Hemoglobin level is a biochemical indicator to determine the nutritional status of pregnant women. Consuming date palm infused water regularly increases iron intake which of course will further increase the hemoglobin level of pregnant women, so that pregnant women who experience complaints and discomfort as a result of the side effects of blood supplement tablets are recommended to consume date infused water This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of date infused water on hemoglobin levels in term pregnant women at the UPTD Kawalimukti Health Office, Ciamis District Health Office in 2022. This type of research was quasi-experimental with a one group pretest posttest design. The population in the study were all term pregnant women at the UPTD Health Center Kawalimukti District Health Office. Ciamis as many as 30 pregnant women. As for the sampling technique using total sampling. The sample in this study were 30 respondents. It can be concluded that the date infused water has an effect on hemoglobin levels in term pregnant women at the UPTD Health Center Kawalimukti District Health Office. Ciamis in 2022 (p value 0.001 > 0.05)

Sleep quantity is a measure by which a person can easily initiate sleep and maintain sleep.Introduction: The effectiveness of baby massage on sleep quantity was influenced by increase in catecholamine hormone that trigger growth and development stimulations, increase appetite, increase body weight, increase sleep quality and quantity, and stimulate brain structure and function development. Objective of the research was to determinw effects of applying a baby massage to quantity of sleep for babies aged 3- 12 months at PMB Afita Delianah Turen. Methods: researcher applied one group pretest and posttest approaches. This research sample was 15 infants aged 3- 12month in accordance with inclusion criteria. In collecting technique applied SOP baby massage and observation sheets. Results: Using wilcoxson Analysis Test that acquiring significant values of 0. 000< (0. 05). Conclusion: There is effects of a baby massage application on sleep quantity of babies aged 3- 12months at PMB Afita Delianah Turen. It is recommended that mothers who have babies with sleep quantity disorders can be overcome with Baby Massage.

Efforts that can be made in optimizing the baby's weight in addition to the nutrition provided by the mother and one other way are the need for stimulation or what is commonly known as baby massage. Baby massage using coconut oil (VCO) is a stimulation that is beneficial in increasing nutritional intake and is also beneficial for mothers in increasing confidence in caring for their babies VCO contains MCFA which can increase body weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of infant massage using coconut oil content on increasing the weight of infants aged 4-6 months at the Pakuan Ratu Health Center. This study uses a research method that is experimental with a pre-experimental approach (one group pretest posttest). Based on the total sampling technique obtained a total sample of 44 respondents. The research results show; 1). Most of those who visited the Pakuan Ratu Health Center in Kab. Way Kanan was female, with 24 babies (54.5%), 2). Most of those who visited the Pakuan Ratu Health Center in Kab. Way Kanan was 5 months old with 16 babies (36.4%). 3). The weight of infants aged 4-6 months at the Pakuan Ratu Health Center before being massaged using coconut oil was 6,000-7,000 grams in 19 children (43.2%). 4). The weight of babies aged 4-6 months at the Pakuan Ratu Health Center after being massaged using coconut oil was in part 0.001-8.000 grams as many as 17 children (38.6%). 5). 4– 6 months at the Pakuan Ratu Health Center, Kab. Right Way (p value 0.000 <0.05). The community should pay more attention to the growth and development of their babies both in terms of fulfilling nutrition, environmental hygiene and parenting patterns for babies to maximize the growth and development of babies, especially in increasing the baby's weight by providing stimulation to the baby.

HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) adalah virus golongan RNA, yang spesifik menyerang sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia dan menyebabkan AIDS. Di provinsi Jawa Timur pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 8.935 orang penderita HIV dan sebanyak 958 orang penderita AIDS. Di Kabupaten Proolinggo sampai dengan Desember 2021 jumlah kasus HIV mencapai 65 kasus dan jumlah kasus kumulatif AIDS mencapai 615 kasus. Rendahnya kepatuhan minum obat ARV dapat dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan keyakinan pada penderita HIV. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelasi dengan tehnik sampling Non probability sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Leces Kecamatan Leces Kabupaten Probolinggo pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2022. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner, diperoleh jumlah sampel 30 responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan antar variabel digunakan uji statistik Regresi Logistik Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi logistik ganda diperoleh nilai signifikan dari variabel sikap dan keyakinan ialah < ? = 0,05 yang artinya Ha diterima. Sehingga ketika dilakukan uji statistik secara bersamaan ada hubungan sikap dan keyakinan dengan kepatuhan minum obat ARV, serta variabel sikap dan keyakinan sam-sama memiliki tingkat hubungan yang tinggi dengan kepatuhan minum obat ARV pada wanita HIV positif di Puskesmas Leces Kecamatan Leces Kabupaten Probolinggo. Untuk itu diharapkan bisa memperbaiki sikap dan meningkatkan keyakinan agar kepatuhan minum obat ARV pada wanita HIV positif menjadi lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Sikap, Keyakinan, Kepatuhan, ARV, HIV

are in the same direction as the nipples and their tissue surrounds the ducts, blood vessels and lobules in the breast. Early detection of breast cancer is a person's attempt to be able to find out the disease by means of examination with several predetermined procedures so that it can be seen clearly whether a person has an abnormality. The general aim is to find out the relationship between family support, information, attitudes towards the behavior of early detection of breast cancer in class X young women at Madrasah Aliyah Kaimana West Papua in 2021. The research design used was cross-sectional. The population in this study was class X youth with a total of 85 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative and the data that can be used is primary data taken by filling out a questionnaire. Sampling using total sampling method. Using univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi square statistical test. The results of the univariate analysis found that there were more adolescents in Madrasah Aliyah who answered adequately. The behavior of early detection of breast cancer, the most attitudes answered negatively, the most answered information was incomplete and the most family support answered quite supportive. In the chi square test, the relationship between attitude and p-value = 0.002, the information relationship p-value = 0.000, the relationship between family support and the p-value = 0.000. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between attitudes, information, and family support for the behavior of early detection of breast cancer in students at the Madrasah Aliyah Kaimana West Papua in 2021. So it is suggested that it is necessary to increase the frequency of outreach about environmental attitudes, information, family support for the behavior of early detection of breast cancer

Baby massage can stimulate the development of baby's gross motor skills, which is part of motor activity that involves large or gross muscle skills. The ability to use large muscles for babies is a basic movement ability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between infant massage and gross motor development in infants aged 3-6 months at Nareswara Mom and Baby Care Kudus. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consisted of 50 infants aged 3-6 months at Nareswara Mom and Baby Care, Kudus, with the sampling technique using total sampling. Analysis of research data using univariate and bivariate analysis using chi square. The results of the univariate analysis showed that there were 33 babies (66%) aged 3-6 months who were in the routine category, while there were 17 babies (34%) who were in the non-routine category. Furthermore, gross motor development was normal in 24 infants (48%), gross motor development in question was in 17 infants (34%), and gross motor development was deviant in 9 infants (18%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that 22 respondents (44%) had normal gross motor development for infants aged 3-6 months who had regular massages, 9 respondents had doubts (18%), and 2 respondents had deviations (4%). Furthermore, infants aged 3-6 months in the non-routine category with normal gross motor development were 2 respondents (4%), doubtful 8 respondents (16%), and deviant 7 respondents (14%). Then the results of the chi square test show the sig. Asyim (P-Value) of 0.000 is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Statistically, there is a relationship between infant massage and gross motor development for infants aged 3-6 months at Nareswara Mom and Baby Care, Kudus. Thus it is hoped that mothers who have babies routinely provide baby massage stimulation in order to improve the baby's gross motor development.

The first trimester is an important period in pregnancy, because at this time the formation of organs including the fetal brain occurs. In some pregnant women have problems meeting their nutritional needs, which is caused by nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving lavender aromatherapy to reducing nausea and vomiting in pregnant women with first trimester emesis gravidarum at PMB Musdalifah. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental method with a pretest - posttest approach with a control group design. This study consisted of 2 groups, where 1 group was the control group and 1 group was the intervention group that was given lavender aromatherapy. The population of this study were 48 pregnant women at PMB Musdalifah. As for the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 32 respondents who were divided into 2 groups with a ratio of 1:1. Data processing uses editing, coding, scoring, tabulating with Mann Whitney data analysis. It can be concluded based on the results of hypothesis testing showing a p value of 0.045 (p value <0.05) so that Ha is accepted. There is the Effectiveness of Giving Lavender Aromatherapy to Reducing Nausea Vomiting in Pregnant Women with Emesis Gravidarum Trimester I at PMB Musdalifah. Based on the above conclusions, it is expected to increase the participation of pregnant women to use non-pharmacological treatments such as lavender aromatherapy.

One of the efforts to reduce infant mortality is through the exclusive breastfeeding program. A new method introduced to prevent and overcome problems in breastfeeding is by doing lactation massage. Lactation massage is a new breakthrough in dealing with problems around breastfeeding. Lactation massage is a massage technique performed on the head or neck area, back, spine and breasts which aims to stimulate the hormones prolactin and oxytocin. This study aims to find out how the smoothness of milk production differs in Post Partum Mother Lactation Massage at PMB Carniah Jakarta. This type of research is quasi-experimental with Intact-Group Comparison. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers in September - November at BPM Carniah Jakarta, totaling 30 post partum mothers. As for the sampling technique using total sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 30 people consisting of 15 experimental groups (post partum mothers who were given lactation massage) with the criteria of post partum mothers being given lactation massage, namely on day 1 to day 14 for 15 minutes every day and 15 people in the control group (post partum mothers who were not given lactation massage). It can be concluded based on the results of the hypothesis test showing a p value of 0.041 <0.05 so that there is a difference in the smoothness of milk production in post partum mothers who are given lactation massage and those who are not given lactation massage at PMB Carniah Jakarta. It is hoped that health workers and health workers will introduce the concept of the importance of doing lactation massage to post partum mothers to support the fulfillment of exclusive breastfeeding for babies aged 0-6 months in the community by providing counseling to mothers once a month.

Nausea and vomiting in pregnancy are the reaction of the mother's body to the changes that occur as a result of pregnancy. Nausea and vomiting if not treated immediately will become Hyperemesis Gravidarum(HEG).Symptoms of nausea and vomiting in HEG can be prevented non-pharmacologically with acupressure therapy and citrus lemon aromatherapy. Aims the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of acupressure at the neigaun point (P6) and inhalation of citrus lemon aromatherapy in reducing the frequency of first trimesternausea and vomiting at Samarinda Medika Citra Hospital. Methods this study uses a true experimental design. The population is all first trimester pregnant women who experienced nausea and vomiting and underwent outpatient care at Samarinda Medika Citra Hospital. Sampling technique with consecutive sampling of 36 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant effect of giving acupressure at the neiguan point (P6) and inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy in reducing the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the first trimester (p-value = 0,000). Nausea and vomiting can occur in first trimester pregnant women at 6-12 weeks of gestation. So that pregnant women are advised to do acupressure and inhalation of citrus lemon aromatherapy to reduce the frequency of nausea and vomiting which do not cause side effects

Hospital success is the main goal or vision of the hospital to provide services or products that are beneficial to the entire community at large (consumers). Hospitals will be able to win market competition if the hospital's products or services are more popular and trusted than other hospitals. The performance report on the marketing department of Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital shows that the marketing target achievement in 2022 does not meet the KPI (key performance indicators) target, but the hospital's engagement rate/BOR (Bed occupation rate) reached 82.35%, this is deemed necessary to carry out a suitability analysis. This study aims to analyze the relationship between marketing mix and purchasing decisions for inpatients at Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital. This type of research uses analytical research with a quantitative approach, cross sectional method. Data analysis used the Kendall's Tau test, sampling used simple random sampling. The findings of this study show that there is a relationship between the marketing mix of Price, Promotion, Place, Process, and Physical Evidence. physical) with purchasing decisions. Provides a better understanding of the importance of marketing mix management in the healthcare industry, especially in hospitals. By understanding how these factors relate to patient purchasing decisions, Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital can take more effective actions to improve marketing performance and fulfill its vision of providing quality services to the community.
