Abstract

Based on pattern classification Typologi Klassen of the growth sectors of the economy in Jambi province makes the agricultural sector and the sector of mining and excavation are on the I quadrant i.e. as a sector that developed and developing fast, water procurement sector, trash, waste treatment and recycling, and education services sectors are at a quadrant II sectors advanced but that is depressed. After dianalis the pattern of growth sectors of the economy, may be known to the classification of economic sectors in the province of Jambi, for a deeper analysis of the sector required base with LQ method to find the base of the sector can be prioritized into the flagship sector. In accordance with the results of the analysis of the economic base by the method of LQ for the level of Jambi province are known to exist in four major sectors constituting the base sector of the economy. The fourth sector is agriculture, a sector of mining and excavation of the procurement sector, garbage, water, sewage treatment and recycling, and educational services. So, from both Typologi and Klassen LQ analysis it can be concluded that the economic sector in Jambi province which should be developed and can be prioritized into a flagship sector is agriculture, a sector of mining and excavation, the sector procurement of waste, water, sewage treatment and recycling, and education services sectors. Keywords: (1) GDP Jambi province; Indonesia'S GDP and (2) the rate of growth of GDP and contribution to Indonesia and Jambi province; (3) Data on the economic potential of Jambi province

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the influence of total debt and own capital against the Earning per share simultaneously and partial PT. BFI Finance Tbk 2007-2016 period. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of the research shows Fhitung of 8,878 > Ftabel of 4.74 to suggest that the presence of the influence of total debt and own capital against the Earning per share simultaneously, while partially no influence of independent variable i.e. the total debt (X 1) and private equity (X 2) against the Earning per share (Y).  Keyword: debt, finance

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of organizational commitment Through compensation and Motivation of work on performance of employees of PT Penta Valent-Jambi. The diginakan method in the research of using path analysis (path analysis). Results of the study prove that compensation and organizational commitment to simultaneously effect positively and significantly to the motivation of working employees at PT Penta Valent-Jambi. Where the total direct and indirect influence of the compensation and the commitment of the Organization together against the motivation of 52.4%, where the figure explains that directly compensation and organizational commitment to contribute against the work motivation of 52.4%, while the rest of 47.6% is affected by other variables that are not included in this model. Keywords: compensation, commitment, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that Financial Performance, Risk Management and Working Capital Management Against Stock Price of Construction Industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016 with the number of Fhitung 12,441 and Ftabel of 2.71, it can be seen that Fcount> Ftable is 12,441> 2, 71, meaning there is a significant influence between earnings per share (EPS), price earning ratio (PER), return on equity (ROE), bi rate and cash conversion cycle (CCC) simultaneously to stock prices while the value of t arithmetic EPS of 5.494 and ttabel 1.72472 from the comparison then it can be known t count <ttabel (5,494 <1,72472). The conclusion is that all independent variables have significant effect on dependent variable at α = 5% or 0,05 and F test criterion by comparing Fcount 12,441 and Ftabel 2,71, it can be seen that Fcount> Ftable is 12,441> 2,71 , meaning there is a significant influence between earnings per share (EPS), price earning ratio (PER), return on equity (ROE), bi rate and cash conversion cycle (CCC) simultaneously to stock price in property and real estate industry in 2012 -2016. Keyword: financial performance, stocks, stock exchange

Abstract

The aims of this research was to investigate of fundamental factor and accounting profit could be considered as drivers of stock price. This research used method of purposive sampling. The population in this research was 17bcompanies and the samples in this research were 7 financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. While the analysis instrument in this research was multiple linear regression. The simultaneous regression testing (F-test) indicated that the variable of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV) and accounting profit (LAK) had significant influence to the stock price. In the partial regression testing (t-test), the variable of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Book Value (BV) and accounting profit (LAK) had siginificant influence to the stock price. Meanwhile, the Earning PerShare (EPS) variable did not have siginificant influence to the stock price. The result of this research showed that stock price was influenced by the interaction between fundamental factor and accounting profit from investment.Keywords: Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV), accounting profit, stock price

Abstract

This research entitled the effectiveness of Revenue Equalization Fund and regional Original in Kerinci 2011-2016 Year, with the aim to find out how large the original revenue growth areas and Fund Balances in the Regency of Kerinci 2011-2016 Year and To find out how large a rate Efekstivitas the original Revenue Equalization Fund and Areas in Kerinci 2011-2016 Year. This research dalaksanakan in the District of Kerinci using Secondary data, with data collection techniques Research Library with Descriptive method quantitative and qualitative descriptive. As for the analysis tools used i.e. the ratio of the growth and the ratio of effectiveness. Based on the results of the study showed that the original receipt of an income Growth Areas in the Regency of Kerinci from year 2011 – 2016 is always increasing. While the percentage of growth experiencing fluctuations. The average nominal Target for 6 years 2011-2016 years of Rp. 49,597,954,211, where the average target percentase 2011-2016 year of 17.79%. Growth targets and the realization of Equalization Funds in the Regency of Kerinci, explained that in nominal target of receiving funds from the balance of the year 2011 – 2016 in total amounting to Rp.  3.767.521., 800.135,20 average per year or Rp. 627,920,300,022.53. So also with the percentage growth target receiving funds Balances experienced fluctuation that is 20.53% average. Whereas the effectiveness of the original Income Areas in the Regency of Kerinci Years 2011-2016, an average realization of greater than the target which entered criteria very effectively with the value of the average of 105.79%. The effectiveness of the Equalization Funds in the District of Kerinci 2011-2016 Years, on average exceeds its realization of targets set. Abstract

This research aimed to examine  theinfluence of Asset Growth, Sales Growth, Net Profit Margin , Current Ratio , debt to equity ratio on dividend payout ratio of the Company listed in indeks LQ 45 . The data used in this research is 16 companies for the period of 2013 – 2016 . The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result indicates that simultaneously the variable of Asset Growth, Sales Growth , Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, debt to equity ratio significant affect divident payout ratio. These independent variables are able to explain the effect dividend payout ratio amount of 83,7 % while the remains 16,3 % is determined by other factors. Partially all of the variables  affect dividend payout ratio except of the variable of net profit margin. Sales growth had positive effect on dividend payout ratio . Beside that aset growth, current ratio and debt to equity ratio have  a negative effect on dividend payout ratio. Keywords: dividend payout ratio ,Sales Growth

Abstract

This research aims to know the consumer's perception of the quality of service at My Beauty Spa Jambi. A good quality of service will improve the quality of a company in the eyes of consumers. When the quality provided is in compliance with the wishes and expectations of consumers then this will increase the level of consumer satisfaction toward services. The methods used are ex post facto research. that is examining the events that have happened and then meruntut into the back to find out the factors that can lead to the onset of an event. The results showed consumers ' perception of the quality of service at My Baeuty Spa overall are on a very good category with an average score of 430.2, meaning that the dimension of responsiveness, assurance and empathy are each giving a score an average of 441, 455.25 and 475, with 72 categories very well. While the dimensions of the intangibles and the reliability of each of the stated score average is 380 and 399 respondents said criteria, that is good for the dimension. These dimensions will affect on the level of customer satisfaction in My Beauty Spa, the more satisfied consumers in the given service it will increase the number of customers. Keywords: Consumer perceptions of service quality,

Abstract

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Motivation and Performance
