Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine and analyze the significant influence the perceived quality of the broadcast, the broadcast format, and the quality of the broadcaster to the satisfaction and loyalty of listeners on Radio KISS FM Jember. This research is explanatory research and using survey methods. The study population was the whole KISS FM Radio listeners who live in Jember. The number of samples in this study of 108 respondents drawn using judgment sampling technique due to the nature of a heterogeneous audience. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software tools. The results showed that the perceived quality of the broadcast, the broadcast format, and quality broadcaster significantly affect the satisfaction and loyalty of the KISS FM Radio listeners Jember.Keywords: Radio, Perceived Quality Broadcast, Broadcast Format, Broadcaster Quality, Satisfaction, Loyalty Listener.

Abstract

The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic has pushed Indonesian consumers to demand herbal food and drinks as one of the anticipations of preventing the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. This provides a breath of fresh air for traditional herbal medicine entrepreneurs. Jamune Buk Woels in Jember Regency is present as an MSME who sees and takes advantage of the situation in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to identify and examine the internal and external factors of Jamune Buk Woels, consider the determinants of the success of Jamune Buk Woels and formulate an effective marketing strategy that can be applied to the Jamune Buk Woels MSME market. The results showed that the Jamune Buk Woels MSME business development strategy was to apply an aggressive strategy, namely cooperating and partnering with MSME development agencies or institutions to help obtain business capital. Jamune Buk Woels needs to make efforts to improve the quality and quality of products, rebrand and market products with digital marketing. In addition, Jamune Buk Woels can empower housewives around so that it can increase the opportunities for opening up employment opportunities.

Abstract

The development of industrial technology in this era made progress for the Indonesian economy. However, there are still some MSMEs that are still unable to take advantage of existing technological developments to regulate their business management, especially financial management. MSME actors in general do not pay much attention to recording detailed and clear financial statements. Therefore, this study is expected to be a reference for MSME actors in making financial reports. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the use of android-based digital financial applications for financial management, especially daily financial records with categories of sources of income and sources of expenditure. The method in the implementation is carried out in three methods, namely the approach method, the training method, and the mentoring method for Syaha Chips SMEs. This research was conducted to develop Syaha Chips SMEs in terms of financial management using digital financial applications.

Abstract

Environmental pollution has become an old problem that often has not been found a solution, one of which is in Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. Environmental pollution can cause disruption of the habitat of living things which in turn will affect the population of these living things. Efforts that can be made to reduce environmental pollution, one of which is the reforestation program. One of them can be done with hydroponics. Hydroponics is a farming strategy without using soil, but using water to fulfill plant needs. The polluted environment caused by human activities can make nature unable to return to its unique state. The implementation method used by the KKN 141 UPN "Veteran" East Java Group in this community service is the method of socialization and assistance in making hydroponics which is carried out especially for members of the Mekar Asri Women Farmer Group, Plosokerep Village. The chosen hydroponics is in the form of verticulture, adjusting to the environment around Plosokerep Village which has limited land. The goal to be achieved from this activity is that residents of Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City cam gain basic knowledge of hydroponic cultivation and have the ability to make hydroponics and maintain it, so that they can support environmental reforestation programs, increase economic income, and family food security. Abstract

Background: Research aims to identify the critical challenges and marketing strategies faced by cultural fashion SMEs and how they adapt to global changes to sustainable businesses. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique of this research used the interview method. The selection of informants in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a snowball sampling approach. Objective : This study aims to review the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on information obtained from 7 informants Such as crafters, local communities, entrepreneur Udeng Pacul Gowang and representatives of the Sidoarjo Regency Education and Culture Office Method : The strategic factors of Udeng Pacul Gowang obtained are entered in the form of Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Strategic (EFAS) tables, where each factor of the company's strategy is weighted. Giving internal and external weights is based on the calculation of the category value of the assessment of each strategic factor, from here it is seen which one has the greatest influence and the smallest influence to provide an assessment. Next, the researchers matched internal strengths and weaknesses with external opportunities and threats based on the information obtained at the input stage. The analytical tools used in this study are the IE matrix (internal-external), the SWOT Quadrant Matrix, and the SWOT Matrix SWOT Analysis is able to identify the potential and barriers of the cultural fashion industry. Result : Innovative responses by SMEs in the cultural fashion industry are crucial for achieving sustainable business practices. The result of this study found that SMEs can use a range of strategies, including engaging in social and environmental responsibility practices, developing innovative products, and utilizing digital technologies to reach broader markets. Collaboration between SMEs, government, and other stakeholders is also important in developing sustainable business practices. These efforts can lead to positive outcomes, such as improved financial performance, enhanced social and environmental impacts, and increased competitiveness in the global market. Conclusion : (SMEs) play a crucial role in the socioeconomic development of a country. They create job opportunities, empower women, expand rural livelihoods, reduce poverty, contribute to GDP, develop businesses, and enhance entrepreneurial institutions. Among these SMEs are those in the creative industry of cultural fashion, such as Udeng Pacul Gowang products, which have global competitiveness. Udeng Pacul Gowang, made from batik cloth, is a product of state identity that can be used for cultural diplomacy. The development of this business potential requires the support of the government, the private sector, academics, and practitioners. The government can open up opportunities for UKM Udeng Pacul Gowang through policy regulations, while academics and practitioners can collaborate to conduct research and innovation for sustainable business continuity. The younger generation can also practice directly in understanding the business and culture of Udeng Pacul Gowang to regenerate craftsmen. The Sidoarjo Regency government's current support for local culture-based products requires evaluation and follow-up to provide capital grants, soft skills training, and appropriate technology for the digital era's challenges. Abstract

Women in the society 5.0 revolution have a tremendous opportunity due to gender equality to express themselves and follow their passions. Activities related to domestic affairs do not prevent women from growing. This is evidenced by the growth in Micro, Small, and Medium Scale (MSMEs), which are 90% owned and operated by women. Meanwhile, the difficulties experienced by women are considerable. One of them is the low competence required to conduct business through social media marketing. Women still have a minor role in technological advancement. On the other part, social media is a way to establish how well women can actualize themselves by creating a solid identity. In addition, social media is also another tool that is used by woman entrepreneur to promote their businesses and expand their market share. Therefore, this community service project aims to increase the knowledge and expertise of women entrepreneurs among MSMEs in Kampung Kerupuk Surabaya in using social media platforms like Instagram for both personal branding and product promotion.

Abstract

The Udeng craftsmen in Sidoarjo have traditionally adhered to rudimentary techniques and order-based marketing approaches to sustain their livelihoods. Conversely, in the contemporary digital era, the ubiquity of technology is undeniable. This academic paper elucidates the outcomes of a community service initiative aimed at elevating the udeng pacul gowang craftsmen in Wonoayu, Pagerngumbuk, Sidoarjo, by harnessing the potential of technology in their business endeavors. Furthermore, this community service comprises three principal activities, each firmly grounded in the corresponding theoretical framework of “pillars of a digital ecosystem for enterprises”. To commence, the community received training in the proficient management of digital-based financial record-keeping, facilitated through the utilization of an Android application known as "BukuKas." Subsequently, with regards to digital marketing, udeng craftsmen were taught the utilization of digital platforms such as WhatsApp for Business and Instagram for business purposes. Additionally, they were encouraged to develop their electronic product catalogs, thereby enhancing their proficiency in product photography. Lastly, udeng craftsmen were equipped with knowledge pertaining to cybersecurity, encompassing topics such as copyright protection and cybersecurity threats, including cyber scams. This comprehensive community service initiative contributes to the enhancement of financial literacy and the development of digital marketing capabilities among small and medium-sized enterprises. Moreover, this research aligns with the principles of community economic growth in accordance with Sustainable Development Goals, notably with a focus on promoting decent work and economic growth.
