Abstract

Abstrak Pada saat ini perempuan memiliki tingkat lulus program pascasarjana lebih tinggi dari pria, sehingga hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa wanita memiliki ambisi yang cukup tinggi dalam mencapai puncak karir pada sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Kelangkaan pemimpin wanita milenial serta kurangnya penelitian mengenai mereka menjadi penyebab terbatasnya wawasan wanita dalam memandang kesuksesan karir mereka sendiri serta bagaimana implikasi untuk orang lain. Kumpulan data hasil dari wawancara semi terstuktur terhadap 10 pemimpin wanita ini membahas mengenai Bagaimana Wanita Generasi Milenial mengambil alih peran kepemimpinan, karakter kepemimpinan apa yang mereka terapkan serta bagaimana proses perjalanan karir mereka sehingga berada pada puncak organisasi. Studi kualitatif bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengeksplorasi karakteristik dan gaya utama Pemimpin Wanita Milenial. Kami mendapatkan kontribusi teoritis perihal karakteristik serta gaya kepemimpinan wanita milenial, Hambatan serta peluang yang dimiliki, perspektif mengenai kerja tim, serta bagaimana proses perjalanan karir mereka. Pemimpin wanita milenial lebih befokus terhadap gaya kepemimpinan demokratis serta transformasional sehingga bisa dikatakan pemimpin yang revolusioner. Pemimpin wanita milenial lebih menekankan orientasi perubahan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Milenial, Fenomenologi. Abstract Women have a higher graduation rate for postgraduate programs than men, so this shows that women have high ambitions in reaching the top of a career in an organization or company.. The scarcity of female millennial leaders and the lack of research on them are the cause of the limited insight of women in viewing their own career success and how it affects others. Data collection results from semi-structured interviews of these 10 female leaders discusses How Millennial Generation Women are taking over leadership roles, what leadership character they apply and how the process of their career journey so that they are at the top of the organization. The qualitative study aims to understand and explore the main characteristics and styles of Millennial Female Leaders. We get theoretical contributions about the characteristics and leadership styles of millennial women, the obstacles and opportunities they have, perspectives on teamwork, and how their career journey process. Millennial female leaders are more focused on democratic and transformational leadership styles so that they can be said to be revolutionary leaders. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntansi lingkungan terhadap kinerja lingkungan dengan Corporate Social Responsibility sebagai variable intervening pada perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang diharapkan memberikan masukan bagi industri perkebunan dalam merumuskan suatu pengungkapan lingkungan yang memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan hasil penilaian PROPER yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan pada perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik penentuan sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunaka metode purposive sampling dengan metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakaan path analysis dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel intervening dalam penelitian digunakan uji sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akuntansi lingkungan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinsrja lingkungan, semakin baik penerapan akuntansi lingkungan maka kinerja lingkungan akan meningkat kemudian corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja lingkungan, semakin tinggi nilai pengungkapan corporate social responsibility maka nilai kinerja lingkungan juga akan meningkat dan corporate social responsibility sebagai variabel intervening dapat memediasi hubungan antara akuntansi lingkungan dan kinerja lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Akuntansi Lingkungan, Kinerja Lingkungan, Corporate Social Responsibility. Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of environmental accounting on environmental performance with Corporate Social Responsibility as an intervening variable in plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are expected to provide input for the plantation industry in formulating an adequate environmental disclosure. This study uses secondary data in annual reports and PROPER assessment results issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry on plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with the analytical method using path analysis. The Sobel test was used to determine the effect of the intervening variables in the study. The results show that environmental accounting has a significant positive effect on environmental performance. The better the application of environmental accounting, the environmental performance will increase then corporate social responsibility has a significant positive effect on environmental performance, the higher the value of disclosure corporate social responsibility, the value of environmental performance will also increase, and corporate social responsibility as variable intervening can mediate the relationship between environmental accounting and environmental performance. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepribadian, Iklim Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kantor POS SPP Erlangga Semarang. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Kepribadian, Iklim Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja, sedangkan variabel terikat yang terdiri dari Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kantor POS SPP Erlangga Semarang yaitu sejumlah 232 pegawai. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, teknik penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu berjumlah 70 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Kepribadian berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Kepribadian; Iklim Organisasi; Disiplin Kerja; Kinerja Pegawai. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Personality, Organizational Climate, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Branch POS SPP Erlangga Semarang. The variables used in this study are the independent variables consisting of Personality, Organizational Climate, and Work Discipline, while the dependent variable consists of Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. POS Indonesia (Persero) Branch POS SPP Erlangga Semarang, which is a number of 232 employees. This research is associative by using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, the technique of determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which is 70 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, and reliability test, multiple linear regression, determination test, t test, and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) Personality has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance (2) Organizational climate has a positive and positive effect on employee performance. significant effect on employee performance (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan faktor modal kerja, tenaga kerja , sarana prasarana, dan luas garapan terhadap produksi rumput laut Petani. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan faktor-faktor, modal kerja,tenaga kerja, sarana prasarana dan luas lahan garapan terhadap produksi rumput laut petani di Kecamatan Malangke Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan petani rumput laut di Kecamatan Luwu Utara yang berjumlah 324 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling) sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 76 orang. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh parsial modal kerja, sarana prasrana dan luas lahan terhadap produksi rumput laut petani secara simultan. Ini ditandai dengan nilai F hitung = 3,478 dengan nilai siknifikansi sebesar 0,012 a kurang dari 0.05. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa jika para petani rumput laut ingin meningkatkan produktivitas rumput laut maka seyogyanya dilakukan peningkatan jumlah modal kerja,tenaga kerja,sarana prasarana , dan luas lahan yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama. Kata Kunci: Modal Kerja, Tenaga Kerja, Sarana Prasarana, Luas Garapan, Produktivitas Abstract This study aimed to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of working capital, labor, infrastructure, and cultivated area on the production of seaweed farmers. To determine the simultaneous effect of factors working capital, labor, infrastructure, and land area on the production of seaweed farmers in Malangke District North Luwu Regency. The population in this study were all seaweed farmers in North Luwu District, amounting to 324 people. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling method so that the number of samples was 76 people. The analytical model used is Multiple Regression with the help of the SPSS version 17 program. The results simultaneously show a partial effect of working capital, infrastructure, and land area on farmers' seaweed production. This is indicated by the calculated F value = 3.478 with a significance value of 0.012 a, less than 0.05. This indicates that if seaweed farmers want to increase seaweed productivity, they should jointly increase the amount of working capital, labor, infrastructure, and land area. Abstract

Abstrak Dengan adanya pandemi covid-19 disrupsi teknologi semakin pesat dan meningkat sehingga membuat masyarakat melakukan aktivitas melaui rumah. Hal itu membuat perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kreasi dan inovasi baru untuk bertahan dalam persaingan, maka perusahaan menggunakan selebriti endoser sebagai media promosi dan meningkatkan pemasaran media sosial untuk membangun kesadaran merek. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode non probabilty sampling dengan ukuran sampel 100 responden yang di peroleh melalui penyebaran google form. Skala pengukuran yang dilakukan peneliti menggunakan skala Bipolar Adjective dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah selebriti endoser dan pemasaran sosial media memiliki pengaruh positif dengan nilai koefisensi korelasi sebesar 0,460 dan 0,118 terhadap brand awareness. Nilai signifikansi selebriti endoser sebesar 0,000 dan nilai signifikansi pemasaran sosial media sebesar 0,044 yang artinya kurang dari 0,005 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh selebriti endoser dan pemasaran sosial media terhadap kesadaran merek diterima atau signifikan. Kata Kunci: Selebriti Endoser, Pemasaran Sosial Media, Kesadaran Merek Abstract With the Covid-19 pandemic, technological disruption is increasing rapidly, making people carry out activities from home. It makes companies to increase new creations and innovations to survive in the competition, so companies use celebrity endorsers as promotional media and increase social media marketing to build brand awareness. This research is a quantitative research using non-probabilty sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained through the distribution of google form. The measurement scale carried out by the researchers used the Bipolar Adjective scale using multiple linear regression techniques which were processed using SPSS 26. The results of this study are celebrity endorsers and social media marketing have a positive influence with correlation coefficient values of 0.460 and 0.118 on brand awareness. The significance value of celebrity endorsers is 0.000 and the significance value of social media marketing is 0.044, which means less than 0.005 indicating that the influence of celebrity endorsers and social media marketing on brand awareness is acceptable or significant. Abstract

Ijarah as one of the outputs of Islamic banks is starting to get public attention. Ijarah is the transfer of use of goods and services for a certain period of time through the transfer of ownership of goods. The aim is to predict the development of Ijarah in Islamic Commercial Banks using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) Model. Time series analysis is an analysis commonly used to model time series data. This analysis can be used using preliminary data to predict the future of Ijarah. The Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model is a time series model that can be used to model Ijarah. The resulting balance in the ARIMA model will help predict the next phase of Ijarah. In this study, Ijarah data was used from January 2018 to Ijarah data in December 2020. The results showed that the ARIMA model for forecasting Ijarah during 2021 was successfully implemented. Results Based on Forecasting on Ijarah financing shows a drastic decline until the end of 2021. Anticipating the results of ijarah forecasting during 2021 which tend to decline, Islamic commercial banks need to implement strategies to be more aggressive in implementing education and innovation in financing products. Ijarah growth must be supported by the Government's persistence in campaigning for Islamic banks.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah good corporate governance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2017. Pengumpulan data dalam studi ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, tinjauan kepustakaan, mengakses Website dan situs-situs dengan jumlah populasi 45 perusahaan dan sampel 14 perusahaan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS untuk mengetahui pengaruh return on equity terhadap kinerja keuangan perusaahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, kepemilikan publik mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, Komisaris independen mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan komite audit mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode pengamatan tahun 2015 - 2017 Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Publik, Dewan Komisaris, Komite Audit, Kinerja Keuangan Abstract This study aims to determine whether good corporate governance significantly affects the company's financial performance in LQ45 companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2017 period. They were collecting data in this study using documentation techniques, literature review, and accessing websites with a total population of 45 companies and a sample of 14 companies. The data is processed using the SPSS application to determine the effect of return on equity on the company's financial performance. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, brand awareness, dan brand trust terhadap brand loyalty pelanggan, studi kasus pada pengguna produk kecantikan Viva Cosmetics di Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria orang yang membeli dan menggunakan produk kecantikan Viva Cosmetics di Semarang. Jumlah responden yang ditentukan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 orang. Dengan dibantu program statistika SPSS versi 16.0 dapat mengetahui hubungan antar variabel menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan variabel brand image, brand awareness, dan brand trust berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty pelanggan. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, brand awareness, and brand trust on customer brand loyalty, a case study on users of Viva Cosmetics beauty products in Semarang. This study uses a purposive sampling method with the criteria of people who buy and use Viva Cosmetics beauty products in Semarang. The number of respondents determined in this study were 95 people. With the help of the SPSS statistical program version 16.0, it is possible to determine the relationship between variables using multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study indicate that simultaneously the brand image, brand awareness, and brand trust variables have a positive and significant effect on customer brand loyalty. Abstract

The increase in profitability is wrongly influenced by the volume of financing. One of the most frequently used financing in Islamic banks is murabahah financing. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship and reciprocal relationship between Murabahah and ROA at Islamic Commercial Banks. The data is obtained from the statistical reports of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2018 to 2020 published on the website https://www.ojk.go.id/id/kanal/syariah/data. The Vector Auto Regressive (VAR) model goes through several stages, namely: stationarity test using the unit root test (unit root test) with the Augmented Dickey Fuller Test (ADF Test) method, Cointegration Test, VAR model analysis and Impulse Response Function formation analysis. The results of the impulse response show that if there is a change in murabahah, the ROA will respond positively. This positive response indicates that the increase in murabahah will respond to ROA. This positive response is because the greater the murabahah financing that is distributed to the public, the bank will get a return on the financing provided to customers.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (i). untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (ii). untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; (iii) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; (iv) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan budaya organisasi, semangat kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lokasi penelitian ini pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah sampel 44 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi berganda, uji t dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i). Secara langsung budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; (ii). Secara langsung semangat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; (iii). Secara langsung kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; (iv). Secara langsung dan simultan budaya organisasi, semangat kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisai; Semangat Kerja; Kepuasan Kerja; Kinerja Pegawai Abstract The aims of this research are: (i). to determine and analyze the direct influence of organizational culture on employee performance; (ii). to determine and analyze the direct effect of morale on employee performance; (iii) to determine and analyze the direct effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; (iv) to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of organizational culture, work morale and job satisfaction on employee performance. The location of this research is the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of West Sulawesi Province, using a survey method with a sample of 44 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression, t test and determination test. The results showed that: (i). Directly organizational culture affects employee performance; (ii). Work enthusiasm directly affects employee performance; (iii). Job satisfaction directly affects employee performance; (iv).
