Young people often have fast and underdeveloped decisions, one of which is irrational consumption activities such as compulsive purchases. Some research shows the occurrence of compulsive buying behavior, one of which is due to psychological factors. This study aims to reveal how moods, self-esteem, and attitudes about student money can influence compulsive buying behavior. The data in the study was taken through a measurement scale questionnaire on public or private students in an incidental way to 100 students in the city of Semarang, then with Warp PLS based inferential statistics. From the results of the study showed that mood, self-esteem, a positive effect on compulsive purchases, attitudes about money while negatively affecting compulsive purchases. The implications of this research are psychological factors, it should be controlled through student learning maturity towards personal behavior.

The determinants of success are the elements that shape to achieve success in competition for companies in the world of commerce. Success shows the performance of whether the company has succeeded or has not succeeded in achieving its mission and vision goals set before the company was established. companies that successfully identify and use specific strategies will enable them to achieve competitive advantage. This study focuses on the determinants of the successful growth of Mini market in Pekanbaru City. For this purpose 10 mini market entrepreneurs Mini market have been selected as respondents. This study aims to identify the determinants of success of Mini Marekt entrepreneurs. Data collection methods were conducted through interviews with management and company officers. The findings indicate that the three key determinants of the success of inddomaret and alfamart are the skill of reading the market sgement, specializing in opening a business and also the courage to face business challenges.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the UPPKS program, the role of UPPKS cadres, the supporting components of the UPPKS program and obstacles in family economic empowerment activities through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, Saradan, Madiun. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data uses source triangulation. The results show, (1) The implementation of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village runs quite well in savings and loan activities. (2) The role of UPPKS cadres in Sukorejo Village is as facilitators in conveying what their members want to the UPPKS program organizers. (3) Supporting components in the implementation of UPPKS activities in Sukorejo Village are Village Village, Saradan PLKB, and BKKBN. (4) Obstacles in the process of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village, namely the existence of members who are less active in the activities of UPPKS groups and members who move domiciles, so that UPPKS members are reduced.

One of the topics of discussion among teachers, especially in the Office Administration Expertise Program of SMK Negeri 1 Magetan is the problem of managing learning by grouping students who sometimes experience obstacles and do not carry out as expected. This resulted in the results of group work becoming less than optimal and only a small percentage of students understood the group assignment material. As a result, when there is a test, there are still many students who get less grades from KKM or have not yet finished learning and classical learning completeness has not been achieved. This research is planned in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The results of the study were obtained (1) The application of STAD model cooperative learning can improve learning completeness to ensure the need for documents in class XII APk-1 SMK 1 Magetan in the academic year 2010/2011, (2) Application of STAD model cooperative learning can improve group learning activities in ensuring the need for documents in class XII APk-1 students at SMK Negeri 1 Magetan in the academic year 2010/2011, and (3) the application of STAD model cooperative learning is fun and can encourage students of class XII APK-1 at SMK Negeri 1 Magetan in the 2010 school year / 2011 to diligently study on basic competencies Ensuring the Need for Documents.

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning gallery walk type on learning outcomes of class X1 students in SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan as well as an overview of student learning outcomes after the application of the learning model. This study used a Pre-Experimental Research Design The one Pretest-posttest Design group with a population of all students in class X1 Perbaungan 1 High School, amounting to 30 students. Because the population is relatively small so that samples are taken as much as 100% of the population, the number of samples in this study are 30 students (One Experimental Class). Data collection is done by using questionnaires, tests, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the walk gallery type cooperative learning model had a correlation of 0.782 in the medium category with a simple regression analysis equation Y = -12.507 +1.641X. The results of hypothesis testing with SPSS obtained tcount = 6.640 and ttable of 2.048 with a calculated value abel t table with a value of 6.640 ³2.048 with a significance value of 0.000 so H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, this indicates that the influence of the gallery walk type cooperative learning model on results studying class X1 Negeri 1 Perbaungan students. The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of the learning model is 61.2 percent, while 38.8 percent is influenced by other factors that have not been studied in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of family environment and peer interaction on the learning behavior of XI SMA Patra Dharma Balikpapan students. Samples were obtained by means of random or random sampling techniques, with a sample of 95 students. How to collect data in this study by distributing questionnaires to class XI students of Patra Dharma High School students. To prove the hypothesis in this study by using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that partially family environment, peer interaction affects the learning behavior of class XI students of Patra Dharma High School Balikpapan, this is shown by looking at the value of t count 2.223> t table 1,660 for family environment variables and t count 2,946> t table 1,660 for peer interaction. Whereas simultaneously the family environment, peer interaction affects the learning behavior of XI Patra Dharma Balikpapan class XI students, this is indicated by the calculated F value of 9.204 greater than Ftable = 3,098.

At the time of the Industrial Revolution now the Indonesian government program for equity, has been re-launched society 5.0. Society 5.0 is an era initiated by the Japanese government with the concept of a human-centered society and technology-based. The current era of global competition requires the existence of quality learning to provide facilities for students in developing skills, skills and abilities as capital to face challenges in global life. Therefore it is necessary to apply the HOTS learning system (Higher Order Thinking Skills. Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is a process of thinking students in higher cognitive levels developed from various concepts and cognitive methods and taxonomy of learning such as problem solving methods, taxonomy bloom, and taxonomy of learning, teaching, and assessment.The main goal of high order thinking skills is how to improve students 'critical thinking skills at a higher level. The results are by applying HOTS learning (Higher Order Thinking Skills students' ability to think critically at school the middle class is faster in accepting various types of information, creative thinking in solving a problem using the knowledge they have and making decisions in complex situations.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence either partially or simultaneously between economic literacy and prakerin experience of entrepreneurship interest of class XI students of Office Administration (APK) program of SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan year lesson 2017/2018. This research is a quantitative research. Population in this research is class XI student of Office Administration skill program (APK) amounting to 73 students. Sampling technique by nonprobability sampling. Samples in this study were 73 students. Data analysis techniques using SPSS Version 23.00 For Windows. The result of data analysis in this research shows that can be concluded that there is a significant influence between economic literacy and prakerin experience of entrepreneurship interests kelsi XI skill program Administrative Office (APK) SMK Negeri 1 Pogalan year lesson 2017/2018. Overall influence of economic literacy and prakerin experience to entrepreneurship interest equal to 21,6%, while the rest equal to 78,4% influenced by other factors outside of variable in this research. The results of this study can be used as input and consideration material for learners, teachers and institutions to improve the quality of education and inculcate entrepreneurship interests in learners and can serve as a reference for further research by developing existing research.

Proof of the responsibility of the curator in the sale of bankrupt assets based on the Bankruptcy case decision Number: 08 / Pdt.Sus-PKPU / 2015 / PN-Niaga Medan is unclear, because in the decision there is no explanation of the witness evidence submitted by the applicant or the respondent. So in the case of proof it has been legally flawed and violated Article 163 point b Herzein Indonesis Reglement (H.I.R), Article 184 points b Buitengewesten Rechtsreglement (RBg) and Article 1866 points b Civil Code (KUH Perdata). In this ruling the author examines the lack of evidence that states the Respondent of the five archipelago employee cooperatives which were declared bankrupt by the Medan Commercial Court. Legal considerations by the panel of judges against the curator in the sale of bankrupt assets based on the PKPU case verdict Number: 08 / Pdt.Sus-PKPU / 2015 / PN.Mdn are inaccurate, because the decision of the panel of judges did not explain the duties of a curator in the sale of bankrupt assets which will cause a loss to the curator himself. So in this case illustrates that a judge does not carry out his duties as stipulated in Article 184 Herzein Indonesis Reglement (H.I.R).

Entrepreneurship is a course that aims to provide understanding and skills to students about entrepreneurs, in accordance with the learning objectives of being able to understand, analyze basic concepts of entrepreneurship and business ethics, create and use a trusted and effective business plan. This study aims to determine whether the implementation of entrepreneurship education affects the character building of UN PGRI Kediri economic education students in the practice of entrepreneurship, by looking at before and after getting KWU education whether it can generate character buliding for students. This study is classified as an experimental study using the Wilcoxon signed rank test design with one group pre test post test design. This study shows a positive result that entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on student character building.
