Abstract

Plaque is the main cause of damage teeth. For the user oforthodonthic, mild inflammatory caused by plaque will bemore severe because leftover food attached to braceseasier and difficult to clean. Chew pineapple and starfruitmake mechanical motion of the teeth because of thechewingnecessity longer to the fibrous food, more overthe adictic of pineapple and starfruit can help ini increasingsaliva. So that can reduce plaque and remove the leftoverfood between the teeth, so can avoid fromdemineralization.To determine the effect of chewing pineapplesand starfruits to care oforthodontic patient.Research done by using Quasi eksperiment study. Locationand implementation research taken at Alamanda DentalClinic Yogyakarta in June until September 2012 with thecare of orthodontic population of patient at Alamanda DentalClinic Yogyakarta. The samples used was 40, takenwith Quota Sampling technic. The variable of influenceswere chewing fruits, the variable of influences was plaquescore. Analysis of the data used was Paired Sample t-testwith significancy level = 0,05. Result of the study showedthe number of respondent distribution before chewing pineapplethere was 18 respondent with the percentage 90%had criteria of score medium plaque, 2 respondent withthe percentage 10% had criteria of score bad plaque. Afterconsumed pineapple, plaque score with good criteriaaccupied the highest position, viz.16 respondents with thepercentage 80% and the next was plaque score with mediumcriteria, viz. 4 respondents with the percentage 20%,In intervensi chewing the starfruits group, there was 18respondent with the percentage 10% had the criteria ofscore bad plaque. After consumed starfruits, plaque scorewith good criteria accupied the highest position, viz. 17respondents with the percentage 85% and the next wasplaque score with medium criteria, viz. 3 respondents withthe percentage 15%. From the statistical paired sample ttest,the result was p=0,000 (p value=0,05) it means therewas an effect for consumed pineapples and starfuits inplaque score to care of orthodontic patient. Conclusion isthere was effect for consumed pineapples and starfruitsin plaque score to care of orthodontic patient at AlamandaDental Clinic Yogyakarta with significant score from theresult of Paired sample t-test p=0,000 (p value<0,005).

Abstract

Work stress is a state of physical and psychological imbalance that can interfere with the implementation of tasks in achieving work performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the work stress of medical record officers, for that a survey was conducted and questionnaires were distributed to obtain data. The population in this study were medical record officers with a sample size of 40 people, using the non-probability sampling technique with the quota sampling method. The three variables studied were the work environment, technological developments and work motivation. The number of questionnaires used in this study were 40 questionnaires. Then quantitative data analysis was carried out categorizing the scores on a high, medium and low scale with the help of the SPSS version 25 application program. According to statistical calculations, the results of the assessment of work environment variables were 52.5% in the high category. While the variable of technological development is 57.5% in the high category and work motivation is 72.5% in the medium category.

Abstract

Jumlah perokok usia remaja dengan rentang usia 14-19 tahun, di Indonesia terusmeningkat. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan remaja merokok salah satu alasan agar diterimadikalangan kelompoknya, pengaruh lingkungan sosialnya (keluarga, teman sebaya dan guruyang merokok). Tujuan penelitian menganalisis kondisi lingkungan sosial terhadap perilakumerokok remaja. Jenis penelitian adalah explanatory research dengan rancangan crosssectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pelajar remaja yang berada di KecamatanPangarengan Kabupaten Sampang Madura yaitu sebanyak 1.610. Teknik pengambilan sampeldilakukan menggunakan Simple Random Sampling, maka diperoleh sampel penelitian sebesar214. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Square dan analisis Regresi Logistik. Variabellingkungan sosial yang mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap perilaku merokokadalah semua variabel yang ada yaitu lingkungan keluarga, teman sebaya, guru, idola, danlingkungan budaya, karena mempunyai nilai P yang lebih kecil dari ?= 0,05. Lingkungan sosialyaitu lingkungan keluarga, teman sebaya, dan budaya mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perilakumerokok, dan untuk karakteristik yang mempengaruhi perilaku merokok adalah jenis kelamindan usia. Kekuatan hubungan dapat dilihat dari nilai OR (EXP{B}). Kekuatan hubungan dariyang terbesar ke yang terkecil adalah dukungan teman sebaya/peer (OR=1,988), dan budaya(1,103).

Abstract

Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital in recording the borrowing and returning of outpatient medical records still uses expedition books which are recorded manually. The research aims to design and develop an information system to facilitate the process of borrowing and returning outpatient medical record files using the Waterfall method approach. The Waterfall method was chosen because of its ability to divide system development into structured stages, starting from requirements analysis to maintenance. The needs analysis stage involves an in-depth study of existing processes and user needs. Next, system design is carried out by building a design plan that includes database structure, user interface design, and system workflow. System implementation is carried out by developing applications based on previous designs, while system testing is carried out thoroughly to ensure quality and performance before full implementation. The maintenance stage is carried out to ensure system operation and carry out continuous repairs and improvements. As a result, it is hoped that this system can improve the efficiency and quality of outpatient medical record file management and health services as a whole. The conclusion of this research is the successful design and development of a computer-based information system for borrowing and returning outpatient medical records at Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital using the waterfall method.

Abstract

The digital transformation of health is one proof of technological developments in health services. The implementation of health digitalization in the Surabaya City environment has started on November 10 2014 and in 2020 it will be ready to transform into an Electronic Health Record (EHR). The implementation of EHR began with the implementation of RME at Surabaya City Health Centers since March 2022. However, RME implementation is still not optimal, so research needs to be carried out on the completeness of RME at East Surabaya Regional Health Centers. This research method uses a type of quantitative research that collects data in the form of numbers using an observational approach. The population used is RME patients at Community Health Centers in the East Surabaya Region, namely Menur Health Center and Keputih Health Center, while the research sample will be taken using the Cochran Formula. The results of the identified data will be processed using Microsoft Excel for quantitative analysis and will be presented in table form to describe the object. The results of the research show that incomplete filling in of patients' RME at the East Surabaya Community Health Center General Polyclinic is found in the Identity, Important Reports and Authentication components, while the Documentation component is 100% complete. It can be concluded that the incompleteness of RME filling at the East Surabaya Community Health Center reaches 70%, the data is not complete.

Abstract

Sekolah merupakan tempat yang wajib bebas dari asap rokok. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih terdapat temuan aktifitas merokok yang dilakukan di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di UPTD SDN Pacanggaan 1 Kabupaten Sampang Madura, dengan melibatkan semua pihak di sekolah, temasuk guru, staf, siswa dan orang tua murid. Kegiatan ini mengupas beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya aktifitas merokok di lingkungan sekolah, termasuk kurangnya penegakan kebijakan, kurangnya kesadaran akan bahaya rokok, dan pengaruh lingkungan di luar sekolah. Melalui kerja sama antar sekolah dan orang tua murid, kegiatan ini berhasil menimbulkan solusi seperti meningkatkan kesadaran akan kebijakan kawasan bebas asap rokok, mengadakan program anti rokok, dan memperkuat penegakan kebijakan tersebut. Selain itu, hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran akan bahaya merokok dan tindakan konkrit untuk mengurangi aktifitas merokok di lingungan sekolah melalui program anti-rokok dan pemberlakuan sanksi bagi pelanggar. Kegiatan ini menyoroti pentingnya komitmen bersama dalam menciptakan sekolah bebas asap rokok yang sehat dan ramah anak. Melibatkan semua pihak sekolah dan orang tua murid merupakan langkah kunci dalam mengatasi tantangan terkait terjadinya aktifitas merokok di lingkungan sekolah.Schools are places that must be free from cigarette smoke. However, in practice there are still findings of smoking activities carried out in the school environment. This activity was carried out at UPTD SDN Pacanggaan 1 Sampang Madura Regency, involving all parties at the school, including teachers, staff, students, and parents. This activity explores several factors that cause smoking in the school environment, including lack of policy enforcement, lack of awareness of the dangers of smoking, and environmental influences outside the school. Through collaboration between schools and parents, this activity succeeded in creating solutions such as increasing awareness of smoke-free area policies, holding anti-smoking programs, and strengthening enforcement of these policies. Apart from that, the results of this activity are increased awareness of the dangers of smoking and concrete actions to reduce smoking activities in the school environment through anti-smoking programs and the implementation of sanctions for violators. This activity highlights the importance of joint commitment to create smoke-free schools that are healthy and child-friendly. Involving all school officials and parents is a key step in overcoming challenges related to smoking in the school environment.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Retensi atau penyusutan dan kelengkapan berkas rekam medis merupakan masalah penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam rumah sakit karena berpengaruh terhadap kualitas rekam medis. Tujuan: Penelitian ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan penghambat di instalasi rekam medis di Rumah Sakit X Surabaya. Metode: Menggunakan elemen 4M + 1T, penelitan ini menggunakan penyajian secara deskriptif dengan memaparkan hasil dari observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, selanjutnya peneliti menganalisis prioritas masalah dengan metode USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth). Hasil: Peneliti menemukan permasalahan di Rumah sakit X Surabaya dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara bahwa hasil variabel man ada 4 yaitu kurangnya SDM pada setiap unit, variabel machine yang kami temukan tidak adanya alat pencetak gelang bayi laki-laki dan perempuan, variabel material yang kami temukan yaitu Sistem pada komputer sering mengalami delay dan finger print tidak terbaca, variabel methode yang kami temukan adalah kurang lengkapnya pengisian dokumen rekam medis. Untuk perhitungan prioritas masalah dengan metode USG peneliti meminta responden berjumlah sembilan orang yang berasal dari instalasi rekam medis. Dan didapatkan dua prioritas masalah yaitu belum diadakan reteni berkas rekam medis dan kurang lengkapnya pengisian berkam medis.Kesimpulan:  Dapat dikemukakan bahwa perlu diadaknya pembuatan aplikasi khusus retensi berkas rekam medis. Dan perlu diadakan tenaga monitoring di unit pelayanan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

Hospital success is the main goal or vision of the hospital to provide services or products that are beneficial to the entire community at large (consumers). Hospitals will be able to win market competition if the hospital's products or services are more popular and trusted than other hospitals. The performance report on the marketing department of Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital shows that the marketing target achievement in 2022 does not meet the KPI (key performance indicators) target, but the hospital's engagement rate/BOR (Bed occupation rate) reached 82.35%, this is deemed necessary to carry out a suitability analysis. This study aims to analyze the relationship between marketing mix and purchasing decisions for inpatients at Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital. This type of research uses analytical research with a quantitative approach, cross sectional method. Data analysis used the Kendall's Tau test, sampling used simple random sampling. The findings of this study show that there is a relationship between the marketing mix of Price, Promotion, Place, Process, and Physical Evidence. physical) with purchasing decisions. Provides a better understanding of the importance of marketing mix management in the healthcare industry, especially in hospitals. By understanding how these factors relate to patient purchasing decisions, Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital can take more effective actions to improve marketing performance and fulfill its vision of providing quality services to the community.

Abstract

Perekam medis dan Informasi Kesehatan merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang wajib ada dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan dan sesuai dengan PERMENKES RI No. 55 tahun 2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada lima Puskesmas yang berada di wilayah Surabaya Timur dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan PERMENKES RI No. 55 tahun 2013 Pasal 13 ayat 3 tentang penyelenggaraan pekerjaan Perekam medis dalam melaksanakan sistem klasifikasi klinis dan kodefikasi penyakit yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan dan tindakan medis seusai dengan ICD-10 dan ICD-9. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi pada petugas Perekam medis yang melakukan klasifikasi klinis dan kodefikasi penyakit. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Perekam medis dalam melakukan pengkodingan di Puskesmas wilayah Surabaya Timur tidak melakukan pengkodingan diagnosa medis dan tindakan tetapi hanya sebatas pengecekan ulang koding yang sudah diisi oleh dokter, perawat atau unit terkait yang memberikan pelayanan, dalam hal ini masih belum sesuai dengan PERMENKES No. 55 Tahun 2013 Pasal 13 Ayat 3 tentang penyelenggaraan pekerjaan Perekam medis, yang harusnya Perekam medis melakukan pengkodingan. Sosialisasi tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan Perekam medis untuk mempunyai kewenangan dalam melaksanakan sistem klasifikasi klinis dan kodefikasi penyakit yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan dan tindakan medis sesuai terminologi medis yang benar sangat diperlukan

Abstract

One of the efforts made by the government in improving the sanitation status of the community is the STBM (Community Based Total Sanitation) Program. Tulungagung Regency has been designated as the 22nd Regency / City in East Java Province that is Open Defecation Free (ODF), but the verifier team still found around 1.3% of Tulungagung residents who do not have safe latrines and 7% of Tulungagung residents who still share latrines with other families. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of mothers of infants and toddlers about the pillars of community-based total sanitation in Notorejo Village, Tulungagung Regency. The method used in the implementation of activities in February 2024. The activity method is in the form of exposure to counseling material. question and answer and pre and post test measurements. The results of community service obtained that there is an increase in knowledge after counseling mothers of infants and toddlers about the pillars of community-based total sanitation. Further evaluation can be carried out to measure the extent to which the increase in knowledge brings changes in the sanitation behavior of the local community.
