The existence of the words: please, sorry, thank you are able to create their own cultural behavior in the implementation of events/meetings/celebrations; so that the three words can be used by anyone, by the general public or by officials. Assessment efforts, especially those with oral data on the implementation of speeches, have not received special attention. The theory used is based on the application of sociolinguistic theory and pragmatic theory. The implementation of the implementation method is based on three strategic stages: 1. data provision, 2. data classification and analysis, and 3. writing preparation. The data departs from oral and written sources, the existence of the two data sources is complementary. The application of the data supply method starts with "listening" with the "reading" technique followed by carding the data, and classifying the data based on the context of the speech. The objectives to be achieved are related to: 1. a description of the use of each word separately, and 2. a description of the combining power between the two/three. The final results of the assessment show that: the use of the words please, sorry, thank you is able to create cultural behavioral characteristics when speaking in communication. The existence and/or use of these three words gives color to the creation of a harmonious relationship between the speaker/communicator/O1 and the listener/communicant/O2.

This research, which was conducted in Kudus Regency, Central Java, photographed the condition of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using a sample of 250 respondents. It evaluates the productive business credit program (KUP) that is being channeled to already running MSMEs. The KUP, which was initiated by the Kudus Regency Government together with banking and insurance institutions as credit guarantee institutions, has proven to be able to bridge the problems faced by MSMEs related to the difficulty of accessing capital. As a result, MSMEs increase their incomes, employment, and reduce bad loans in banks. The business culture of the community in Kudus Regency is an ancestral heritage existing long before the independence of the Republic of Indonesia which continues to thrive due to the increasing quality of MSMEs. The credit distribution with the KUP pattern has proven to be able to awaken the business culture of the community.

The Lakota people are an important part of the Sioux tribe whose existence has made history for the development of the diversity of the United States' multicultural society. Most of the history of the tribes in the state of South Dakota reflects the powerlessness of the exploitation of European immigrants who later became the United States federal government. This study intends to look at the condition of the Lakota people in the past and in the present, especially the efforts they take to maintain their cultural identity in the midst of all the difficulties of living in the reservation area. Through qualitative research using a literature review model, this research data comes from the Life Lakota documentary film and also written sources that review the Lakota tribal community. The results show that the efforts made by the Sioux YMCA organization through Marrowbone activities that provide cultural assistance to Lakota children and youth are aimed at bringing the tribal kinship relations closer and bringing them closer to the ancestral traditions of the Lakota tribe through joining camping activities, exercising rodeo and learning native Lakota language.

Malim is a belief that grew and originated from the Toba Batak. Hutatinggi is the center of Malim worship in Indonesia. The problem is how the Hutatinggi community views Malim and what is the shape of the identity of the Batak Toba, Malim and nonParmalim adherents. The views of the non-Parmalim Toba Batak people accept this belief with open eyes even though from a Christian perspective it is not in accordance with the practice of Jesus and this belief has various rituals. The identity that can be seen directly and differentiates Parmalim from the Toba Batak people in general in Hutatinggi is in terms of the clothes they wear, namely their habit of wearing sarongs in everyday life and the use of white cloth rolled up to the head for men. So the identity for Malim is their belief in the owner of the Malim kingdom, social organizations, and Malim rituals. Belief in Debata Mulajadi Nabolon as the creator of the heavens and the earth and the rituals of worshiping beliefs ranging from Mararisabtu to Sipaha Sada and Sipaha Lima which are categorized as prioritized cultural attributes through the internalization process of values, goals and ideas.

The outbreak of the Covid-19 virus pandemic at the beginning of 2020 has brought various bad impacts in the business world, one of which is the coffee beverage industry or coffee shop. Several studies state that the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy implemented by the Government to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 has resulted in many coffee shop businesses experiencing a decline and even closing. However, in the era of the New Normal policy, the coffee beverage business seems to be growing rapidly and most of these coffee shop businesses involve young entrepreneurs, including students. This study aims to see what their motivations are in managing their business in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and how to adapt their activities while managing their business in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic.
