The development of science at a time with rapid technological advancements to be applied in all fields. In addition to the creation of computers and the rapid development of the internet network today is also equipped with a web-base application that can be used to disseminate information quickly. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to build a Content Management System that aims specifically for the development of applications based on Rapid Application Development with the basic standard Application Portal News. Based on research that has been done and taking data samples at the Office of the Governor of West Sumatra by using the Action Research, library and laboratory research methods, it is known that the Content Management System that the researchers designed can be used as a news portal capable of disseminating information. Designing a Content Management System that uses the Codeigniter Framework, is able to provide convenience in developing the system in the future and can be used to build other website applications based on Rapid Application Development. Employee performance report is an important element in an organization. This report relates to activities undertaken by employees in accordance with their respective duties and the amount of allowances earned employees within one month of work. General Bureau is one of the agencies that require employee performance report where at this moment this report is still done manually. For that, needed a system in managing employee performance report. The system built is analyzed using work system framework method, to model the system to be built then used unified modeling language. To support the vision of UIN Suska Riau, a Technical Implementing Unit in the field of computer and information system in UIN Suska Riau was established called the Computer Center (PUSKOM). However, in 2013, the Computer Center (PUSKOM) of UIN Suska Riau changed its name to the Information Technology and Database Center (PTIPD). The Center for Information Technology and Data (PTIPD) of UIN Suska Riau is a part that manages the use of information technology in the environment of Susin Riau UIN. PTIPD provides internet network services with a current bandwidth capacity of 200 Mbps. PTIPD also conducts training in information technology for students and lecturers and develops information systems and applications according to the needs of the UIN Susuka Riau academic community. Development of information systems that are not planned systematically will result in organizations not having a scale of priority in IS / IT development projects and seemingly patchy. The Center for Information Technology and Database (PTIPD) requires an appropriate strategic planning IS / IT, because if the IS / IT is not right both goals and objectives, then the IS / IT will not be a competitive advantage for the Center for Information and Database Technology (PTIPD) ) UIN Suska Riau. The form of Information Systems Strategic Planning that will be discussed in this study is to use the Ward and Peppard model, with input in the form of an analysis of the internal business environment and an analysis of the internal IS / IT environment. The results of this analysis will define the draft draft of the SI / IT strategy plan for the Information Technology and Database Center (PTIPD) of UIN Suska Riau. Determination of the personality of elementary school students with Case Based Reasoning method is an activity to map student behavior in school so that student mischief can be directed into something that can support student's success in learning and teaching process. With Case Based Reasoning is a method of searching in a regular system of experts and widely used psychological problem calculations. In this method there are 4 stages namely Retrieve, Reuse, Revise, and Retain. Because primary school in its special area is very far from the primary school in the city on the sensitivity of the principal's head evaluates the learning process of the students and the desired learning according to the character of the students. Expert System is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems that normally can only be solved by an expert in the field. Many cases can be used as research in Expert Systems, one diagnosis of proper nutrition. In this study we will design an expert system to diagnose the type of proper nutrition for pregnant women. Determining the proper nutrition for pregnant women is important to note because it causes birth defects and infant mortality. In this study, the system uses the Backward Chaining method in determining the proper nutrition for pregnant women. This system can provide the right solution for pregnant women. This application is made to the programming language PHP and MySQL as its knowledge base storage. System testing is done by matching the search process Backward Chaining in the decision tree to determine the proper nutrition for pregnant women at the design stage to the actual system that has been built. This study discusses the infrastructure facilities management system in universities. The system is designed using Near Field Communication technology that uses an Android smartphone to support the use of this system and also the web using PHP and MYSQLi programming languages for online data storage. The method used in designing this system is the Waterfall model. This system modeling uses the UML language (Unified Modeling Language). This research was conducted at Pelita Indonesia College. The results showed that the use of Infrastructure Facilities System using Android-based NFC technology is easy to use for Staff and Infrastructure Heads in managing their inventory. On research done previously for segmentation of vehicle license plates have been on test cobakan method using edge detection to get the edges of characters not quite optimal. Then from the problem on this research will be focused on the detection plates two-wheeled vehicle uses a method of edge detection, where the results of this research will be resized using the technique of measurement of the confusion matrix. where in these measurements will be compared from the entire technique of edge detection, on the results of detection of vehicle license plates. edge detection method on the dispatcher of the good according to the results of the sobel operator i.e. matrix confussion and prewitt operators. With the level of accuracy of 60% while the sobel operator prewitt 63% success rate. But on each operator as explained above that still has weaknesses, namely apabil objects more than 2 objects, and when there is excess light reflection around the object that you want to detect. Economics mathematics courses are abstract and require high thinking activities. Toko Cahaya Sunnah is a business that produces and sells syar'i clothing. In its business development, Toko Cahaya Sunnah keep trying to expand its market target to out of town even all of Indonesia. To achieve its goal, Toko Cahaya Sunnah requires website. Currently in Toko Cahaya Sunnah in making sales report is still manual using excel application so that data processing of sales report still running slow and not yet detailed. Currently Toko Cahaya Sunnah does not have any special activities or strategies that handle marketing, product marketing is done in a conventional manner by providing customers with information about places, features and products to other potential customers. Ineffective information dissemination prevents customers from knowing the latest information in the Sunnah Light Store thus affecting customers to switch to other stores. With the website using the method of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) then the data storage process can be more accurate and stored neatly and making sales reports will be fast and timely and delivery of promotional information will be faster and response to sales will be faster. Every process must always include three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. Similarly, what happens with the teaching and learning process in schools? A teacher is required to carry out planning, implementation and evaluation of learning. The learning planning process that must be carried out by a teacher includes the following main activities: 1) Making an annual program; 2) Making syllabus; 3) Making semester programs; 4) Make a plan for implementing learning; 5) And make a repeat / evaluation program. Of the five elements mentioned above, the syllabus and lesson plan are the minimum preparation for a teacher when they want to teach. Based on the results of the first semester analysis in the 2017/2018 school year at Lubuk Sikaping 2 High School, the problem arises the low ability of teachers to make learning planning, especially the preparation of syllabus and lesson plans in accordance with the 2013 curriculum. Seeing the extent to which the principal's academic supervision can improve teacher competence in the preparation of syllabus and Learning Implementation Plans.
