengembangkan kompetensi dan menambah keilmuan. Salah satu program kerja yang dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi adalah melakukan proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru.  Proses ini merupakan salah satu yang harus dilakukan oleh sebuah perguruan tinggi, karena hal tersebut dapat mengetahui minat calon mahasiswa baru dalam menentukan program studi. Menetukan program studi yang diminati oleh calon mahasiswa baru adalah gambaran dari kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh calon mahasiswa baru. Dalam penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan membuat klasifikasi dalam menentukan program studi bagi calon mahasiswa baru menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes dan Decision Tree. Penelitian yang sama pernah dilakukan dengan Medote Naïve Bayes dalam menentukan minat calon mahasiswa baru dalam memilih program studi. Dan hasil yang diperoleh untuk nilai akurasinya 96.68%. Ada beberapa prosedur yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data cleaning, data collection, menentukan kriteria yang akan digunakan untuk melakukan training dan testing, dan Menentukan probabilitas dan pengujian. Pada penelitian ini record data yang digunakan sebanyak 2256. Setelah dilakukan data cleanin dan data collection memperoleh record data sejumlah 1671. Dari jumlah record data tersebut kemudian dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yang pertama untuk data training dengan prosentase 70% memperoleh jumlah 1158 dan untuk data testing dengan prosentase 30% memproleh jumlah 513. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan pengujian mendapatkan nilai akurasi dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes 96.68% sedangkan menggunakan metode Decision Tree memperoleh nilai akurasi 51.56%. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa metode Naïve Bayes dalam melakukan klasifikasi untuk menentukan minat calon mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi sangat baik dibandingkan metode Decision Tree. Hasil pemilihan program studi yang banyak diminati calon mahasiswa baru dalam klasifikasi ini adalah program studi DIII Farmasi.

Abstract

Incorrectly designed login forms can result in malicious credentials being exploited to gain unauthorized access. Designing the appearance of the form is enough to have a role so as not to make the user confused when faced with the login form page. In order to make it easier for users to access certain pages, the user must register first. Register also means the registration process (in the register) or system, with the display of the register on the login form, it will make it easier for users to register individually so that they can enter the application. Because previously the KBM master data login form application did not have a register, the author added a register form on the KBM master data application login form page, and needed to add another label that served as a link to the member registration menu that we had created. To do so, click the Standard tab > Labels (StdCtrls), then change the text on the Properties tab. B. "Click here to register on the registration form (Whida, 2018). After testing the login application and the added registration form, the test did not detect any errors and passed all tests. The results according to this test can be used as a reference to improve your application in sync using what is needed and to ensure that the application we develop works as expected. With the development of the KBM master data application, security needs to be implemented as well, such as the vehicle database in the KBM master data Not guaranteed and there is always a risk of misuse of the KBM Master Data. To mitigate this, Master Data can be protected by using Shuffle Technologies (Cryptography, Encryption). Cryptography is sensitive information and is intended to prevent the use of information transmitted over networks such as LANs and the Internet. Encryption is a method of encoding a message or information into unreadable text and is closely related to encryption, which is a method to protect a message from being read by third parties. In this study, the author uses the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm to create a PHP source code encryption application. The AES algorithm was chosen to provide a high level of security. The development of this registration form uses the AES cryptography method, the results of the development of this registration form have been tested and run well.

Abstract

The demand of drinking water is growing continuously, so that the business prospects are also increasingly promising. This condition becomes a challenge for business doer of drinking water, including CV. Tirta Sasmita. A manual customer data management in CV. Tirta Sasmita causing most of customer data are not well documented, so that it may reduce the number of customers. Customer relationship management (CRM) that consists of human resources, process, and technology is a strategy which can be implemented to improve the customer service to be more effective. This research aims to design a CRM-based application that can be used in marketing control system for business doer of drinking water CV. Tirta Sasmita. This research used qualitative approach method, with descriptive research to arrange a business process flow, and action research to design CRM application using Unified Modelling Language (UML) and interface design. This application was developed using prototype method, in which customer database inside are beneficial to ease the remarketing activity. ‘Add order’ menu in CRM application system is also beneficial in terms of sales trends. There are seven access rights in the application which are based on business process flow of CV. Tirta Sasmita, namely sales counter, field sales, supervisor marketing, manager marketing, finance, surveyor, and legal. This system can be implemented based on process business in CV. Tirta Sasmita.

Abstract

Forum diskusi daring adalah salah satu layanan edukasi yang disediakan oleh pihak Universitas XYZ yang dapat digunakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa. Forum ini akan dijadikan sarana untuk mengeluarkan pendapat mahasiswa mengenai pelajaran serta sebagai pendataan absensi kehadiran mahasiswa tersebut. Pada prakteknya sering sekali mahasiswa hanya memberikan tanggapan yang seharusnya tidak diunggah pada forum diskusi berupa pesan spam sehingga fungsi utama dari forum daring sebagai media pembelajaran dan sarana untuk mengeluarkan pendapat menjadi terkesampingkan. Pada studi ini akan menerapkan algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) untuk melakukan klasifikasi terhadap pesan forum dimana pesan-pesan tersebut akan dikelompokkan menjadi pesan spam dan pesan non-spam. Hasil uji sistem dengan membagi dataset menjadi 80 data training dan 20 data training, menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa nilai accuracy sistem sebesar 95%, nilai precision sistem sebesar 100%, dan nilai recall sistem sebesar 90%. PenggunaanalgoritmaNBC dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif dalam mendeteksi pesan spam pada forum.

Abstract

PT. Intecs Teknikatama Industri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan dan pemasangan alat lubrikasi. Dalam operasionalnya PT. Intecs Teknikatama Industri terdapat beberapa divisi, salah satu divisi tersebut menangani berbagai permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan hardware dan software. Dalam mengelola permasalahan tersebut PT. Intecs Teknikatama Industri masih menggunakan pencatatan manual, dimana masih sering mengalami kendala antar teknisi seperti penyajian yang dilakukan tidak akurat sehingga pencatatan laporan tidak efisien. Dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut, Penulis melakukan penelitian untuk membuat aplikasi sistem helpdesk ticketing berbasis website menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Dalam upaya memecahkan masalah tersebut, divisi IT menggunakan sistem penomoran (request ticket) yang berhubungan dengan pertanyaan dan pelayanan teknis maupun keluhan terhadap penggunaan perangkat hardware atau software. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman yaitu Hypertext Prepocessor (PHP), serta database MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data keluhan karyawan dan Model Rapid Application Development (RAD) dalam membuat alur perancangannya. Diharapkan sistem helpdesk ticketing karyawan ini dapat mempermudah proses laporan penyampaian masalah dan pengecekan status laporan informasi yang dapat membantu divisi IT dalam mengolah data penyampaian masalah karyawan, serta dapat menanggapi masalah dengan efisien kepada karyawan PT. Intecs Teknikatama Industri.

Abstract

Every E-commerce business, if they want to continue to advance and develop in its world, requires continuous updates in accordance with the times. Making a mobile-based product ordering application for MUMA stores is one way for MUMA stores to progress and develop in their business. With this mobile application, consumers will find it easy to shop for MUMA store products so that the MUMA store business becomes more developed. This research uses observation and literature study in collecting data, information and materials for research. This application will use flutter as a framework in its creation. The software testing method will use the black box method where only the functionality of the system will be tested, while testing for the objectives of this application, the data collection method through a questionnaire will be used which later the data obtained will be processed with a Likert scale calculation. Keywords: e-Commerce; Mobile Application; Flutter

Abstract

Designing a Web-Based IT Stock Inventory Support Application at PT Cahaya Lestari Permai Abadi made using HTML, PHP, MySQL, and DRAW.IO will support the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's work in storing and processing data so that it gets the information needed. The purpose of writing this Practical Work Report is to study, analyze, and design. A web-based information system at PT Cahaya Lestari Permai Abadi in particular to support the company's operational activities. The software developed in making this application uses HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) which is the basic language for web scripting and is a client-side which allows displaying information in the form of text, graphics, and also to connect between web page displays (hyperlinks). In addition, for data storage and processing, the programming language PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database are also used. The final result of this Practical Work Lecture is a web-based application design that can provide a clear picture of inputting IT inventory support at PT Cahaya Lestari Permai Abadi.

Information systems are needed in this day and age, the rapid development of technology makes various human activities assisted by the system. The blooming asri clinic is a public health facility whose information system is still manual using paper documents. One activity that is still conventional is the queue at the clinic. The research method is structured for more structured and focused research activities in journal writing. There are several methods used in this research, including the following: Literature Study, Data Collection, Model Development, Online Queue Information System Application Development at Mekar Asri Clinic is very suitable when using the waterfall development model. With the online queuing application, of course, it makes it easier for health workers who are at the blooming beautiful clinic such as doctors, staff, receptionists etc. and also to improve the quality of service at the blooming beautiful clinic. This online queuing system application also makes it easier for patients if they want to go to the clinic without the need to come directly to take a queue number.
