Abstract

Not a few teachers who do not understand the personality of students, in the process of teaching some teachers who do not understand the personality of students then the teacher will be difficult to deliver learning materials that will attract students who impact the knowledge transfer process becomes inhibited. From the problems that have been described previously it is necessary an expert system that can replace an expert in the field of psychology to identify the student's personality. Expert System in this study using Certainty Factor method in representing the knowledge gained. The application design from Expert System itself is designed with web-based, because with web-based applications can help the process of dissemination of information and knowledge with a wider area of ​​distribution. Abstract

The ability and speed of computers in processing data repeatedly and with a very large number is no doubt to produce the reports needed in the process of strategic decision-making. So at this time has been many companies and government agencies want to use computer technology to help solve their data processing problems. In the Office of Transportation (DISHUB) of Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, the data processing business licenses have been conducted frequently, but have not obtained accurate results. This is due to the use of information technology is still very less and implemented manually. The accuracy of the data is necessary to avoid irregularities and errors in reports. Application System will be proposed later using PHP programming language and MYSQL. All data entry will be processed in a Database. Abstract

Case Based Reasoning (CBR) is a computer system that used for reasoning old knowledge to solve new problems. It works by looking at the closest old case to the new case. This research attempts to establish a system of CBR for diagnosing heart disease. The diagnosis process is done by inserting new cases containing symptoms into the system, then the similarity value calculation between cases uses the minkowski distance similarity. Case taken is the case with the highest similarity value. If a case does not succeed in the diagnosis or threshold <0.80, the case will be revised by experts. Revised successful cases are stored to add the systemknowledge. Method with the best diagnostic result accuracy will be used in building the CBR system for heart disease diagnosis. The test results using medical records data validated by expert indicate that the system is able to recognize diseases heart using minskowski distance similarity correctly of 100%. Using minkowski get accuracy of 100%. Keywords : Case-Based Reasoning, Minkowski Distance Similarity.

Abstract

At present we have found a lack of learning media applications that can attract the attention of children in the learning process, especially children aged 5 to 10 years. Educational games need to be developed, because learning games have advantages over conventional learning. The main advantages of learning games are in the appearance of the real problem. Learning games are designed to be examples of existing problems so that values ​​or knowledge can be used to solve the problem. This learning simulation game aims for entertainment and can be used as one of the media that overcomes boredom and boredom in the learning process and educates students. Based on the pattern that this learning game has, users are required to learn to complete the existing learning. Promotes learning games that are superior in some respects when compared to old learning methods. One obvious advantage is animation that can increase children's memory, so children can store learning material for a long time, when compared to conventional learning. Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology has encouraged humans to find and implement new methods or methods in monitoring and controlling data processing systems so that they can run smoothly. The ability and speed of computers in processing data over and over again and with very large amounts is no doubt to produce reports needed in the strategic decision making process. So that at this time many companies and government agencies are using computer technology to help solve their data processing problems. This study aims to review the extent of existing procedures and can present information reports obtained. And develop a new information system by further refining the old system to achieve work efficiency. At the Directorate of Detention and Evidence (DITTAHTI) of the West Sumatra Regional Police, the processing of prisoner data and items of evidence has often been carried out, but has not yet obtained optimal results. This is due to the use of information technology that is still lacking and is still being implemented offline and manually by the municipal and district police. Optimization of data processing is needed so that the integrity, access rights and availability of data can be maintained properly. Application system that will be proposed later is PHP MYSQL. All data entry will be processed in a Database. Varied data will be more easily and quickly processed in a well-organized system. Abstract

With the development of information technology companies are required to improve the efficiency and quality of service. Abstract

The learning system that takes place is only done in the classroom and there is no online learning media that uses information technology to support learning. This e-learning application is network based, which is an international standard application, a learning application that is supported by information technology. This study aims to determine the e-learning website design with UML modeling. Searching for information and learning that is only done face-to-face in the classroom is very clear can hamper the learning process with limited time. Abstract

University can’t be separated from the Tri Dharma namely in the fields of education, research and community service. Institute for Research and Community Services Lancang Kuning University has launched a strategic framework for research through the Research Master Plan (RIP) and the Roadmap Research to support research results and superior quality. One of them by building an Information Systems Research Activities Administration and Community Services seeks to streamline the work of the staff LPPM and also makes it easy for researchers in particular lecturers and reviewers in their duties. In this system, the researchers register their proposals online. Furthermore, staff LPPM recaps the number of proposals on all types of grants that is then distributed to the reviewer to assess. Abstract

Computers are an electronic device that is not strange to every human being because it serves as a tool in all things. The computer has an application program capable of processing various types of data quickly, precisely and accurately. Therefore, many agencies that use computer services as a tool that can help in the activities of the company. Based on the research that has been done in the Library of SMA Negeri 2 Muara Bungo by using field research methods, libraries and laboratories, it is known that the system used in borrowing and returning books is still done manually and simply. With the design of Library information systems supported by Java programming language will provide better solutions to the problems encountered. The level of error in doing the calculations can be minimized, the information produced more accurately and the data can be stored safely. Abstract

During the Big Store clothing store doing inventory data processing his shirt still manually by recording ordinary that takes a long time to recalculate the amount of stuff that is in the barn. Then be made to an application program which helps and facilitates the shop owners in calculating its inventory. Applications created using the Java programming language and the MySQL database as its storage medium. The method used is the EOQ method, which allows the owner to store EOQ method in minimizing inventory costs so that the owner can increase sales revenue at minimum cost.
