Abstract

Problems the Topic of the final project is a form of scientific writing that contains the results of observations from a study of the problems that occur with the use of methods related to the particular field of science. Every student in every program of study must draw up a final project. However, before embarking on writing the final project, each student must have the topic area as a destination, the step of selection the topic of final project is an initial step before working on the final task. One way to get the final task is to see the value of general courses as well as courses, concentration majors, the value of which dominate the is is decent to scope the research topic. this research is conducted on the application of the method of K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) for categorization of the value of the courses of concentration for the coverage of the research topic, topic the entire value in the dataset will be classified by KNN and in the optimization with the Particle swarm Optimization algorithm (PSO). The experimental categorization of the final project is built with the training data Mahasiswa Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo that has been classified previously and test data derived from the entire value of the courses is not yet known categories. The results of the experiments, the value of the resulting accuracy of algorithms KNN, namely the value of the best accuracy with K=3, K Folds = 10 has an accuracy that is 72.46% and the Algorithm of KNN-PSO best accuracy with K=3, K Folds = 10 has an accuracy that is 89.86%, shows the accuracy is better by using the optimization algorithm

Abstract

Propinsi Papua mempunyai banyak sekali obyek wisata antara lain obyek wisata alam, wisata sejarah, wisata budaya, wisata minat khusus, wisata kuliner, wisata olah raga, wisata belanja, dan wisata bahari. Namun kurangnya informasi menyebabkan wisatawan tidak mengetahui adanya tempat-tempat wisata yang menarik dan indah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, salah satunya dapat menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk mengetahui titik lokasi obyek dan daya tarik wisata di Propinsi Papua. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Website Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Propinsi Papua sudah cukup memadai tetapi masih ada kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pengembangan sebuah website yang interaktif. struktur menu pada website perlu diperbaharui karena kurangnya menu utama website ini berupa menu wisata yang terdiri dari wisata bahari, wisata alam, wisata budaya, wisata kuliner, dan wisata sejarah serta Tempat/Objek Wisata favorit untuk dipajang di Website untuk memberikan banyak informasi pada masyarakat tentang pariwisata di Propinsi Papua.

Abstract

This study proposes smart monitoring by utilizing IoT in agriculture which aims to assist farmers in monitoring crops in order to reduce the risk of failure. Quantitative method was employed to collect data from the Soil Moisture Sensor and DHT22 which are to read and write data that can be monitored on a cloud server or csv file to evaluate the risk. This monitoring system is created using the Python programming language by utilizing the Raspberry Pi as a microprocessor. The result of this study is data acquisition that is connected to the internet. Data can be accessed at Thingspeak to show indications and crop yields. Analogue form and indicators of water in soil moisture are indicated by colored marks. Proper monitoring shows more accurate crop data that enable the farmers to prevent crops from drying out. This system is expected to reduce the risk of crop failure as well as increase the agriculture productivity.

Abstract

With the increasing public demand for information and entertainment, the use of SMS media as a means of requesting and distributing information services is very efficient and innovative. For this purpose, businesses and offices that want to provide SMS-based information services require applications that can support this service. MS Workforce Distribution is one of the services to recruit workers through SMS. Besides that, it is also easier to get interview schedules for candidates or job seekers. This application runs after the system receives SMS that enters via mobile as the server. After being processed by a computer, the results will be sent back to the client or candidate who requested via mobile. In addition, there are broadcast systems that are announcements that inform clients or candidates. Java programming is multi-platform which can be used in a variety of System Operations and Windows. With the development of this application, it is expected to help clients or candidates to get the desired information faster.

Abstract

Batik is one type of fabric that is unique because it has a special motif, in Indonesia itself batik is unique because it has certain motifs that are made based on the culture from which batik was made. This study aims to examine the effect of the texture feature extraction method on the identification of batik motifs from five major islands in Indonesia. The method used in this study is the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix as the texture feature extraction of batik motifs to obtain good batik motif identification accuracy results and to determine the value of the proximity of the training data and image testing of batik motifs, the K-Nearest Neighbor classification method will be used based on texture feature extraction value obtained. In this experiment, 5 experiments will be carried out based on angles 0degrees, 45degrees, 90degrees, 135degrees, and 180degreesusing the values of k is1, 3, 5, and 7. The confusion matrix will be used to calculate the accuracy level of the K-Nearest Neighbor classification. From the results of experiments carried out using training data as many as 607 images and testing as many as 344 images in five classes used with angles of 0 degrees, 45degrees, 90degrees, 135degrees, 180degrees, and values of k are 1, 3, 5, and 7, getting the highest accuracy results is at an angle of 135degreesand 180degreeswith a value of k is 1 of 89.24% and the lowest is at an angle of 90degreeswith a value of k is 3 of 67.44%. This shows that the Gray level co-occurrence matrix method is good for extracting the texture features of batik motifs from five major islands in Indonesia, it is evidenced by the results of the average accuracy of the classification obtained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk merancang serta mengimplementasikan Mesin Penyaji beras secara digital dengan keluaran berat, harga dan rekap penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksprementaal yaitu dengan melakukan perancangan, pembuatan dan pengujian model sistem. Mesin Penyaji Beras secara digital dengan keluaran berat harga dan rekap penjualan telah berhasil dirancang dan dibuat dengan menggunakan mikrokontroller Arduino Mega 2560 dengan sensor berat (load cell). Alat ini dapat mempermudah pedagang dalam proses penimbangan beras, mesin penyaji beras secara digital dapat manampilkan informasi harga berat dan rekap penjualan beras maupun melakukan reset jika ada jenis beras baru dengan harga yang berbeda. Hasil pengujian sensor berat (load cell) menunjukkan terdapat selisih antara berat yang dihasilkan dengan target, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh wadah penampung beras hasil keluaran mesin penyaji beras ikut terdeteksi oleh sensor berat (load cell).

Abstract

In everyday life, humans often encounter problems in decision making, where problems that arise can be large or small, which are very influential in the results of decisions. Now humans are developing systems that can help determine the best alternative in a problem, namely the decision support system (DSS) in the decision support system there are alternatives, criteria and weights used to determine the best solution. The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to improve the performance productivity of an agency. So, from that competent human resources can support the level of performance, with performance appraisal, it will be known the achievements of each employee, this can be used by agencies as a consideration in determining the best employees. The purpose of this study is to create a good decision support system that can assist managers in evaluating the performance of an employee in an agency. Judging from the problem of the performance appraisal of an employee at PT. Cahaya iqra Mandiri is the object of research that produces the desired answer, the Admin section is a priority and can be implemented to determine neat administration and have important responsibilities in PT. cahaya iqra Mandiri.

Abstract

PT. Global Arta Borneo merupakan pemegang Izin Usaha Niaga Umum BBM Migas. Perusahaan tersebut bergerak dalam bidang Hilir Migas melalui Undang-Undang 22/2001 tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi dan Peraturan Pemerintah 36/2004, serta Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan No. 510/MP.1106504/PERINDAG. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan strategi yang dapat dikembangkan dalam perancangan SI/TI di PT. Global Arta Borneo. Penyelarasan strategi SI/TI dalam mendukung tujuan organisasi untuk mencapai keunggulan yang kompetitif dan meningkatkan daya saing, dilakukan dengan pendekatan Ward and Peppard Framework menggunakan metode analisis Five Force Factors, PEST, CSF, Value Chain serta McFarlan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan terdapat 10 strategi rencana kegiatan yang ditunjukkan dengan roadmap Teknologi Informasi dan sistem informasi yang akan dibangun dalam jangka waktu 5 tahun.

Abstract

The most used algorithm is the sorting algorithm. There have been many popping sorting algorithms that can be used, in this study researchers took three sorting algorithms namely Insertion Sort, Selection Sort, and Merge Sort. As for this study will analyze the comparison of execution time and memory usage by considering the number of enter data of each algorithm used. The data used in this study is ukhuwah NET network bandwidth usage data connected in the Faculty of Computer Science in the form of double data types. After implementing and analyzing in terms of execution time merge sort algorithm has a faster execution time in sorting data with an average execution time value of 108.593777 ms on the 3000 data count. While in the same amount of data for the most execution time is the Selection Sort algorithm with a large execution time of 144.498144 ms, in terms of memory usage with the amount of data3000 Merge Sort Algorithm has the highest memory usage compared to the other two algorithms which is 21,444 MB while the other two algorithms have a succession of memory usage of 20,837 MB and 20,325MB.

Abstract

Penyakit paru-paru pada manusia adalah salah satu penyakit yang banyak terjadi pada saat sekarang ini. Adapun beberapa jenis penyakit paru-paru diantaranya Turberkulosisi (TBC), Asma, Bronkhitis, pneumonia, Emfisema dan kanker paru-paru. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah K-Nearest Neighboryang merupakan salah satu metode yang cocok digunakan dalam pengklasifikasian penyakit paru-paru. Kelebihan KNN memiliki beberapa kelebihan yaitu bahwa tangguh terhadap training data yang noisy dan efektif apabila data latih nya besar. Solusi pada permasalahan penyakit paru-paru yaitu dapat suatu analisis yang terkomputerisasi dan diiringi dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi supaya proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisien. Tujuannya diharapkan metode KNN menghasilkan dugaan atau hasil diagnosa yang sama dengan diagnosa yang dilakukan oleh seorang ahli pada rumah sakit aloei saboe kota gorontalo.
