Abstract

This research of aims are : 1) determine the location of accident vulnerability (black site) and the of train accident in Padang City. 2) know the characteristics of the location vulnerability to accident (black site) of train. 3) know the effort that have been and will be implemented in overcoming the train accident in Padang City. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative appoarch. In analyzing the location of the train accident vulnerability, researchers use the equivalent accident number method and the upper control limit method. The results of this research are the location of accident vulnerability (black site) railway identified at the crossing on the intersection of Anak Air Kelurahan Lubuk Buaya, Intersection of High School 7 Bungo Tanjung Street, and Kilometer 18, between Tabing station and Duku station. In general the characteristic location of the train accident vulnerability to the lack of rail crossing doors, the lack of railway traffic signs and the human lifestyle. Effort hass been implemented overcoming the vulnerable of train accident is to close the door of the wild crossing the train and is that very crossing of the railway will be closed and then given the diversion street collector in the form of a flay over.

Abstract

Abstract This research of aims are: 1) know the pattern of zoning changes in land prices around UIN Imam Bonjol related before and after the existence of Imam Bonjol UIN. 2) know the factors that influence the price of land around UIN Imam Bonjol related before and after the existence of Imam Bonjol UIN. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. In analyzing patterns of changes in land prices, researchers used the Total Sampling technique and conducted interviews in the field. The result of this research is a map of land price patterns which shows that the closer to Imam Bonjol UIN, the land prices are getting more This happens because of influencing factors such as land ownership, slope, public utilities, and accessibility. With the establishment of Imam Bonjol UIN, the government has begun to improve road access and public utilities, as well as many people who have started to take care of their ownership certificates. And a lot of community land is used as boarding houses, food stalls, photocopies and laundry.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to calculate and simulate the development of economic values of each type of land use, the level of pollution and analyze the level of socio-economic vulnerability of the nagari community. This study reveals that from the type of land use that shows economic development and a high level of damage is the use of floating net cages (FNC). FNC economic growth in 2014 reached 1.5 trillion rupiah. Judging from the level of socio-economic vulnerability of the nagari community in the Lake Maninjau Region (LMR) it was found that the nagari included as vulnerable were Nagari Tanjung sani, Nagari Sungai Batang, Nagari Bayur, Nagari Koto Malintang and Nagari Maninjau. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out the suitability of residential land in Batang Anai and Lubuk Alung Districts and to determine the direction of settlement development in Batang Anai and Lubuk alung sub-districts. This research uses quantitative descriptive techniques using boolean logic. The results of this study indicate that not all of the land in Batang Anai and Lubuk Alung Districts is suitable for settlement. Based on the results of the analysis of land suitability with the parameters used, there are two categories of land namely suitable land and inappropriate land. Based on the results of the land suitability overlay, protected area and spatial plan of the cultivation area, the area that can be developed for settlements is 506 Ha and the land that is not suitable for development is 28322 Ha.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Sungai Tanduk ditinjau dari aspek perencanaan (Planning). Menganalisis pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Sungai Tanduk ditinjau dari aspek pengorganisian (Organizing). Menganalisis pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Sungai Tanduk ditinjau dari aspek pelaksanaan (Actuating). Menganalisis pengelolaan sampah di Pasar Sungai Tanduk ditinjau dari aspek pengawasan (Controlling). Jenis penelitiaan ini kualitatif. Teknik analisis menggunakan persentase dikumpulkan melalui teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu orang yang terlibat terkait dengan pengelolaan sampah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Aspek perencanaan bahwa dinas kebersihan menyediakan dua kontainer sampah dan tempat sampah di kios-kios pedagang. 2) Aspek pengorganisasian yaitu kurangnya anggota dalam melakukan pengelolan sampah. 3) Aspek pelaksanaan dimana melakukan cara-cara pengelolaan yaitu seperti hog feeding, sanitary landfill, dumping, dumping in water, landfill, individual incineration, pemanfaatan kembali, reduction, salvaging, komposting, insinerasi (pembakaran). 4) Aspek pengawasan dalam pengelolaan sampah di pasar Sungai Tanduk dan pengawasannya dalam bentuk memonitoring pegawai ke lapangan secara langsung. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, Pengawasan
