Abstract

Currently in Computer Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University, Semarang, all records of financial transactions are still using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. It can be assumed that to make a statement of financial performance is very difficult, both statements of cash receipts and cash disbursements report. It should be made a software for reporting financial performance can be monitored by the Head of Department and staff are entitled, at a moment's financial performance reports can be monitored and printed quickly, easily and accurately. This research is conducted by methods such as by literature study, system design and testing of the system. In the literature study used methods of research library of reference books related. The design of this study using a Rapid Application Development (RAD) so easy to develop applications. Applications are also made so easily accessible web-based and maintained (maintenance), because the application is placed on the server side. To secure information from unauthorized users, multi-user application created with the login system. The expected result is a sub-information systems for recording transactions and reporting financial performance can easily monitor and printed at any time needed.Index Terms — RAD, transaction recording systems, financial performance, web application

Abstract

This paper contains about how the augmented reality technology used in new metaphors in computer interaction technology. Metaphor is one form of change. With changes in the field of interaction it will improve the user experience when operating the application. Augmented reality is the additional reality that is used to blend or combine objects in the virtual world with real-world environment. By using this technology are expected participation of users in interacting with existing applications, various fields such as military, health, education and other fields of applied science which has been implemented as part of augmented reality technology in its environment. Abstract

Library at PT Badak LNG Bontang East Kalimantan, store various types of collections such as contract documents, agreements, plant & equipment manuals, reference books, textbooks, technical brochures, documents and data supporting the project, certification documents, images refinery engineering techniques & equipment, magazines, journals and other collections. At this time the library management is still done manually, although some have been made in electronic information systems. Besides the libraries, archives and document management systems need to be improved to support the needs of the organization. From the results of auditing the International Safety Rating System (ISRs) conducted by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), the management of archives and documents need to be improved, especially for the storing and retrieval system for archives and documents can be done quickly and accurately. Utilization of information technology has also been applied, but need to be evaluated in order to meet the needs of each user. The document has been categorized as non-active documents, removed from their respective departments to the Records Center at the Department of Services to follow rules archive retention policy. While the document is still classified as active are still kept by each department. Creation, storing, organization and management of existing documents need to be thoroughly evaluated to facilitate storing and retrieval document fast and accurate.Index Terms — Library, Archive Storage, Retrieval System

Abstract

The development of computer and network technologies lead many organizations to expand its network. The intranet network is used initially to connect clients with geographically dispersed enterprise networks, but when it is need a more extensive and huge network intranets are not possible anymore, it is necessary development of a secure private network that uses Internet network. Methodology of research for this final task include the study of literature, design systems, and testing of the system. In the literature study used research methods from the literature study reference books that are related. The design of this final task using OpenVPN and Glype Proxy to access the local network from the Internet. Last is the testing of this network system, where in this stage the network system will be tested in order to create a reliable network and secure. The result obtained is a network system that allows users from outside the network can access some or all services available on the local network as still in a network, from anywhere via the Internet. For Internet users to become members of this private network they must go through the process of authentication, the data available on the private network is encrypted so it can not be opened except by the members of this private networks.Index Terms—Internet, intranet, VPN, Web Proxy

Abstract

Game is currently experiencing rapid growth. There are so many types of games on the market today, including the types of real time strategy, first person shooter, and role playing game. The development of this game is used by various circles to convey a some message. One of the current games that are often shelled is educational game . “Fish Identity” one of educational game developed. The game is to introduce of fish species to the students. By using this educational game is expected students to be better in familiar types of fish species that exist. Test for this game using black box testing, is intended to get the functionality of this game which includes navigator key function, target, fishing rod function. Abstract

There are three nonparametric regression methods covered in this section. These are Moving Average Filtering-Based Smoothing, Local Regression Smoothing, and Kernel Smoothing Methods. The Moving Average Filtering-Based Smoothing methods discussed here are Moving Average Filtering and Savitzky-Golay Filtering. While, the Local Regression Smoothing techniques involved here are Lowess and Loess. In this type of smoothing, Robust Smoothing and Upper-andLower Smoothing are also explained deeply, related to Lowess and Loess. Finally, the Kernel Smoothing Method involves three methods discussed. These are NadarayaWatson Estimator, Priestley-Chao Estimator, and Local Linear Kernel Estimator. The advantages of all above methods are discussed as well as the disadvantages of the methods.Index Terms — nonparametric regression, smoothing, moving average, estimator, curve construction.

Abstract

Diversity of managing data caused by some application that have same function and data. In monitoring and evaluation process of loan project, there are 2 applications that have diversity problem. Those application are e-Monitoring and database Monev. The condition of Information Technology infrastructure also impact the applications performance. Application portfolio is crystallized from information system strategy, information technology strategy and managing information system strategy that have been developed before, so that the portfolio could be one solution to handle diversity problem. Abstract

Traditional and centric approach which use dedicated server to host e-Goverment applications makes the cost of the solution becoming high, underutilized computing resources (inefficiency) and cannot fulfill requirements to deliver fourth level deployment of eGovernment, regarding to its integrated services, reliability, interoperability and availability. This research provides a framework to implement cloud computing for integrated and reliable e-Government system. Cloud model has been developed. Its implementation platform using open source software are also identified. Finally, further research to realize this community-type of cloud is challenged.Index Terms—e-Goverment, cloud computing, distributed system, information technology, pervasive computing
