Abstrak Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Pelaksanaan Komunikasi Terapeutik Tenaga Kesehatan dengan Kepuasan Pasien dalam Mendapatkan Pelayanan Kesehatan di RSUD Kota Sabang”. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSUD Kota Sabang. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Dari populasi 2802 pasien tahun 2016, peneliti mengambil rumus Taro Yamane sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Jendela Johari. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu, dari hasil thitung sebesar 7,843 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai thitung 7,843 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,664 (df=100-2=98; α=0,05) dan nilai signifikansi uji t 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yaitu ada pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik tenaga kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan uji R2 (R Square) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,621 bahwa kepuasan pasien diperoleh sebesar 62,1%, sedangkan 37,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain.Abstract This research entitled “The relationship of communication implementation Therapeutic between health workers with patient satisfaction in getting health services in general hospital Sabang”. The objective of the study is to explain the effect of therapeutic communication done by health workers toward patient satisfaction in general hospital Sabang. This study uses correlational approach. Of the 2802 population of patients in 2016, the researcher took Taro Yamane formula so that the sample in this study were 100 respondents. The theory of Johari Windows was applied in this research. The analysis uses simple linier regression formula. The conclusion of this study is that the result of 7,843 t and signification value 0,000. Values greater than 7,843 t 1,664 t table (df=100-2=98; α=0,05) and 0,000 T test significance value less than 0,05, then Ho is rejected and HI is accepted, there is an effect of therapeutic communication by health workers toward patient satisfaction. While the result of the test R2 (R Square) obtained at 0,621 that patient satisfaction influnced by therapeutic communication is 62,1% while 37,9% is influnced by other variable.

ABSTRAK - Penelitian ini berjudul Komunikasi Antarpribadi Murid Tuna Rungu Wicara dalam Proses Peyesuaian Diri terhadap Lingkungan Sosial di YPAC (Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat) I Kota Banda Aceh, tujuan penelitian ntuk menjelaskan komunikasi antarpribadi murid tuna rungu-wicara di Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat (YPAC) I Kota Banda Aceh dalam penyesuaian diri terhadap lingkungan sosial di usia remaja, untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan murid tuna rungu-wicara di Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat (YPAC) di Kota Banda Aceh dalam mengatasi hambatan komunikasi antarpribadi dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan sosial di usia remaja. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori interaksi simbolik. Pendekatan yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Sebanyak lima orang informan dipilih dengan kriteria merupakan murid di Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat (YPAC) Banda Aceh, informan dipilih berdasarkan usia remaja 16-21 tahun., informan merupakan siswa yang mendapatkan persetujuan dari para guru di YPAC karena ketika melakukan penelitian nantinya akan didampingi oleh guru yang bersangkutan. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil omunikasi antarpribadi murid tuna rungu dan tuna wicara dalam berinteraksi menggunakan bahasa isyarat abjad jari, gerak tubuh dan tulisan. Upaya yang dilakukan dengan berbaur dan bergaul seperti anak normal lainnya, memahami keadaan di lingkungan sosial, mencari orang-orang yang mau berkomunikasi dan menerima kekurangan yang dimiliki dari penyandang tuna rungu-wicara.Interpersonal Communication of Deaf and Mute Students in Self-Adjustment Process on Youth Social Environment ABSTRACT - This research entitled Interpersonal Communication of Deaf and Mute Students in Self-Adjustment Process on Youth Social Environment at YPAC (Disabled Children's Education Foundation) I Kota Banda Aceh. The purposes of this research were to explain interpersonal communication of deaf and mute students at YPAC (Disabled Children's Education Foundation) I Banda Aceh City in adjusting to the social environment in adolescence and to find out the efforts of the students in overcoming the barriers of interpersonal communication in the adjustment. The theory used in this research was symbolic interaction theory. The approach used was qualitative approach with descriptive type.The technique of informant selection was purposive sampling. Five informants were selected with criteria: are students at YPAC Foundation Banda Aceh, are 16-21 years old of age, and are the students who get approval from the teachers at YPAC since in conducting research they will be accompanied by the teacher concerned. Data collection techniques used was deep interview and observation. The result of the research showed interpersonal communication of deaf and mute students in interacting by using fingers alphabet sign language, gestures and writing. Efforts conducted were by mixing and mingling like other normal children, understanding the circumstances in the social environment, looking for people who want to communicate and accept the shortcomings of the other deaf and mute.

ABSTRAKFertilitas merupakan salah satu komponen pertumbuhan penduduk yang bersifat menambah jumlah penduduk. Fertilitas adalah kemampuan seorang wanita dalam menghasilkan keturunan. Fertilitas tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai reproduksi semata, tetapi juga sebagai ekspresi dari tindakan beragama yang terinstitusionalisasi dari identitas kelompok jama’ah tabligh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna dan nilai fertilitas pada keluarga tabligh. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengambilan keputusan tentang jumlah anak. Teori dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi dari Peter L. Berger bahwa aktor memiliki realitas sendiri di dalam kehidupannya dan realitas tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kelompok sekelilingnya. Kemudian didukung oleh pendapat Mead tentang pranata sosial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Lemah Burbana Kecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Peneliti mengambil subjek penelitian dengan jumlah 3 keluarga yang terdiri dari suami dan istri. Artinya ada 6 orang subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara, observasi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa anak sebagai amanah dan titipan dari Tuhan, sehingga harus dididik dengan nilai-nilai agama dan akhlak yang baik. Hal ini muncul dari pengetahuan mereka dalam berinteraksi dengan kelompok jamaah tabligh. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan tentang jumlah anak cenderung diputuskan oleh suami. Walaupun telah didiskusikan bersama dengan istri, namun anak adalah urusan Tuhan, manusia tidak berhak ikut campur dalam penentuan jumlah anak. Sehingga mereka tidak memaikai kontrasepsi seperti Keluarga Berencana (KB) dan sebagainya. Pemahaman ini muncul dari dalam kelompok tersebut. Pengetahuan terhadap makna dan nilai fertilitas serta pengambilan keputusan cenderung ditentukan oleh komunitas sosial. Penentuan itu berdasarkan pedoman normatif yang terdapat pada komunitas tersebut yang menjadi tata kelakuan individu. Fertility is the ability of a woman to produce offspring. Fertility not only serves as a mere reproduction, but also as an expression of religious acts that are institutionalized from a group of tabligh jama’ah. This study aims to determine the meaning and value of fertility in the tabligh family. In addition, this study also aims to determine the decision on the number of children. The theory in this study is the phenomenology of Peter L. Berger that the actor has his own reality in his life and that reality is affected by his surrounding group and is supported by Mead’s view of social institutions. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive approach this research was conducted in Lemah Burbana village sub district Bebesen district Aceh Tengah. This research uses purposive sampling technique. Researchers took the subject of research with the number of 3 families consisting of husband and wife. This means there are 6 subjects. Data collection technique used are by interview, field observation and literature study. Based on the results of the study found that the child as a mandate of God, so should be educated with religious values and good morals. This arises from their knowledge in interacting with the group pf tabligh jama’ah. In the process of making decisions about the number of children tend to be decided by the husband. Although it has been discussed together with the wife, but the child is a matter of God, humans have no right to interfere in the determination of the number of children. So they not use contraception like family planning and so on. This understanding comes from within the group. Knowledge of the meaning and value of birth and decision making tends to be determined by the social community. The determination was based on the normative guidance found in the community that became the individual’s behavior. Keywords: fertility tendency, tabligh family

ABSTRAK Pilkada di kabupaten Bireuen tahun 2017 telah terjadi pelanggaran pidana terkait money politic, praktik politik uang ini berhasil diungkap oleh Panwaslih kabupaten Bireuen berdasarkan laporan Zullfikar Muhammad. Pelaku money politic yang dilakukan Rini Yati Bin Hamzah Abdullah, di gampong Meunasah Dayah Kecamatan Kota Juang, Kabupaten Bireuen. Praktik politik yang terjadi telah dilaporkan ke Panwaslih Bireuen dan sudah sampai ke Pengadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pihak Panwaslih Bireuen telah melakukan upaya dalam mengungkap kasus politik uang yang terjadi di Bireuen, diantaranya: 1.) Upaya dilakukan dalam mengungkap kasus money politic, yaitu; Pertama, bersinergi dengan lembaga pemantau dan melakukan sosialisasi secara menyeluruh untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam fungsi pengawasan yang partisipatif; Kedua, meningkatkan pengawasan berupa pencegahan dan penindakan secara akurat dan transparan serta memperkuat sistem kontrol dalam satu menajemen pengawasan yang terstruktur, sistematis, dan intergratif; Ketiga, melaksanakan Bimtek untuk peningkatan SDM Panwaslih dalam menyelesaikan sengketa yang terjadi dengan pola dan metode pengawasan yang efektif serta terkait dengan tindak lanjut pengaduan yang diterima berdasarkan laporan; Keempat, meningkatkan sinergi kelembagaan terkait kerjasama dengan Gakkumdu dalam mengungkap kasus money politic. 2.) Kendala Panwaslih dalam mengungkap kasus money politic pada Pilkada tahun 2017 di Kabupaten Bireuen, meliputi: Pertama, kendala yang bersifat prosedural, seperti mekanisme penanganan yang mengharuskan Panwaslih melapor ke pihak terkait, melalui Sentra Gakkumdu. Kedua, minimnya anggaran serta kualitas SDM terkait dengan tugasnya sebagai pengawas yang dimiliki pengawas di tingkat Panwaslihcam dan PPL. Ketiga, Panwaslih tidak bisa membangun jaringan kuat melakukan investigasi kasus money politic, tidak adanya saksi, kurangnya bukti pelanggaran politik uang yang terjadi dalam Pilkada tahun 2017 di Kabupaten Bireuen. Kesimpulan, kasus praktik politik uang berhasil diungkap oleh Panwaslih Bireuen dilakukan Rini Yanti Bin Hamzah yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bireuen. Pengadilan Negeri Bireuen, menjatuhkan vonis 1 tahun tidak dikurung dengan masa percobaan 2 tahun kepada Rini Yanti Bin Hamzah, pelaku kasus money politic pada Pilkada Bireuen tahun 2017. Kata Kunci: Panwaslih, Upaya, Mengungkapkan Kasus, Money Politic Efforts And Constraints Panwaslih Bireuen District In Disclosing The Case Of Money Politics In Elections In 2017 Bireuen District ABSTRACT Pilkada in Bireuen district in 2017 has been a criminal offense related to money politic, money politics practice was successfully revealed by Panwaslih Bireuen district based on reports Zullfikar Muhammad. Money politic perpetrators conducted Rini Yati Bin Hamzah Abdullah, in the village Meunasah Dayah District Juang City, Bireuen District. The political practices that have taken place have been reported to Panwaslih Bireuen and have reached the Court. The results showed Panwaslih Bireuen party has made efforts in uncovering the case of money politics that occurred in Bireuen, including: 1.) Efforts made in uncovering cases of money politics, namely; First, synergize with monitoring institutions and conduct a thorough socialization to increase community involvement in participatory oversight functions; Second, to improve supervision in the form of prevention and action of accurately and transparently and to strengthen the control system in a structured, systematic, and intergrative supervision management; Third, implement Bimtek for the improvement of Panwaslih human resources in resolving disputes that occur with effective supervisory patterns and methods as well as related to follow-up of complaints received on the basis of reports; Fourth, to increase institutional synergy related to cooperation with Gakkumdu in exposing money politic case. 2.) Constraints Panwaslih in uncovering the case of money politics in elections in 2017 in Bireuen District, including: First, procedural constraints, such as handling mechanisms that require Panwaslih report to the relevant parties, through Sentra Gakkumdu. Secondly, the lack of budget and the quality of human resources are related to their duties as supervisors owned by supervisors at Panwaslihcam level and PPL. Thirdly, Panwaslih can not build a strong network to investigate money politic cases, absence of witnesses, lack of evidence of violations of money politics that occurred in elections in 2017 in Bireuen District. In conclusion, the case of money politics practice was revealed by Panwaslih Bireuen conducted by Rini Yanti Bin Hamzah that happened in Bireuen Regency. Bireuen District Court, sentenced a 1-year sentence not to be confined with a two-year probation to Rini Yanti Bin Hamzah, money politic perpetrator in Bireuen elections in 2017. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Product Placement Axe Pada Film Axelerate The Series “The Untold Story Of Keenan Pearce” Terhadap Keputusan Membeli Masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Product Placement Axe pada film Axelerate The Series “The Untold Story Of Keenan Pearce” terhadap keputusan membeli masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh” . Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini teori subliminal message. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh pria yang berusia 20-35 tahun, masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang aktif menggunakan Youtobe, masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang menonton film Axelerate The Series “The Untold Story Of Keenan Pearce, masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang mengetahui tentang produk Axe dan masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh yang menggunakan produk Axe. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil pengaruh product placement axe dalam film axelerate the series “the untold story of keenan pearce” terdapat hubungan yang cukup berarti dengan keputusan membeli masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa t hitung t tabel yaitu 11,608 1,984 dan nilai signifikan yaitu 0,0000,05. dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh product placement axe dalam film axelerate the series “the untold story of keenan pearce” terhadap keputusan membeli masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh. Axe product was launched for the first time in 1983 in France. As declared by millions of French men, the Ax brand is so famous that within short period of time the brand is already known in other countries. Today Axe could easily be found in more than 60 countries and has become the number one deodorant in the European and Latin American markets. In Indonesia, Axe become the leading products in the male deodorant segment. Ax performs a product placement strategy in delivering information about their products. In this study Axe is a male deodorant product that is often displayed in the movie "Axelerate The Series: The Untold Story Of Keenan Pearce" as the formation of brand awareness among the audience of the film. This study aims to determine the effect of product placement of axes in the axelerate the series film "the untold story of Keenan Pearce" to the decision to purchase among people in Banda Aceh. The approach used is quantitative research with descriptive method. This research applied Subliminal Message theory. The subjects of this study were chosen by using purposive sampling technique, with respondents who met the criteria. Data collection techniques used is questionnaires, with 100 respondents. The results show that product placement axes in Axelerate The Series Film "The Untold Story Of Keenan Pearce” succeeded in influencing the people of Banda Aceh to buy axe products. Through the results of simple regression test, the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.579. Therefore it could be concluded that the magnitude of the effect of product placement variable to the buying decision is 57.9%. Keywords: effect of product placement, decision purchase, axe.

ABSTRAKDari segi peradaban, suatu peradaban maju mundurnya dilihat dari kehidupan masyarakatnya. Syariat Islam di Aceh hadir untuk mengatur kehidupan masyarakat Aceh demi menuju keperadaban yang lebih baik. namun realitanya syariat islam yang teleh diberlakukan sejak tahun 2001 tersebut belum mampu menjadi benteng yang kokoh dalam memerangi kemaksiatan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan implementasi kebijakan pemerintahan Illiza Sa’aduddin Djamal dalam mewujudkan mdel kota madani di kta banda aceh dan menjelaskan hambatan pemerintahan Illiza Sa’aduddin Djamal dalam mewujudkan model kota madani di kota Banda Aceh.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Studi lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Sedangkan penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder berdasarkan buku buku dan bacaan terkait.Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan implementasi kebijakan kepemimpinan Illiza Sa’aduddin Djamal dalam mewujudkan model kota madani serta faktor-faktor hambatan pemerintah Illiza Sa’aduddin Djamal dalam mewujudkan kota madani.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ada beberapa implementasi yang dilakukan oleh Pemko Banda Aceh yang pertama, Pemko Banda Aceh masih dalam tahap sosialisasi. Kedua, adanya dukungan dari dinas terkait dan juga LSM. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam mewujudkan Banda Aceh sebagai model kota madani, diantaranya masyarakat kota yang mejemuk, kurangnya pengawasan dalam proses merealisasikan kebijakan, adanya tarik ulur kepentingan terhadap pengimplementasian kebijakan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Kota madani dan Kebijakan Implementation Of Government Policy Of Banda Aceh City In Madani CityABSTRACT In terms of civilization, a civilization back and forth is seen from the life of the community. Field study to obtain primary data conducted by interview. While bibliography research to obtain secondary data based on books and related reading.The results of this study explain the implementation of the leadership policy of Illiza Sa'aduddin Djamal in realizing the model of the madani city and the factors of government obstacle Illiza Sa'aduddin Djamal in realizing the madani city.The conclusion of this research there are some implementation performed by Pemko Banda Aceh first, Pemko Banda Aceh still in socialization stage. Second, support from relevant agencies and NGOs. Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Pemberitaan Larangan Berkendara Anak Dibawah Umur Terhadap Persepsi Orang Tua di Gampong Garot Geuceu Kecamatan Darul Imarah Aceh Besar. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini bagaimana pengaruh pemberitaan larangan berkendara anak di bawah umur terhadap persepsi orang tua di Gampong Garot Geuceu Kecamatan Darul Imarah Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orang tua mengenai pemberitaan yang melarang anak di bawah umur berkendara, di Gampong Garot Geuceu Kecamatan Darul Imarah Aceh Besar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mdeskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu metode yang bertujuan mengembangkan dan menggunakan model yang matematis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Darul Imarah Aceh Besar, dan yang di jadikan responden adalah masyarakat gampong Garot Geuceu. Teori pendukung yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori S-O-R. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane yakni menjadi 100 orang. Dengan teknik penarikan sample menggunakan Purposive sampling dengan teknik penarikan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis di terima dengan nilai thitung adalah 2,410. Sedangkan untuk ttabel dapat diketahui α = 5% atau dengan signifikan = 0,05 pada uji dua sisi, dengan derajat kebebasan (df) diketahui n - 2 atau 100 - 2 = 98, maka diperoleh ttabel = 1,660. Maka nilai thitung ttabel yaitu 2,410 1,664 dan nilai signifikan (lihat tabel analisis Koefisien Korelasi Product Moment) yaitu 0,000 0,05 maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima. Hal ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa pemberitaan tentang larangan berkendara anak di bawah umur melalui media massa oleh pihak SATLANTAS/kepolisian, dinilai berpengaruh terhadap persepsi para orang tua. Sehingga para orang tua yang memiliki anak masih di bawah umur sudah tidak mengizinkan anaknya untuk mengendarai kendaraan, apabila umur seorang anak belum memiliki umur yang cukup untuk berkendara..Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Pengaruh Pemberitaan, Teori S-O-Rtitle : The Influence of Preaching of Children BelongingTo Parents Perception in Gampong Garot Geuceu Sub Darul Imarah AcehBesarabstract : Research entitled The Influence of Preaching of Children BelongingTo Parents Perception in Gampong Garot Geuceu Sub Darul Imarah AcehBesar. The problem in this research is how the influence of the prohibition of driving minor son the perception of parents in Gampong Garot Geuceu Darul Imarah District, AcehBesar. This study aims to determine the influence of parents about the news that prohibits minors driving, in Gampong Garot Geuceu Darul Imarah District of Aceh Besar. The method used in this study deskriptif quantitative, the method that aims to develop and use a mathematical model. This research was conducted in Darul Imarah Aceh Besar, and the respondents were the gampong Garot Geuceu community. The supporting theory used in this research is S-O-R theory. The research sample was obtained by using Taro Yamane formula that is 100 people.With sampling technique using Purposive sampling with technique of data withdrawal using questionnaire. The results showed that the hypothesis received with the t countis 2.410. As for t table can be know nα=5% or with significant =0,05 on two – sided test, with degrees of freedom (df) knownn-2 or100-2=98, then obtained ttable=1.660. Then the value of tcountttable is 2,4101,664 and significant value (see table analysis of ProductMoment Correlation Coefficient) is 0,0000,05 then it can be concluded that Ha accepted. It can be stated that the news about the prohibition of driving minors through mass media by the SATLANTAS/police, considered to have an effect on the perceptions of the parents. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana persepsi membentuk hubungan sosial antar masyarakat dan Pihak Pembangunan PLTA Peusangan Aceh Tengah. masyarakat Kabupaten Aceh Tengah Kecamatan Silih Nara, Kampung Burni Bius dan Kampung Remesen Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Kualitatif, sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah: Observasi, wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data merupakan proses mengatur dan megurutkan data,mengoranisasikannya menjadi satu pola, kategori, dan satu uraian dasar. responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang berada di Kecamatan Silih Nara responden penelitiannya ialah masyarakat yang lebih di khususkan berdomisili di Kecamatan Kampung Burni Bius dan di Kampung Remesen,imporman kunci berjumlah 7 orang, dan imforman umum berjulah 8 orang. Penduduk merupakan faktor penting dan menjadi modal dasar dari pembangunan yang sangat besar pengaruhnya dalam mewujudkan mayarakat yang adil dan makmur. Jumlah keseluruhan informan sebanyak 15 (lima belas) orang. Dari rangkaian kegiatan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa sedikitnya terdapat 3 (tiga) faktor yang mempengaruhi (a) Merupakan faktor yang terdapat dalam individu yang mempersepsikan. (b) Karakteristik target yang dipersepsi.(c) situasi terjadinya persepsi. persepsi dalam proses pembangunan PLTA Peusangan Aceh Tengah ini dapat terlihat sistem nilai yang terjadi.Kata kunci: persepsi, Hubungan, dan pembangunan.Perceptions of the People Against the Development of PLTA peusangan Aceh TengahABSTRACTThe objective of this research was to figure out the perception of the society members related to their social relationship with the parties responsible for the development of the hydroelectric power plant in Peusangan, Central Aceh. The society members are those living in Burni Bius and Remesen Villages of Silih Nara Sub-District in Central Aceh Regency. Qualitative research method was employed and the data needed were collected by means of observation, interview, and documentation. The data collected were then analyzed by using interactive data analysis that includes three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. The research population included all of the people living in Silih Nara Sub-District while those living in Burni Bius and Remesen Villages were chosen as the research samples. Society members have important roles in realizing a just and prosperous society. There were 10 informants chosen in this research. The results indicated that there were at least three factors related to perception. They are (a) the personality of the one perceiving, (b) the characteristics of the perceived target, and (c) the context of the perception. Moreover, the perception related to the process of building the hydroelectric power plant in Peusangan showed that a value system is important in the society.Keywords: perception, development, value

The title of this research is Interpersonal Communication of Teachers and Autism (Study at Sekolah Dasar Luar Biasa Negeri SDLBN Kabupaten Bireuen). The aims of this study is to find out how the interpersonal communication of teachers and autism students and its characteristics along with the steps in achieving effective communication, as well as to find out the supporting factor and the obstacle factor at SDLBN Bireuen. Descriptive qualitative method is used in this study as the approach. Research subject is 5 teachers as the informants. Data collection technique which is used in this study is interview, observation and documentation study. Self Disclosure Theory is used in this study. The results showed the interpersonal communication of teachers and autism look from the characteristics of openness, empathy, support, positive feelings, and similarities to make effective communication. In addition, game equipment becomes a supporting factor in interpersonal communication, although it has little obstacle when hyperactive of autism students relapse, but overall interpersonal communication that is done by teachers and autism students at SDLBN Bireuen works and succeeds.Keyword:

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul Strategi Komunikasi Safety Riding Polisi Lalu Lintas Dalam Mengurangi Angka Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas di Kota Banda Aceh. Permasalahannyadilandasi oleh tingginya angka kecelakaan yang terjadi karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang Safety Riding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi Safety Riding polisi lalu lintas dalam mengurangi angka kecelakaan lalu lintas di kota Banda Aceh. Teori yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah teoriperencanaan (Theory of Planning), karena teoritersebut dapatmenggambarkan bagaimana proses perencanaan pihak polisi lalu lintas dalam merencanakan strategi komunikasi sebelum menyampaikan pesan mengenai pentingnya keselamatan dalam berkendara kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini subjekterdapat 6 informan yang terdiri dari 2 polisi lalu lintas dan 4 masyarakat.Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan ialah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Stratetgi komunikasi Safety Riding sudah menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan dalam mengurangi angka kecelakaan di jalan raya dan strategi ini sudah memenuhi kriteria dari bentuk strategi komunikasi sebuah organisasi yang telah dirangkum. Meskipun strategi komunikasi Safety Riding telah diterapkan dengan baik oleh polisi lalu lintas, masyarakat masih saja ada yang tidak melaksanakan Safety Riding, sehingga kecelakaan masih saja terjadi di kota Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: Strategi Komunikasi, Safety Riding “Communication Strategy Safety Riding in Road Accidents Number Reducing in Banda Aceh City ABSTRACT This research title is “Communication Strategy Of Traffic Cop Safety Riding in Road Accidents Number Reducing in Banda Aceh City”. The problems is based on high accident number caused by knowledge lack of the society about Safety Riding. This research aim is to know communication strategy of police Safety Riding to reduce of road accidents number in Banda Aceh city. The teory in this research is “theory of planning”. Because the teory could represent how the plan process by traffic cop in planning the communication strategy before convey the message about safety importance in driving to society. This research is qualitative research with describtive design. In this research subject, there are six informan who consist of two traffic cops and four persons. Safety Riding communication strategy has shown significant changes in reducing the number of road accidents and this strategy has met the criteria that have been summarized. Although the Safety Riding communication strategy has been well implemented by the traffic cop, society still does not implement Safety Riding, so the accident still occurs in the city of Banda Aceh.. Although the strategy of Safety Riding communication had setted by the traffic cops, many people who neglect the safety riding, hence many accidents have had happening in Banda Aceh city.Keywords: Communication Strategy, Safety Riding
