Abstract

Development of smartphones in Indonesia change the order of the marketing strategy in which the public interest is increasing to transact online without having to transact face to face (face to face). Changes towards online transactions also affect transactions in the banking industry. Service bank was developed to meet customer satisfaction include SMS banking and internet banking. With the existence of such services is expected to facilitate the effective and efficient transaction. Sophistication smartphone influential enough to service bank through the application of gadgets or ease of access intenet. From the description of this study is to see how the impact of the use of smartphone technology service bank. The method used is quantitative method by using statistical techniques. Primary data were collected through questionnaires to 158 respondents using incidental sampling technique wherein the determination technique based on chance. The description of the use of smartphones, SMS banking and interest in the use of e-banking presented through quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of quantitative descriptive analysis shows that the use of smartphones has been optimized, sms banking has been going well and the use of e-banking interests perceived high. The results of the analysis revealed that the development of smartphones have a positive impact on the utilization of bank service excellent views of internet banking or SMS banking.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian pada pemilihan Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Sungai Penuh menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), pada pemilihan ini diperlukan pemilihan kriteria dan alternatif, serta menghitung bobot dari hasil survey kuisioner kepada para responden di Sungai Penuh. Setelah itu, perlu dilakukan uji konsistensi untuk menguji validitas dari hasil yang diperoleh, dan menetapkan alternatif dengan bobot terbesar sebagai pilihan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pemilihan walikota dan wakil walikota menggunakan metode AHP, dapat dibuat hierarki keputusan dari tingkat paling atas adalah tujuan, yaitu mencari prioritas tertinggi untuk Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Sungai Penuh yang akan terpilih. Kemudian faktor kriteria dalam memilih alternatif Walikota dan Wakil Walikota, yaitu: visi dan misi, pendidikan, partai pengusung, organisasi, dan riwayat pekerjaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode AHP yang dilakukan, diperoleh prosentase prioritas kriteria pemilihan walikota dan wakil walikota dari yang tertinggi ke yang terendah yaitu: Visi dan Misi dengan nilai 24,9%, kemudian Pendidikan dengan nilai 24,3 %, Organisasi dengan nilai 22,5 %, Partai Pengusung dengan nilai 18,8 %, dan yang terakhir Riwayat Pekerjaan dengan nilai 9,5 %.

Abstract

Media sosial dapat membantu seseorang untuk melakukan interaksi dengan yang lainnya. Munculnya berbagai macam platform media sosial mempengaruhi model interaksi termasuk interaksi yang dilakukan di perkuliahan. Masalah yang timbul adalah model perkuliahan yang sebagian besar masih dilakukan secara konvensional tanpa didukung oleh teknologi ataupun media pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran ini dinilai kurang menarik bagi mahasiswa dan tidak efektif serta menyebabkan suasana perkuliahan menjadi tidak interaktif dan materi hanya bersumber dari dosen pengajar. Daya serap yang berbeda juga menjadi faktor kurangnya respon mahasiswa terhadap materi pembelajaran. Edmodo adalah jejaring sosial yang memiliki kemiripan dengan facebook dan didesain khusus untuk kemudahan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media edmodo sebagai penunjang pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa disalah satu perguruan tinggi yang mengambil mata kuliah Komputer Aplikasi dan terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas yang menggunakan edmodo dan kelas konvensional. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, kesamaan dua rata rata dan uji t. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa edmodo efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran edmodo lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

PT PLN Batam as Pemegang Izin Usaha Ketenagalistrikan Untuk Umum (PIUKU) with a working area of ​​Batam, Rempang and Galang, always committed to providing the best service to customers by continuing to provide electricity and keandalanya an ongoing effort by PT PLN Batam. This paper aims to conduct an analysis of the quality of services, which is expected to facilitate the operations of customer service by PT PLN Batam especially the service. Tool or measuring devices used is data mining by applying Naive Bayes. Results are expected later dimensions of customer satisfaction is fulfilled by the management of PT PLN Batam especially in the customer service, the customer service process is expected to take place either because any customer complaints can be managed as well as quickly and accurately anticipated. When viewed from the standpoint of management, to do a study or a special study of the trends-trends that occur on existing customer data. So that the management is always ready with the turmoil. The ultimate goal will change towards the better of the management of PT PLN Batam in the service process.

Abstract

The previous researches showed that Trust was normally influenced by the effectiveness of Good Corporate Governance Implementation, Service quality and Website Quality The previous researches examined the direct impact of Service Quality, Good Corporate Governance Implementation, Website Quality and Trust on Customer’s Behavioral Intention. Limited attention has been paid to treating those aspects as multiple and interrelated dependence relationships. This research attempts to examine how Service Quality, Good Corporate Governance Implementation, Website Quality and Trust affect Customer’s Behavioral Intention. This research uses 5 latent variables which consist of 3 exogenous constructs and 2 endogenous constructs. The impact of exogenous variables on endogenous variable was analyzed by linear regression. Results show that there are significant interrelated dependence relationships among constructs.

Abstract

The long term goal of this research is benefiting company in Kepulauan Riau Province regarding effectiveness of skype as technological bases and employee competencies in doing their job. This research attempts to examine how Skype and Competence of Employees affect Effectiveness of recruitment process. This research uses 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. The impact of independent variable was analyzed by regression model. Results show that there are significant interrelated dependence relationships among variables.

Abstract

Kredit Pemilikan Rumah merupakan salah satu jenis pembiayaan dari perbankan. Pembelian rumah sebagai tempat tinggal atau investasi, selalu diminati oleh setiap orang sepanjang jaman. Masyarakat Batam yang berkeinginan membeli properti, umumnya tidak mengetahui berapa besar uang muka (dp) yang perlu dipersiapkan, berapa cicilan per bulannya dan pendapatan minimal yang harus dimiliki calon kreditur, agar proses pengajuan Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) disetujui oleh pihak bank. Pada beberapa bank, mensyaratkan beberapa surat-surat keterangan sebagai syarat administrasi. Metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah SDLC dengan model waterfall. Tool yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi adalah Android Studio versi 2.1.2 dan pemodelannya menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Sedangan tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana membangun aplikasi KPR berbasis Android .

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat mendorong berbagai instansi untuk melakukan perubahan dalam pemberian pelayanan. Begitu juga pada Pemerintah Kota Batam, khususnya Unit Layanan Pengadaan secara Elektronik (LPSE). LPSE memanfaatkan website sebagai media penyebaran informasi dan monitoring untuk setiap proses pengadaan barang dan jasa dengan tetap menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pengadaan barang dan jasa yakni efisiensi, efektifitas, persaingan sehat, terbuka, adil atau tidak diskriminatif dan akuntabel. Minat calon penyedia sangat bergantung pada kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pengguna. Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji pengaruh digunakan untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh Layanan Pengadaan secara Elektronik terhadap minat para calon penyedia. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa Layanan Pengadaan secara Elektronik mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat calon penyedia.

Abstract

In a change from developing countries to developed countries requires a great effort by the government. With that goal the government to make changes in the system of government that is implementing the E -Government. Accelerate the process of procedures, transparency of information and ease of access to information as the purpose of this implementation. E-government is in need of some new information technologies as a support system. With the use of new information technology then there are some government employees who are less mastered for operationalizing. So the government provided training for these problems. Place the training of government officials called the IT Center. With the background of the research carried out to determine how the effect of E-Government and IT Center to Work Employee Productivity Results. E-Government measurement variables are informativeness, Information Format, Easy of Use, Timeliness, measurement Reliability. Variabel IT Center ( IT Training Center ) is Intsruktur, modules, training results. While the measurement variables for employee productivity is Job Performance, Initiative, Cooperation, Responsibility, Honesty.

The impact of independent variable was analyzed by regression model. Results show that there are significant interrelated dependence relationships among variables.
