Abstract

Abstract: This reserach aims to analyze the ability of financial ratios in predicting financial distress. It was a quantitative research using logistic regression model to analyze the ability of current ratio, return on assets, total assets turn over, and debt to assets ratio in predicting companies financial distress. The population of this research were the basic industry and chemical companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. 52 companies satisfy the criteria. Sample were divided into two groups, 19 potentially financial distress companies and 33 not potentially financial distress companies. Result indicates that current ratio, return on assets, and debt to assets ratio acted as predictor of financial distress, while total assets turn over could not predict financial distress. Current ratio and return on assets have negative significant impact on predicting financial distress. Debt to assets ratio have positive significant impact on predicting financial distress.Keywords: Financial distress, Financial ratios, Logistic regression, Net profit

Abstract

Abstract : Status can bank said liquidity problems at the time of NPL greater than 5%. NPL shows that the ability of bank management to manage problem loans granted by banks.Liquidity problems are very likely to occur in the BPR. Prior to the bankruptcy, it needs to be known in advance about the financial state of the banking system. This study aims to assess the financial ratios in CAMEL can be used to analyze the probability of BPR in Jember experiencing liquidity problems or not. This research is explanatory research with census approach, which is to examine opportunities liquidity difficulties at BPR in Jember based on information published financial statements BPR. From the results of the study showed that the financial ratios that can analyzed probability BPR in Jember likely experiencing liquidity problems that APYDTAP, ROA and LDR the first quarter before. BPR in Jember can be detected experiencing liquidity difficulties during the first quarter before.Keywords: liquidity problems, CAMEL, BPR

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership style and job stress on employee performance Jember District Health Office as well as the differences in the performance of employees to staff a male or female and the difference in employee performance against employees with civil servant status or Honorary. This study was designed with the explanatory survey method. The number of samples in this study a total of 100 employees in Jember District Health Office. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Leadership Styles analysis showed a significant effect on employee performance Jember District Health Office. Job Stress significant effect on employee performance Jember District Health Office. Leadership Style and Job Stress significant effect on employee performance Jember District Health Office. There are differences in performance of civil servants employees higher than the performance of employees Honorary Jember District Health Office. Abstract : The aim of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of motivation, leadership, and work environment to work performance of employee at Pakusari District Jember Regency. Thirty employees used as samples independent variables of this study were motivation, leadership, and work environment. While work performance was the dependent variable. Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to understand the influence of workload and characteristic of individuals against the performance of the nurse throught burnout in PT. Nusantara Medika Utama Rumah Sakit Perkebunan (Jember Clinic). This research using primary data obtained from the answers of the respondents over kuisioner used in research . The method of analysis the data used in this research was analysis a track ( path analysis ). The method of sampling using census. Population in this research were nures permanent part in -patient service with 57 people. The result of this research is workload and characteristics of individual have positive significant effect on burnout and performance nurse and burnout have negative significant effect on performance of nurse PT. Abstract: The purpose of this research are to verify the influence of leadership style to effectivity work performance at KOPA TTN Jember, to verify the influence of internal communication to effectivity work performance at KOPA TTN Jember, to verify the influence of organizational culture to effectivity work performance at KOPA TTN Jember, to verify the influence of employes dicipline to effectivity work performance at KOPA TTN Jember, to verify the influence of the most dominant between the fourth variable to effectivity work performance at KOPA TTN Jember. The approach of this research is explanatory researc, the population which consist by Koperasi Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara (Kopa TTN) Jember employes as much sixty (60) sampel. F test is used to analyse the influence between the variable simultantly and to verify the causal relations parsially is using t test. Based of analyse result known that the leadership style have an positive effect ad significant to effectivity work, whereas internal communication have an positive effect ad significant to effectivity work, the organization culture have an positive effect ad significant to effectivity work, whereas employes dicipline have an positive effect ad significant to effectivity work, and the most dominant variable have an positive effect ad significant to effectivity work is employes dicipline.Keywords: Leadership Style, Internal Communication, Organizational Culture, Employes Dicipline and Effectivity Work.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was done to analyze whether the motivation and incentives affect the performance of organizational commitment and performance, as well as the influence of commitment to employee performance media smile Stationary Jember. The research design used in this research is quantitative. The study population was all employees of Smile Media Stationary meaning of this research study respondents census with 76 employees. Methods of data analysis used in this study is the path linear regression analysis. The results of this research are formal education, work environment and work experience simultaneously significant effect on performance. In partial formal education and the work environment does not significantly influence performance. Meanwhile, work experience variable partially significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: employee performance, organizational commitment, incentives, dan motivation

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine and analyze the significant influence the perceived quality of the broadcast, the broadcast format, and the quality of the broadcaster to the satisfaction and loyalty of listeners on Radio KISS FM Jember. This research is explanatory research and using survey methods. The study population was the whole KISS FM Radio listeners who live in Jember. The number of samples in this study of 108 respondents drawn using judgment sampling technique due to the nature of a heterogeneous audience. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software tools. The results showed that the perceived quality of the broadcast, the broadcast format, and quality broadcaster significantly affect the satisfaction and loyalty of the KISS FM Radio listeners Jember.Keywords: Radio, Perceived Quality Broadcast, Broadcast Format, Broadcaster Quality, Satisfaction, Loyalty Listener.

Abstract: The purpose of this study among others, to analyze the effect of the characteristics of the organization and the individual characteristics of the stress of work and voluntary employee turnover intention PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Type A as well as to analyze the effect of work stress on turonover intention employee of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Type A. This study was a research explanation. The study population was 162 employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Type A sample was 100 people. Methods of data analysis used SEM. The results showed that the organizational characteristics significantly influence employee stress PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Type A. The individual characteristics significantly influence the stress PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Type A. Characteristics organizations no significant effect on turnover intention Voluntary PT.
